Doctor hantman is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She takes her time with you and doesnt rush you. She is an excellent doctor she has my vote of confidence.

The eye exam that Dr. Hantman gave me was the most thorough that I’ve had in my 50 years of wearing glasses. She answered every question so that I was able to understand what was happening with my eyes. When it came time to pick a frame everything was Covid 19 protocol. I selected a frame from the large selection they have.. They were able to have my lenses made right there for me in 30 minutes time. I was thrilled not to have to come back in two weeks to pick up my glasses.. I am a client of Royal Palm Optical forever.

It’s a beautiful store and Dr. Hantman is absolutely terrific. My eyeglasses are quite complicated… Trifocals, prisms, etc. I have never had a better exam. She sent me to the best cataract surgeon in South Florida and then followed up with me several times. I highly, highly recommend her and Royal Palm Optical.

My experience could not have been better. My eye exam was excellent with just a minor correction for my left eye.Jan was particularly helpful with a special glasses recommendation for computer use. Owner Needs To Learn Customer Interaction skills. My first visit was great. The female optician did a great job putting in my fresnel prisms. I have to wear this due to the dysport injection issue with Venus Medi Spa - Town Center Malls double vision from dysport injections. I had them do another pair of glasses. These did not work out so good as they spread light all over the road at night. I called and left - granted a not so polite message- I was annoyed having to drive back. Driving right now is a challenge ( driving in general makes me nervous now ) and they knew that. The owner just went nuts. I called the next day and he went into a whole thing on the phone that I had belittled him, My goal was to make him feel bad- I mean for 20 minutes I listened and had to use my social worker skills to calm him down. When I went back I asked that the lady optician put in the prisms- I was nice and said please. He said I should not make demands. It will be done the way he wants it done in his shop. The way he did it was correct- Even though I showed him 3 other pairs of glasses. Wow is all I have to say. Yeah they do a great job but, I am not doing social work anymore. Suggestion- explain the non glare lense a little better- not so good for night driving.
