Very honest business. I had repair work done on the car that was not done in my opinion correctly. This caused a chain reaction to the initial problem. The store manager understood that both parties were at fault and split repair work cost.I appreciate when businesses uphold accountability and I will continue doing business with this branch.
As a regular firestone customer I set my appointment to 3 PM expecting a bit of a wait (its a car appointment youre gonna have to wait). What I didnt expect was Greg at the front desk and his attitude when another (super nice woman, I didnt get her name) associate was looking up my appointment time. Greg assumed I didnt even have an appointment set and argued it with her and I despite my email and phone call approving said appointment, told me to leave if I didnt have one, than after finding out I had one very aggressively told me I can get the work on my car done If Im okay with sitting there till 7 oclock. While I understand times are busy right now, Greg needs to be trained or taught how to handle these situations better because I will not be revisiting this firestone after this visit. Customers should never be spoken down upon with a harsh attitude. As well as appointments shouldnt be made with no time management
I set up an appointment online for 8am alignment and when I get there I her another employee to the other appointments only because he not going to break his back on Sunday so I said to myself then why open or even come to work if u feel that way but anyways when I get to the counter I tell them I have a 8’clock appointment and they aid I would have to leave the car all day because they had 3 8’clock appointment. Worthless Firestone I have ever gone to and the last!! Never book your appointment online or even go to the store because you’ll meet a rough staff!
After finding out last minute that my tires were so worn that they were already showing metal, I called Firestone for some help. Mario assisted me with details on my options. It was the end of the business day, with no time slots left, and I was stuck an hour away from home. Within minutes, I got a (miracle) call back from Mario saying he could fit us in!! Once we got there, he immediately went to work and changed the tires himself! 30 minutes later, and I was happy to be on my way home. Thank you Mario for the EXCELLENT customer service!

Very happy with the service, quality, and price.Initially the tires I needed were not in stock but the associates ordered them and had them ready next day. Installation of 4 new tires + alignment was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was competitive for what youd pay anywhere else.The manager was very helpful and attentive - he knew exactly what Id arrived for as I walked in and remembered ordering my tires.
I am a senior female used to being targeted by predators but not here. I moved into this neighborhood 6 months ago and drive an older car. I have been there 3 times and am completely comfortable with their advice and work performed. Im grateful for their level of integrity and sensitivity to the customers.

Great service, they do not take long, always helpful and in good moods, *i had a flat tire and had to get a new one, its good they matched the condition to my other tires because those were fairly new as well. They also did a full free evaluation on my car and told me what what needed to be done and how much it would and there prices were decent compared to other companies. highly recommend them
I called yesterday and tried to make an appointment and was told they would call me back. Left my number and name, no phone call back. Today when I walk in, I am greeted by an older man with a rude “yes?” And I proceed to say “Hello (as you should in a customer service setting), I am here for an oil change and to have my car looked at.” He simply says no, not I’m sorry we have no availability today but I can book you another day. Nothing along those lines just no. Only when I was obviously disappointed in the whole experience does he even offer to book me another day. I’ll take my business elsewhere, I have been a loyal customer but I would rather drive to a different location than to deal with subpar customer service.
The air pressure in one of my tires was low for over a week so I brought my car in to get the tire checked. I assumed there was a nail in it cause all of the other tires were fine (run flats). After all of the tests, it just needed air. Firestone didn’t charge. I’ve been to this location a number of times and it was a great experience every time. I have even pulled up a number of times just to fill my tires with air when they were low. Everyone is super nice and always professional. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!
I had an appointment at ten. They said it would take an hour. I was told even if they brought it in late it would be ready on time. So I planned things on the time frame they gave me. One thirty comes around and I call. I was told they havent even brought it in yet. We now have a spot. You can pick up your car or you can take it now. Wow. TWO THIRTY, my car is ready. Oh, this is only for an oil change and tire rotation. When I get there I here no apologies, only a spiel about if we lived in a perfect world. After a brief conversation his exact words were, Ill just compensate you, have a nice day, and handed me my key fob. I could have possibly looked over the extreme lateness but with rudeness added on, its a recipe I will never be back for. Firestone needs to learn what customer service is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Ive been going to this place since past 8 or 9 years. Mike & Brian are very professional. Yesterday 7/29/2018 I took my car to fix a leakage from the front driver side wheel. I had no appointment - without any hesitation they took my car. Brain called me and informed car is ready to pick up. Brian informed me that there were three studs - were in very bad shape - and they replaced them without charging me. Great service. Other gentleman - forgot his name - he advised me that my tires are in good shape but I need an alignment of the tire which I got fixed. I have no hesitation to take it back as I know that these guys are not trying to make money. I have got both type of repair services major & minor. Great place to TRUST.
NEVER GOING BACK. I’ve been a firestone customer for years. I’ve always enjoyed my experience until moving to FL and using this firestone branch. All I needed was a tire change. Scheduled my appointment and waited an hour and a half before saying something. Multiple people without appointments had come in and out quickly in the time I was sitting there. The woman at the desk made multiple excuses about how they were training people and they were doing a courtesy check. I then explained to her that I had stood outside across from my car and for half an hour my car had been unlocked, the trunk open, and the keys in the ignition and not a single person has touched it. I watched how the guys inside the garage were instead goofing off while my car was sitting outside unlocked. My car could have easily been stolen. When they finally finished two hours later, they told me my keys were waiting for me in my car instead of following their company regulations of handing me the keys when paying. I have never left a review for a lack of customer service until now. Do not go here!

