Disappointing customer service, particularly from the store manager. I came in to purchase another pair of prescription glasses that I had lost . Unfortunately I was subjected to an insensitive and disengaged manager . Despite having multiple opportunities to address my concern, she chose to ignore me. I would think that a manager would be more professional and compassionate to talk to a long time client. I decided to cancel my order and take my business to another location more representative of the standards I know LensCrafters to have. Kudos however to Robert, who was very attentive and professional.

Impeccable Service!!!! Shirley the Manager is a Gem!!! I stopped in to have a washer replaced on a pair of limited edition Dior sunglasses and was greeted with the most welcoming smile she speedily assisted with the matter and per her expertise advised/referred further necessary assistance! The Boca Raton office followed COVID guidelines well. The receptionist was pleasant. The ophthalmologists assistance was extremely knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. I also had a good conversation with the ophthalmologist. I appreciated her doctor/patient rapport. She was not trying to rush me in and out.

My experience with lens crafters was very pleasant .I use Town center mall in Boca Raton Florida.Friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable associates. I visit store dooring covid and they make me feel very safe. They handle the tray to put frames, I have been trying and after each customer, they clean them. I wish they had more than 5 stars for this place when I first got there I was greeted by Mr. Patrice the store manager the place was very clean and they had posted social distancing stickers as well as sanitizers for whenever you needed he said I could take a look around and showed me where everything was that I need to know, then Dr. Sax came in and we immediately got started on the eye exam the doctor sanitized the machine before every use and at every stage of the exam he told me what was to be expected and was extremely helpful with any questions that I had a very friendly experience when I was finished with the exam Mr. Patrice showed any options that I had to add on to the glasses as well as any questions I may have had the process was as smooth as it could’ve been because of the amazing customer service of the team there I needed my glasses by a certain date and Mr. Patrice very helpful with that as well all in all the best experience I’ve had getting an eye exam 1000/10 would recommend

I spoke to one of the female representatives who book appointments and she had zero enthusiasm in her tone. Almost as if she didn’t care about her job. She did not even try to accommodate my request. After I said OK she just stayed on the phone and didn’t say one word. Not even, “i apologize have a nice day.” She was not speaking. I had To hang up the phone myself. It was the weirdest thing.

Went here for my eye exam and the convenience that they have a lab. The Drs office is very pushy on sales and will insist on escorting you to a sales rep for a new pair of frames. The sales rep I got was super helpful but it did help the situation that I told her I had to get rid of our FSA money. My husband and I both got new glasses and sunglasses. She added every add on and I complied happily so we wouldnt lose our money. She even offered to ship them to LA for us. I received my regular frames in less than a week and was able to pick them up before I left town. The other glasses just arrived to the store and she said it would take about a week for us to receive them in LA. When I went to pick up my frames, the assistant manager was very helpful but seemed to be very frustrated and even snapped at an employee in front of me. I found this to be very discouraging and almost frustrating. Unsure of how I feel.

Great job at this location, as compared to the other Boca location. Very attentive and very nice customer service. My glasses came out great. I was a little upset about the price I had to pay for my lenses...however....after receiving and using them, the Ray Ban Brand wide angle progressive lenses are absolutely phenomenal and worth the extra money.

This is where China is best. I have no particular issue with this company. My issue is with the whole industry. When I was diagnosed I visited many different stores and was shocked by the outrageous prices these companies expect. Then I went online and realized I could send my prescription to Alibaba sellers and get contacts and glasses for a fraction of the price. With all the bells and whistles. They have experienced labs and certifications of quality. Also make as many of these as they make Chinese rice, so they can deliver in a reasonable amount of time. Wake up people. These products are NOT worth a big portion of our hard earned money. I like Made in America but not Abused in America.

Excellent customer service and short wait time. Dr. Maule my Optometrist for eye exams is excellent, known her for years and takes the time to review and talk and answer questions well. Has lots if new modern equipment for glaucoma screening. Office is clean and organized. Parking can be challenging at times. There are a abundant selection of quality frames and friendly, fast customer service.

