I’m looking for @Raymond Lee Jewelers—great jewelry shop. Why am I going to this site where the competition seems to be posting negativity about Raymond Lee Jewelers?

Craig and team were absolutely fair and knowledgeable. I shopped around for prices on some items I wanted to sell and he by far was the best. Fast, reliable and efficient. Most importantly he wa honest about the items I should keep and explained why ( the resale value for particular items did not make sense). He didn’t just try to convince me to get rid of certain items and had my best interest at heart. I would go there not only to sell items but to purchase and repair them or just get his honest assessment. Seems like a very family oriented good hearted person who does the right thing.

Not working. Bad business time

WOW! My grandfather recently passed away, requiring my grandmother to sell some of her valuables. I took my grandmother to a few different buyers and she refused to sell. When we got to Blackthorn my grandmother and I were greeted with smiles and felt very comfortable. The owner, Craig, was so nice and so interesting. He made my grandmother feel comfortable and was just a very nice person. He offered the most out of all the other buyers we saw, and we ended up selling to Craig. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I took my mother-in-law to sell some gold jewelry and can say that dealing with Craig was an absolute pleasure. He was more than fair, true to his word, and very sensitive to her emotions. He knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him and his associates.

Craig was exceptionally nice, open, and honest with us. His offer was much more fair than one I got from another local jeweler, who under-graded my stone substantially and offered me scrap pricing for my items.
