I had placed an online order last week. The last day to pick it up was Monday, I couldnt get there that day, so I called the manager and he said he would put a note on it, so I could pick it up the next day. When I went to pick up my order, I found out it had been returned to the shelves. The manager at that time was Melanie, she was so nice and helped me find everything in my order. One of the flower bushes was missing 2 flowers and she searched for, finally finding them. I couldve asked for better service. I was checked out by a cashier named Luce, they were very efficient and enjoyable to talk with. I will definitely come back to this Michaels, best one Ive ever shopped at.

Jasmine was beyond excellent. We brought in several jigsaw puzzles to be framed. Jasmine recommended various styles, colors, and textures. She showed us what they would look like on the computer monitor and guided us only when I asked her for her opinion. She gave us the best price available. She is knowledgeable, courteous, patient and very smart. We loved having the opportunity to work with her and will ask for her again next time. Jasmine was the best framing salesperson we have ever come across. We recommend her without reservation.

I love this particular location of Michael’s. Specifically go see Vinny, who is in custom frames, a manager, and has incredibly good taste and amazing knowledge. Whatever picture/painting/print you have take it to him. He will help you make it look its absolute best. This location is always well stocked.

I’ve been going to this store for many years... no complaints. I took my diamond painting to get framed. Jolie helped me and she was great at picking the frame and coordinating mat colors. I was really excited and paid a lot since it was so big. I got there and it looked fabulous .. except one of the diamonds had fallen and you can see it in the white mat. I was so upset. I thought they were gonna say too bad.. well.. they didn’t. They told me they were going to open it and fix it and not to worry.Later, I received a call from the manager, Becky. She explained her concerns that the diamonds would still come off and that she suggests I mod glue it first before we re-frame it again. I am very happy that they care enough to call me and recommend that I take steps before they try again. They care about their customers and you can tell. Thank you Jolie, Becky and Michaels!

A great craft store and more. They do photo framing, have all sorts of silk flowers, picture frames and things to keep busy. Scrap booking and more. Nice storage boxes. There is usually a discount coupon, and the help is always friendly, nice and helpful.

I had several of my vinyl records from my record collection framed here. They did an awesome job at a really great price. I am going to go back and have more done Becky is great.

This location is always neat and clean. Parking is ok. Employees very nice and helpful when you can find one. Prices high but they are a specialty store so I expect a great selection. Long wait in line. Usually someone in front of me with tons of small items and coupon.

Last night I found myself at Michaels within a half hour of them closing. I was trying to find a last min birthday gift for my sons friend.Rhis store normally has a very friendly staff to begin with. I found everything I wanted! I had an incredible discount through my rewards and it was a successful trip.However, I am writing in because I received excellent help and service from the staff last night!! Really above and beyond. An off duty employee offered me helpful suggestions and ended up helping me/being the reason I bought an extra item.Another staff member saved my night by helping me with something personal. She went out of her way to tell me yes when she didnt have to, and it made a huge difference to me!I will be back!

Custom framing review - Jolie and manager, Vinny. I’m a crazy perfectionist and extremely picky. Jolie did a PERFECT job on two of my large pieces. The framing and double matting were crafted so beautifully that I actually appreciate the art so much more now.Regarding the selection process, she was sooo patient and professional. Vinny had a real eye for the best textures and hues and actually recommended a frame that was way less expensive because he thought it looked better and he was right. Stunning work. From start to finish, not a single issue... and that’s rare for me 😭.Thanks guys!

This store is not only a great location, but also has an amazing selection of almost anything you could think of for sets & crafts and more. On top of they, they often conduct pretty incredible sales. I found two frames for 60% off which I had to get. Saved myself almost $70 buying both of these frames, amazing deal. They also have a clean facility and good customer service.

Little bit low on inventory

This Michaels staff is Rude, Unhelpful and very sarcastic. Bathrooms are closed to the public not aloud in with a very unbelievable story. I pretty sure thats not legal unless you have to close the Store for sewage problems.Cashier was absolutely rude. My coupon for 20% had a little water spot on it and she couldnt scan it and said she couldnt use it. Really, because every cashier has the coupon at the register.There are other stores like Hobby Lobby that really work for customer assistance.Bye Bye Michaels, I hope you make it with your rude people working there.

Could not find anyones help!

I had a custom frame work job done there with some of my old 80s albums I have. I shopped around and they gave me the best price and a great job. I had 6 frames done and they came out great. This is the place to go for custom framing. Becky was so helpful and so nice. I will go back when I want to do more.

This store always has everything that I need and more, the ladies in the front are great! If you ask them if there’s any coupons out, they will let you know and tell you where to get them. Sometimes the lines are a little bit long but they do call for help from the back.What I really like about the store with all these high school and middle school projects you never know what to use or what ideas to do projects for and there’s always someone walking around the store that you can ask and they give pretty good ideas.

