My wife purchased the Poshe model Cartier watch. I’ve decided to review the store mainly as a cautionary tale for anyone buying this or other Cartier models and their return policy. The watch itself is beautiful. It is a little top heavy and thicker than the other models. My wife was unsure after we purchased the watch, if she was going to keep it. She was thinking about going to a different model, but was unsure. She did wear it twice briefly. When we returned to try on a different model the salesperson said they would never exchange the watch because we returned it worn. He showed us the slight scratches on several of the links. The scratches were on the polished metal band. So, here are my cautions: look at the metal bands very closely before taking your watch home. It wasn’t that easy to see the scratches and we think they may have been there when we bought the watch (we didn’t examine it that closely). I know how careful my wife is when wearing jewelry and can’t imagine that she scratched the bands in so many places in such a short time! They did say they could send it out to try and remove the scratches, but the salesperson was pretty insistent that they wouldn’t exchange it and it wouldn’t work. Then I asked about just changing out those links and paying for new ones and I was quoted two different prices and was discouraged from trying to do this anyway. He didn’t offer that as an option until I asked him about other options. I now realize that these bands scratch extremely easy, so just beware of that before purchasing Cartier watches with polished metal bands. It turns out we kept the watch, but the process was a little heavy handed. Not what I expected from Cartier. Read the fine print and check your watch carefully before taking it home for fine scratches and don’t wear it during the 30 day exchange period unless you’re 100% sure you are going to keep it!
It is a shame . Customer service is horrible. the worst Cartier in the world. If you buy a jewel, it will surely be cursed with the bad energy of the vendors . It is this store a real Cartier ? .It is no training in custumer service and Cartier History ? I dont like bad energy in my jewelry and life .
The Cartier Boca Town Center is an excellent store staffed with wonderful people. Paul Beseler helped us out with the repair of a bracelet. He was very knowledgeable of the product line including the watches.

I’ve been to several Cartier stores in Florida. I went to the Boca store to exchange my Trinity ring for a smaller size and they were the only ones who had it in stock. While sales associates in other stores weren’t very interested in helping me since they hadn’t sold the piece to me, a manager from the Boca store, Monica La Valette, was absolutely incredible. She was kind, patient, and really willing to help me. She made the experience lovely. She just gained a client for life because I will be shopping directly with her in the future. If you’re planning to shop Cartier and live in Florida, she is the only one to work with. Thank you Monica!
Sales person was not too thrilled we spent only $2200. In thought that was a bit much for the small bracelet myv wife wanted for our 9 year anniversary. If Im paying for a name then the people who represent that name should be more considerate to hard working people as myself trying to make his spouse happy. The guard at the door was very pleasant however
Made an appointment to visit Cartier at the Boca Town Center location, and had a wonderful experience with salesperson Jeanette Wong. She knew exactly which ring I wanted, and guessed my size by looking at my hand. It fits perfect and was beautifully wrapped. Thanks to Jeanette, we will have a very romantic 30th anniversary next weekend!
My husband bought the bracelet for an anniversary. I love this. The security and the woman front door were so nice and helpful but I give 4 stars because the sales woman’snot welcome us.
For having such expensive products the experience is sub par. Won’t even answer the phone nor call back for information. Sad

My fiancé and I were getting our wedding bands from Cartier in Boca. The sales associate was busy and we waited outside for 30 mins. The staff that came to the door a few times was so RUDE. Total turnoff, Customer Service is Paramount and being nice, which was not our experience. Definitely avoid this Cartier store.
Awful customer service by the gal working the door (Thursday March 4th in the morning). She was visibly inconvenienced by customers showing up. She tried to avoid helping me and even provided wrong information about my watch and what I tried getting done. I left very disappointed in the experience and I hope to never have to go into that store again.
Not good, bought a second bracelet, the new design is defective. Had to send to NY for repair over two weeks ago, still no communication or completion of repair. Very disappointed. They also do not answer the phone or return calls.
Drove all the way just for them to tell me they don’t do bracelet cord service.... only because it’s a free service. Horrible customer service... they would do it if i was making a purchase. I am a repeat customer of Cartier and recently had one of the most disappointing experiences. I went in with my fiancé to pick out a wedding band for him and was set up to work with Monica, whom i believe is the manager. I couldn’t believe the way we were treated. She was rolling her eyes at us and giving us short answers and a major attitude. Every time we asked her questions, she would reply with rude and snarky responses. We were also looking to switch my band on my bracelet and i was Advised “we aren’t doing that today” with no further explanation. When i asked Why, she gave me attitude saying only Tuesday Thursday. We were also ready to buy the wedding band on the spot, but because of the way she was treating us, we went ahead and ordered it from another location. I would Never give her my business. Immediately judgmental and rude from the second she laid eyes on us.

Cartier at Town Center in Boca Raton has an incredible selection and customer service. Their selection is vast and impressive compared to other locations. Their agents are knowledgeable, understanding and patient. And if an item does not suit your needs, the agents are very understanding concerning reasonable exchanges. Overall, the boutique is an enjoyable experience.
My shopping experience with Sales associate Fred was excellent. On top of taking care of my new piece, he was kind enough to suggest some additional pieces, which I appreciated. I do plan to come back.

Cartier has a very fine selection of premium watches and exquisite jewelry. Fred always takes exceptional care of his customers, and the other sales associates are helpful and very polite. This most recent visit was for watch servicing, and the watch came back glistening.

Very profesional efficient service
If I could give it zero stars I would. Something needs to be done about this store as from what Ive heard this place closes whenever it likes. We drove from Palm Beach a few weeks before Christmas to look for a specific ring. Having checked online that the store closes at 7pm we arrived at 5pm with, what we thought, was plenty of time. How wrong were we? The security were closing the doors as we arrived and the sales assistant just looked down at us and the security said that sorry they were closed. We asked why as it was early but were ignored. We then went to Tiffanys next door and the service there was the difference between night and day. Impeccable. Attentive. Just how you want to be treated. So we bought my ring from there instead. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. Management close early on a regular basis whenever it chooses. So if you do want to shop here then my advice is to call the store. Very rude and I for one will never shop here again.
Paul Beseler is a great employee. I had him fedex my wife’s birthday present and he sure got it here on time. Only thing is she wanted something else. Yesterday, he spent a lot of time with her and she got exactly what she wanted! Thanks Paul! I will be sending you lots of customers and I encourage everyone to use this guy when shopping at Cartier.

It is surprising that sales professionals would be so rude to customers during the holiday season. I will be taking my business to Aventura Mall where I have received fantastic customer service many times.
The customer service at this location is terrible. You would think that a store of this caliber and price points would hire better employees. The woman I dealt with barely spoke English and she was nor knowledgeable about the Cartier products.
I walked in to 1. Ask about batteries in two watches and 2. try on a Trinity de Cartier ring and perhaps buy for an anniversary gift. Stood there for ten minutes while nobody acknowledged me. The nasty sales women said,There are only two of us and made a remark she was busy. The gentlemen finally did inform me that they dont service watches and that I should drive to the Palm Beach Worth Ave. store. There were two women drinking champagne in the back and initially the guy was dealing with someone who left. All I required was,Hello, if you dont mind, someone will be with you in ten minutes. The only reason I gave the store two stars is once the gentleman spoke, he was sort of pleasant. As an owner of 6 Cartier pieces, I was a bit disgusted. I didnt realize I had to dress up to get attention in that store. It was simply an errand, not an extravaganza.
