From the estimate to completion of refinishing and restoring our wooden front doors, everyone was professional, considerate and communicated all along the way. Our door looks great and we could not be happier. Mark, Ryan, Laura, Armando and Anna were all very nice, efficient and followed up with everything they said they would do. From the first contact to the final cleanup, this company provided outstanding service. The estimate was given promply and was reasonable and competative. Overall, it turned out to be an excellent value for the quality and attention to detail that was provided. The painters were always on time and cleaned up each day so I was left with the least disruption possible. I especially appreciated the care and expertise that was shown in the help with color selection with several shades painted on the walls and a custom color mixed so that I was entirely pleased with the result. Another plus was the patient and careful shifting of cumbersome furniture and its replacement done just right. The final outcome surpassed my high expectations. High quality work, professionally completed, I highly recommend this company!

We used Creative Images as a sub-contractor on a new home build. Saying the experience was poor is an understatement. First they painted the home the wrong color, then the owner came by,, was rude and refused to do 2 fresh coats of paint in the correct color to adequately cover up the mistake (side note - 2 coats is whats in our contract). We continued to find and still continue to find many remnants of their poor work all over our home. Unpainted areas, old roller brushes used so little pieces of brush are trapped in our ceiling, poor patch work, drops of paint everywhere, inconsistent strokes and sheen, etc. Ryan the owners son was a nice guy and tried to solve the issues initially (hence 2 stars and not 1), but unfortunately not all is resolved. In addition, the attitude from the main painter was disgusting - of course its frustrating to come back many times for fixes, but its his poor work that led to it and he just wasnt nice or friendly to a paying customer. We still have paint issues and the company refuses to fix them. We paid over $30K to paint our home, and when you see things in different light or go in to other bedrooms over time things appear that you didnt see before. Their work and their customer service was awful. Between their attitudes, poor work, and refusal to rectify their own mistakes Id suggest you take your business elsewhere.