I did not appreciate how the associate handled this transaction. I came across a $10 coupon for a standard oil change. It applied to the regular price for an oil change. I asked what the regular price was and was told $29.95. I didnt mention the coupon. My final bill showed the oil change charged at $29.95 after applying the coupon. His explanation was that the $29.95 already reflected the $10 coupon. He should have told me that the regular price was $39.95 to start with. This was deceptive.

Always Great Service..No Pressure, and honest estimates. They WILL suggest less expensive repairs if it turns out not to be what you think it is. You CAN choose the mid-range tire because its what youve always used and you wont be pressured to upgrade for no reason. As cl ou se to the local mechanic as you can get and still maintain reliability.
Don’t waste your time going here. Took my truck here for a caliper hanging up. Explained I didn’t have the wheel lock on me. They said don’t worry we can drill them out. 2 hours later this is what is told to me. Sir we can’t work on your truck. I ask why, they reply we don’t have the tools to take locks of your wheels. How about you not tell me you could and waste 2 hours of my day.
Ive received very good service at this location and have been treated fairly at all times. Employees are very professional and do a great job. Both appointments and last minute drop in visits have been taken care of. I really appreciate the effort and the help provided with my car.
I came here today because I bought my tires from Firestone this store in fact. The service manager checked my tires and told me that I need an alignment new shocks but that the tires were fine. Took it to another tire shop who put it up on the lift and you could see 8 different sidewall sperations. Came back to the firestone showed the service manager the tire and he said that now it was because I drove on it when it was flat. I have also sat here as a woman has waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change that was told to her would take 30 mins. Do your homework and look at the reviews something is off here. I would try somewhere else buyer beware.
Normally I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone when Ken was the manager there now I would not recommend anyone going there especially a female by herself I myself am a ase-certified Master Mechanic and worked in the field for many years and quit a lot of jobs because I refused to be dishonest like some of the owners wanted me to be and I would never take advantage of a woman because I would not want someone to take advantage of mine unfortunately at this time with the Staffing they have in place there I cannot give the rating I would give if Ken was there if Ken was there they would get 5 stars but with the staff now well review my ratings and trust me people I was a mechanic and I was very good at what I did do not let your girlfriend or your wife or your sister go there by herself
My daughter has her Audi serviced in January. The oil light came on within days of the visit. She was uncomfortable returning to ask for help. A few months later, I was visiting her and decided to go back. The service manager and Service technician were awesome. A willingness to help and make it right. They fixed the issue within minutes and took full responsibility. The issue was not theirs but Audi since they do not have a dip stick in the engine. These guys were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car service. Thank you gentlemen.
I’ve had my car serviced here for the last 3 years, I always had a great experience but every since they changed management and crew is not the same, costumer service is terrible, they take FOR EVER to do an oil change, not the professional and caring shop it use to be any more.
It 6 hour for an oil change ! I had to ask for a copy of the inspection. (He threw my copy away ) It listed several problems. One said morer mounts no good when i ask what that was sopost to mean . The man behind the counter said he dident have time to explain that to me. an he would call me tonarrow.... Hummm NO ! Very rude and annoyed at any question. I will never take my car back to them ... untrustworthy!