I waited for two weeks for my new prescription lenses to be ready. Finally I got the text and came in for the appointment. Was told it would take an hour to replace and patiently wondered around the mall until was told that my glasses are ready. Was given my glasses with wire sticking out and crooked lenses.I complained and was told to wait. Waited another hour until I finally called and complained again about customer neglect and bad customer service. I was very upset.Finally when I arrived, the glasses were ready. No apology from any one. Never even got a phone call from store manager. Time to go somewhere else.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this Boca Raton LensCrafters location. I had an eye exam there and bought lenses for frames that I already owned. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional and patient with me. I initially purchased progressive (no lines) trifocals and decided I didnt like them so I returned them for traditional trifocals, which I really like. They gladly exchanged them with no complaint. It was an enjoyable experience.

They helped me find the perfect glasses and shipped them to me while I was in the middle of relocating outside of S FLA (my glasses were broken while packing). I love my new Coach glasses and really appreciate their help during a challenging, hectic time.Great selection of designer brands, including Coach, Tory Burch, Tiffany, Gucci, Rayban, etc. Modern and classic styles. I spent over $500 and have been back twice (have to uber there, take time off work and the overall inconvenience) and now have to go back a 3rd time to fix the VERSACE glasses . The Lenses just POP out when cleaning them like a cheap pair of Dollar Store Glasses- will go there again and see what they can do.

They have many frames and sales people are very sales oriented but generally nice. Prices are on the high side and avoid the place at lunch because they are slow enough without a rush. Have done multiple pairs of glasses there and wont use them again as they are so slow and communicate badly - came in for new lenses to replace some scratched ones on 2 pairs of glasses. First they tried to sell my frames, exam, warranties, etc. - just need lenses! They are expensive, about $200 per. They said ready by 2:30. At 2, manager calls and says one is done but other is not as computer went down, so tomorrow midday. Pick up pair 1 at 4pm. Get an email at 7pm saying glasses are ready. Stop by at 2pm next day. After waiting 20 minutes, since no one seems to want to work, turns out not ready. Manager was rude and said I didnt call you to say they are ready suggesting customer should know their email doesnt mean anything. Hi says the 7pm email meant the first pair was ready - the ones I picked up 3 hours before? So they waste your time even though you pay premium price. Try someplace else.

Big Kudos to Shannon, Dr. Cortez and the team at this LensCrafters location in Boca Raton, FL! I went in for new lenses for 3 pairs of glasses, as my Rx had changed a lot over the years. The 2 pair for normal use came out perfect, however the other pair (which I actually bought a new frame for as well), for work space (computer/at desk/reading) they had to re-evaluate the lens Rx 3 times before nailing it! Yes, it took a few visits, however the point is this: things happened, yet they continued to work at it without blinking and eye until they got it right! Nothing beats great customer service. Special thanks to Shannon for her skill, expertise and big smile with each visit :)

The optometrists office themselves are extremely professional, kind and provide a great experience. My experience with the actual LensCrafters was horrendous. I cant remember the ladys name who helped me but she was an older woman. I picked a pair and handed her my prescription so she could give me a total after my insurance. I explained to her that I didnt want to pay that much and Id order them online instead. She instantly gave me an attitude and wouldnt give me the information I needed to order them online (pupillary distance), even though Id spoken to the optometrist earlier and she said theyd be able to provide me with that without an issue.

While at work today in boca raton,Florida i lost one of my contacts. I called around a few different places and was unable to get a pair of contacts. Finally I called lens crafters and they were able to help me! When i went to pick up my contacts i was greeted by some very helpful, friendly employees who had my contacts waiting with solution for the contacts. I couldn’t be more grateful to them for being able to help me today. I know I will be going back for my eye exam. Love you guys and very thankful for your help today.

First, lets get this out in the open. Youre dealing with an oligopoly. Lens Crafters is owned by Luxottica. Whom also owns Pearl Vision, Target Optical and the one time staple of any shopping mall USA Subglass Hut (among others). They manufacture and distribute most of the designer brands youll see in the store. They own the licensing on at least twelve eyewear brands. The company has also been accused of being in collusion with insurers regarding price fixing. And it outright owns Eyemed eye care (a popular vision plan provider).That said, on the up side, the technology and service are extraordinary. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Perhaps no medical exam is pleasant. However; Dr. Schwitzman (Im sure thats misspelled) put me at ease, and made it almost fun. It was fascinating to see the insides of my eyeballs on a computer screen. How often do you see the insides of your eyeballs?There was a large selection of highly stylish frames. All manufactured by you know who. But I digress.Lets get back to the negative. This place aint cheap. However; with health ins. (To cover the exam, minus copay) a vision plan and a flexible spending plan. It was painless. With little out of pocket, I made it out alive. In very stylish Polo frames I might add. I found out, that the oversized thick plastic hipster frames are out. And minimalist sleek metal frames are back. I left feeling young, hip and style concious. And yet, Im none of those things. But, for a brief moment I got to pretend, how sad. But again, I digress.If you dont have a good vision plan. And there (seemingly) is no good vision plan. I advise you shop around. Without the aforementioned coverage I would have shelled out...lets just say, alot more. Not enough to to take out a second mortgage (I jest of course). But, enough to ruin my day, and cause me to leave mumbling profanity under my breath.Overall, great...but keep that credit card handy if you dont have proper coverage.