These people did a custom frame job and it came out great.I had some of my records framed 12 total and it was an amazing job the price was very reasonable and it was done in less than a week.I have several more that I am now going to do because it came out so well. I look forward to working with them again very soon.

In general I really like this store. This time we went shopping for Easter. They had a very limited selection and after we stopped by at Dollar Tree and ended up getting everything we need and more for a dollar per item with a great selection, so we returned everything we bought at Michaels. Sorry, but certain items Michaels doesnt come close to Dollar Tree.

I Seldomly Come to Michaels to get my Canvases. And, Paint Brushes and large amounts of bottles of paint. I Love that They have so many Different Types of Crafts. They have Tee Shirts. And, They have Printable Papers that u can Iron on your Own Designs which is very Cool. They have a Fake Floral Section. My Favorite are the High Grade Drawing and Tracing Pads and the High Grade Lead Pencils. My all Time Favorite is that I like to Collect Posters. And, Michaels has a Large Assortment of Posters and really Interesting Ones. And, Then are the Poster Frames. The Best are when They have their Buy three for the Price of One. Or their 50% off. I Love Michaels They Just have it all. And, The Customer Service it Great. Theres always Someone to Help you Out. And, The Prices are amazing.

They have a great selection of materials for nearly all crafts. I get the bulk of my yarn from there. The local selection of craft stores is small (3) and Michaels almost 100% of the time has better prices, especially when using codes online and doing order online, pick up at store. The store here in Boca is clean and the staff is always willing to help you look for things.

Called yesterday morning (4/21/20), to inqure about their store hours. They responded that they were only open for online orders to be picked up. I further questioned whether they would be open later for curbside pickup. The response was affirmative. I went online immediately and placed my order. Two hours later (1:24 pm) I recieved notice my order was ready for pickup. When i arrived shortly thereafter, they were closed. Now I see they are temporarily closed, and nobody answeers the phone, so I cant get my order. Whats up with that I should have just ordered on ebay and had it delivered in a day or two.

This store has a wide variety of arts and crafts items. The inventory is well organized, and the staff is very helpful. I have been very satisfied with the framing service. They always have great deals.

This location has a decent selection of many items needed to complete arts and crafts projects. I go there at least once a week for items related to sewing, knitting, or other types of crafting. My only complaint is that this location is understaffed. You can generally expect longer time waiting in line than is usual for other locations. As long as you have time to wait while checking out, its a fine place to go.

Found a great sale and the cashier helped me out with a coupon. Saved a lot of money. Lots of 1/2 price wedding accessories left over from summer weddings...great savings if youre planning a fall wedding. Found a 70% off memory box for my wedding prep items now...and for the wedding memories later. ;-)

Nice selection of craft items.

Its definitely an older Michaels and I usually prefer the newer one on Powerline and Hillsboro, but I was closer to this one and they had what I was looking for in stock (the other one didnt). It was really clean, well organized and seemed to almost have more in stock oddly enough. Everyone was very helpful and kind. And its on a very convenient cross street so that helped the trip out too.

Michaels is a great craft Store with decent pricing. They also accept competitors coupons. Their Customer Service and Staff are always eager to help you. Also, their return Policy on most items is reasonable. I only wish that they carried fabric. That is their only downfall. I wished that they carried Fabric like Walmart does. But, should you need to purchase craft supplies, Michaels is the place to go/shop.

However i bought craft stuff for my daughters, buy one get 50%off plus i had a 40%off coupon so 6 items in all cashier took my 40% coupon did not scan and only give me 1item 50% off when i had 3 items that require the 50% off she kept my coupon and did not GIVE it back! I generally find what I need here, but if you cant find something here, the floor is understaffed and occasionally the registers are backlogged. But, it is a great resource, particularly for those into beading, wirewrapping jewelry, and painting.

While the food was fine, it is too pricey! I ordered a shrimp cilantro salad which was over $18. I had to ask for a roll, which wasnt offered. The atmosphere is nice but nothing spectacular. I was a regular every Friday for years in a different state. When did the Nordstrom restaurant become this expensive for lunch?

Michaels can be anlast.resort.when looking for craft items for.children and for.the most part prices are ok but do your research. One item I found for $25 I later found for $9.98 in a catalog store. Shoppers have done their best to disorganize the store.

Bigger store than I expected, a little roundabout to find in the shopping center, customer service was good, helped me find stuff and was very friendly

I placed an order online for pick up in the store twice with this store and had issues with both orders. Both times I never received my email that the items where ready for pickup. I ended up have to call the store an corporate who both blamed each other. Please get it together, if you arent able to properly handle these types of orders dont offer the service.
