I just dropped my Janome machine off for service. The women were very helpful, the store very colorful and clean. I made it out, this time, without buying any fabric. But, I doubt I will have the willpower when I return to pick up my machine.My only complaint is, because its located in a complex grid mall with lots of stores, it was hard to find. I never did see a store sign outside. I went into a café to ask.

Oh my goodness, this is the best quilt store in this area. I had to drive about an hour from my home but was very delighted. The service was perfect and very friendly, but the best part was the variety of fabrics and affordable.I will be back.😁

First time customer. The service was awesome.Employees and other customers in the store were super friendly and helpful. From West Palm Beach and well worth the drive. I will definitely be returning in a couple months. Highly recommend if you are looking for unusual and a wide variety of quilting and crafting material.

I visited this shop while traveling and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They helped me select some great fabrics for a quilt Im making. I wish I was closer and could come in more often but I will definitely order online in the future.

This is a community center and I hope more people head to StitchCraft for yarn and fabric fun. Johanna, the owner, and her staff have a passion for making and I can see by the store expansion that they are welcoming more Makers from many disciplines, not just quilting. Every time I have gone in, I notice that there are items of several different price points - not just things for the affluent hobbyist. Looking forward to classes there, and I’ve met a few really nice folks buy joining the Block of the Month club.

Beautiful fabrics, lots of assortment. Buying nice fabric is so worth it on a quality piece and this is where you find that. They offer help and suggestions. Shop local, shop small business.

This store is a fabric goldmine! Its a hub, full of the most diverse selection of beautiful fabrics you could ever imagine. Beyond the fabrics, the staff are warm and welcoming. This is an environment where you can freely express yourself, take classes to improve your sewing / crafting skills, or even ask a dozen questions that will be answered 1 after another. The staff feel that its their pleasure to help customers. If I could rate this 6 stars, I would.

Walked around for 30 minutes needing help. Not a single person offered help. There was only one other person shopping. Have purchased hundreds or dollars on fabric. Never again.

Great customer service! Joann was very helpful over the phone :) I took my Juki home machine to get fixed and their technician was able to get it done within an hour! Ive bought beautiful fabrics from StitchCraft before - their print selection is fantastic! The ladies have always been super nice and knowledgeable, highly recommend this cute shop :)

This fabric store has miles and miles of beautiful fabrics, interesting notions and kits, and a small but nice selection of ribbons. The staff are ultra-helpful and informative as well.There seems to be plenty of parking on the side of the building, and youll be right near other businesses that are open for lunch or dinner.

Fantastic shop! I visited StitchCraft whilst on holiday in July. Quilts shops are hard to come by in the United Kingdom, so it was on my must do list. When I got to the store I was very impressed by the huge selection of fabric on offer, it is like an Aladdins cave; I really could have spent the entire day there! What added immensely to the joy was the extreme professionalism and friendliness of the owner and staff, who made me feel like home from home, and even diverted my husband so he wouldnt rush me to leave. I left with bags of fabric and happy memories and would recommend this store to anyone staying within Boca, Deerfield or Fort Lauderdale. Even though Im back in the UK I will order more fabric. Their batiks in particular are both plentiful and beautiful.