My daughter and i got an eye exam at the Doctors office within Lenscrafters. There is no obligation to purchase your glasses at lenscrafters just because you use the Dr. there, but we have gotten our glasses there for the past 7 years and we did so again this year.Their staff is very professional and seem to really want to get you into a frame that not only looks good, but works for your prescription. I think they have a great selection of frames. Some reviews have said they are expensive, but they do have affordable frames and the most important part, the lenses, i think you get what you pay for. It is funny how people dont mind spending a little extra on a quality product, like a name brand TV, but something as important as your eyes they want the cheapest solution.My daughter did have to go back a couple days after we got her glasses because she felt like her vision was not as crisp as it was with her old glasses but after one of the opticians did an adjustment, she now sees great and is super happy with them. We will continue to get our glasses here and I would recommend trying them out.Update from my original review two years ago:just recently went back for a new exam and pair of glasses. The selection of frames was great. The opticians and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful as expected. I continue to say it’s a great place to get your glasses.

What terrible service my daughter and I received at the town center Lens Crafters. There was not enough staff to handle the customers, ok at least look at us and let us know that you will be with us shortly. No acknowledged us at all. No please no thank yous just rude service after waiting for over 30 minutes. I will not be buying any products from Lens Crafters again.

Anyone looking at these reviews and seeing the bad remarks -- I urge you to consider that this store is in BOCA RATON. Shoppers tend to be the let me speak to your manager overly-touchy and sensitive snowflake types where waiting five minutes for someone to be available to help them is cause to leave a 1 star review and throw a baby-tantrum. You know...the inconsolable shopper-types where they warp a situation to be a reason to extort a store to wait on them hand-and-foot, only to still leave a 1 star review in the end anyways. Also...sure, the prices are a little on the higher end, but the store itself doesnt set those prices...CORPORATE sets the prices. That should not factor into the stores rating. Of course you can find lenses elsewhere, or frames elsewhere for different prices. Makes me sad that these people have the power to use social media/google reviews to try to ruin a stores reputation over things out of the stores control.The store associate that helped me recently went above and beyond to figure out how to get me the best price in their store, either by using my insurance, or by using their lens discount. I really appreciate that she went the extra length to get me the best deal available at the time. She also was exceedingly patient while I tried on a few different replacement frames (my current frames are 6 years old and they managed to last me perfectly fine that long).I will definitely continue to use this store. Every time Ive gone in there, they have helped me immediately, were aHUGE help, and were very kind and patient with me (as I tend to really take my time on deciding with big purchases). Im actually REALLY surprised this store has such a low rating considering the experience Ive personally had, BUT then I remember again that the store is in Boca Raton and it sadly makes sense considering how awful and rude/narcissistic some of the shoppers are in that mall.I send my friends to this store for their glasses/lens shopping as well, and theyve all had smooth and good experiences as well.

This outlet sold my teen age son a frame from Burberry that broke after 2 years and was not fixable. When we tried to buy a replacement, they naturally didnt have the same frame, since they wanted to get us to buy the lenses too (for a new and different frame). When I commented that a frame that lasts only two years means low quality, the seller said well, its two years. SO beware: They sell frames that they expect will not last long. I then went to Bocaview Optical at the back of the mall (outside), and found a frame that they fit the lenses to. Stay away from this Lenscrafters outfit.

Long hold times inadequate customer service, overpriced

Went here to get contact lenses and they charge me for a code that you are suppose to charge for a new pt only. They claim the doctor does an extra exam for contact lenses. I will never come here again and I dont appreciate your fraudulent charges.
