I am relatively new to the area and needed to find a good place for a few jewelry repairs. I saw a google review for Paul and decided to go see him. I am SO a happy that I did! He is friendly, reliable and warm with his customers. He also explained what he was doing with the jewelry as he was doing it which was entertaining. He fixed one of my items right when I walked in and the other item only took a couple hours. Then he cleaned both items and they both look incredible, like new! Photos don’t do the jewelry justice! Highly recommend Paul for any jewelry repairs and beyond.

Treasures and sparkles galore! New to the area and coming from the DC metro area, I am sure glad to find an awesome truly extensive, jewelry extravaganza. I am mostly interested in adding estate (vintage and antique) pieces to my collection and the vendors dont disappoint. I was warmly welcomed, shown anything happily that I wanted to see and purchased a few pieces - Jonro Jewelers and Alfreds are awesome! Will be back and will recommend to anyone looking to add some bling to their repertoire.

Mike repaired a pair of limited edition Dior sunglasses that after 4 previous repair attempts were deemed unrepairable. If you go to the International Jewelers Exchange you have to go see Mike the Jeweler through door C. We stumbled on Mike to get my fiancés grandfathers wedding band resized. Mike showed us that customer service is his top priority. Not only did he get the job done fast, but his pricing was fair. And when we picked up the ring he insisted on cleaning my jewelry. Since then he worked on a custom piece for me, which he took care of with a sense of urgency. I bought a necklace to replace the one that came with a pendant my great grandmother gave me, now Ill get to wear it at my wedding! Go see Mike! You wont regret it!!

I broke my Tiffany necklace and I went to one of kiosk to get it fixed. The guy was super nice and it only took 10 minutes to fixed my necklace. He only charged me $10 and the necklace looked brand new.

Was skeptical about a place with so many jewellers in one place but was pleasantly surprised that even though it is located in Boca Raton the prices are fairly good. You can pick out your gemstone and settings. One added bonus is that you can negotiate a price and get an appraisal for insurance purposes all in one place with plenty of shops under the same roof.

Good place to find a deal, bad place to sell. If your looking to buy, this place has all kinds of goodies at great prices. If your looking to sell though, you are going to get scrap prices. Not worth it. Sell on eBay, not here.

We went here and the experience was great! (at first) Had a nice watch and some jewelry to trade and found a watch that we wanted to buy.When we were looking at the watches, we specifically stated that any watch we bought, we needed to see the back of the watch taken off to verify the movement was authentic and we were assured it would be absolutely no problem at all. We settled on a watch but we had an appointment that we needed to be at and said wed think about it and call. We decided to get the watch and called them to say we were getting it so they could polish it and replace the battery to get it ready.When we got there, the watch was with the watch repairman getting an overhaul, which was more than the battery replacement we were expecting. They said they would give us a better deal if we paid the difference in cash, so my wife went to the bank to get the cash while I waited to see the movement. Thats when things started going downhill.I mentioned that I needed to see the back off of the watch to verify the movement, as I had mentioned numerous times before and were assured it would be no problem. I was waiting for about 40 minutes before I finally asked where it was being overhauled because I just wanted to see the watch with the back off.Finally, I got to see the movement, but Anthony brought just the movement for me to see, out of the watch.I said I wanted to see the movement inside the watch, with just the back off and thats when the tone of the deal started to change. I got the impression that my request to see the watch like I was assured would be no problem, turned into an issue of me not trusting Anthony and he was acting like I was offending him.First of all, I didnt know Anthony before I went to this location. I was not referred by someone else nor had I heard of Anthonys business before. All I know is that I was trading in authentic items of jewelry and a Cartier watch and was about to buy another watch that I wanted to be assured was authentic which for some reason now became an unreasonable request.I went to where the watch was being overhauled and asked if I could see the back off of the watch. The watch repairman said that he already put the back of the watch back on and when I asked if he could remove the 4 screws on the back of the watch, he acted like it was the most difficult thing in the world to do. I said I can remove the four screws in 20 seconds (and I knew for a fact that it was extremely simple to open the back of the watch). Even the watch repairman was giving me the cold shoulder.When I walked back over to Anthonys to tell him I wanted to see the back of the watch off, he was noticeably irritated with my request. Thats when I explained that he should understand why I wanted what I wanted and that I didnt know him and just wanted reassurance and if this deal went smoothly he would have found a good customer and I would have found a goto jeweler.He finally said Forget it. I dont want to do this deal.I replied, Im not comfortable (with his shady behavior) and dont want to do business with you and walked out.Complete waste of time, yet I was glad I was insistent because who knows what we would have gotten ourselves into with this watch.Its a shame because I had high hopes for this place as I heard about it on the Joyce Kaufmann radio show.

The place is a collective of top tier jewelers and diamond wholesalers, and gemologists who all own their inventory so you deal directly with the owner, not an agent or middleman. Hence you can haggle a little and you will never pay retail. Very cool.35 years the place has been here, too. Talk about longevity and credibility!Hundreds of Rolex watches in the store. At many different booths. Other brands, too. It is easy to lose a couple hours in here, I can tell you from experience.I scored some sweet swag for the special ladies in my life and later found out that my Uncle visited many moons ago for a ring for my Aunt. Selection was average. Most of the counters were manned by stuffy, or inattentive sales clerks. I fully intended on purchasing something, but the attitudes were a real turn-off.
