Very bad experience there. Everyone was completely rude. I went there about 4 times and my last visit, the doctor was trying to put in contacts but he was super aggressive and so impatient. These doctors needs to learn to be more patient with their patience. This is completely unfair how we get treated. It’s like you guys only come to work for the money - not to help others. Also one of the doctors (forgot his name) would always go quick with the procedure too. He would be like “ok 1,2 1,2 1,2 1,2” but super quickly. calm down man, there’s no need for rushing. Completely unprofessional this place is. Nobody come here, i beg, NOBODY.

I had an outstanding experience at Sharper Vision Optical, especially with Bari Gold. She helped me select a perfect frame and then went through all of the options for lenses. She was honest and didn’t try to up sell, which has been my experience in some of the chain optical shops. A week later, my glasses arrived (right on schedule) and they are very well made. Bari took her time to make sure I was satisfied and said to contact her if I have any questions. She is very professional, as well as extremely nice. I highly recommend Sharper Image Optical!

They are extremely rude and aggressive there, and they try to scam people out of money all the time, claiming they need to purchase certain things that are not necessary. The blonde woman with the short hair is especially rude.

You would think after having a client for 10 years you get relaxed or don’t have that special care you did in the beginning, but I get as much care, time, and attention from Dr. Edelman since day one.He never fails to show me what a true Doctor and business owner should be.Sharper Vision embodies everything a professional establishment is. For a few years, Dr. Edelman and his staff have been taking care of my prescription eyewear needs and exams. I prefer trifocals to blended lenses, and the measurements, placement and precision are extremely important in getting it right. Every time, he and his staff have made every effort to assure my satisfaction--and theyve always made me happy.Thank you Dr. Edelman, Beri, and David!!!

Sharper Vision Eye Center is fantastic! My appointment was hands down the best visit to the eye doctor Ive ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There was very little wait time to see the Dr for our scheduled appts, and he was fast, efficient, and got our prescriptions just right. There was a good mix of both male and female frames, and we all found glasses we are happy with that were within our budget. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this office.

I went to Dr E and he rushed me through my exam for overall heath of my eyes and a diagnosis for my contacts in Mono-Vision for my yearly checkup. I had moved and decided I would try a new local optician. I could barley keep up with him as he raced through the exam #s...1.2.1.3.1.3.4.1.! As it turned out he gave me a new subscription and PUT THE CONTACTS I SHOWED UP WITH BACK IN MY EYES. So when I went to pay he explained to me that my new contacts would be ready at 10:00 AM the next morning as he PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR A 6 MOUTH SUPPLY AT 2X THE RETAIL RATE. I asked him perhaps I should try these first. He said now you need 6 months as he had already charged my credit card. As it turns out after picking the lenses up the next day, the persecution was way off after finally wearing them. He did say he would give me an another examination of my left eye and not reimburse me for the lenses I didnt like. He was more interested in selling and making a profit 2x retail on the contact sales than taking care of my eyes. Be ware is all I can say and shop. Price and quality!

I had a thorough exam and the doctor found that I had been wearing the wrong contacts for years. This in itself was great since I had gone to three different opthalmologists in the last 10 years, and none of them noticed. I didnt feel rushed, I felt the doctor was efficient and didnt waste my valuable time. One thing I dont like is the phone system tells you to call back instead of allowing you to leave a message.

I cant believe the horrible experience I had at Sharper Vision! When I first walked into this place the smell smacked me in the face! Im not sure what they cook up for lunch, but the smell was awful. I figured maybe I just came in on an off day. This happened on my second trip back too. Not to mention the RUDE girl wearing a Doo rag! Super UNPROFESSIONAL!Then Dr. Eddleman is more interested in rushing through an exam and NOT spending the time it takes to get it right!I had to go to another office, pay for another exam and pay to have my lenses changed because all Dr. Eddleman told me was you need to wear these glasses for your eyes to get used to them. After 2 weeks of migraines and slanted looking floor... Yeah right!Now I have a new exam, new glasses from another office that the second I put them on I see perfectly!Beware of this office!!!