If i could rate it 0 stars i would. Waste of my time. I first dropped my car off to get my tires and brakes looked at and have my tires aligned. I picked up my car the same day and when i picked it they said they fixed the brakes gave me new tires and aligned my tires. My brakes and alignment was still messed up when i brought it back they had no explanation as to why it was still messed up. I picked up my car for the second time now and my hub cap is scratched hanging off and cracked and again no explanation as to why. The guy told me to come back the next day and he would put on new hub caps. When i went back he said he never ordered them so i would have to come back for now a third time.

The master mechanic Matt is the only mechanic Ill go to. Not only is he great with cars hes also the nicest guy you could meet. He holds himself to a very high standard and makes sure those around him reflect his work ethic.
My experience with this facility was excellent. I made an appointment the day prior, The following morning they were ready took the car in began work, completed the work sooner than expected. The tech did a great job and the manager was very knowledgeable( I have auto mechanic experience as hobby ) I have almost always owned, not leased, higher end cars BMW Mercedes, mostly Porsche over the last 30+ years, This is the only tire store that has provided a proper alignment for Porches, no other tire store has been able to get it right.
Had my car serviced at the location in Boca Raton, they told me it would be 30 minutes or so and i was out within 20. Ken was awesome as he set everything up and Ron was the mechanic that obviously was fast and my tires i purchased had clean rims, he definitely went the extra mile for me. Im so happy i finally found a store that operates efficiently and Ill never go anywhere else from here on. You cant pay for great service like i received, it doesnt exist anymore!

A professional mechanic. You can tell that when he or his team works on your car he treats it like its his own . A quality that is unique from other car repair shops I have been to in the past.
Honest and did a fantastic job.
Went in for a free brake check, specified on their website it was free and booked an appointment online and left a note stating my brakes were making a Metallic noise, lady at the front instead put me in for a complete inspection which costs 23.99 when I only needed my brakes looked at, just brakes, gave me some discount and brought it down to 10.69 I paid it anyways because her English wasnt great, well sat around for an hour or so only to be told I needed almost 1000,00 in work done which I know I dont need because I do all the work myself and keep records of what Ive done and when, they mentioned nothing about the sound I specifically came in for either, a waste of money and time.

Usually I dont have an issue coming here but I got an oil change, they forgot to update my sticker. I also had issues with my car stalling when it would start, asked them to check my battery and they said it was perfect no new battery needed. 2 days later It stalls again I take it to a new mechanic and find out I need a new battery.
Had an issue with a defective axle and Darius made sure everything got taken care of. Thank you!!

Had a VERY NASTY experience with Greg from the front desk. Originally called in and asked if they could do an alignment on my vehicle today. Spoke to Greg who asked questions about the vehicle, but never asked if it was lowered or had any modifications. I informed Greg that they were 30 mins away and he told me they would take care of my vehicle and to bring it in.Upon arrival I gave Greg all the info to the vehicle, when it was brought up that the car was lowered he said that was going to be a problem. He instructed me to follow him outside to see the vehicle which he never walked up to or inspected (car was 30 feet away), and then told me that they could not do the vehicle today. He then told me to follow him inside because the phone was ringing, which I did, and he proceeded to tell me to come in during the week.It was expressed to him in a normal tone that I couldnt come in during the week and that I was quite upset because I drove 30 minutes to get there to get the work done.Greg immediately exploded on me with 2 customers watching in the waiting area and said you never told me the car was lowered!My response was a simple and collected you never asked if it was he then laughed in my face and told me who asks that over the phone!.He was very condescending, extremely loud and VERY rude. Just like he asked my car info on the phone he could have asked if it was lowered or modded in anyway. This is very appalling considering Firestones brand recognition and the foot print they have in the automotive industry.Firestone has been around for over 118 years and have hundreds of locations that service a broad range of clients with diverse vehicles day in and day out! I find it extremely hard to believe its rare that they get lowered cars in for alignments on a daily basis!Because of Greg not only this store, but FIRESTONE and BRIDGESTONE WILL NEVER HAVE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PATRONIZED OR ENDORESED BY ME EVER!Will also, follow up with the corporate office as well.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBPAR AND SNOTTY PLACE!!!
If you dont deal with Brian, then dont bother going there. Ken is biggest rip off of upselling things to you. You save on a coupon, discount or promotion, he will ALWAYS find something else wrong to fix, to add more miney to bill. Always happens! My family, friends, me - not going back and calling corporate to make formal complaint! Were onto you Ken!
Prices are little higher than my own personal mechanic but unlike my mechanic they are always there for me. Convenient location and reliable service.

DO NOT GO HERE. They overcharge for everything. Not to mention the manager is COMPLETELY unprofessional. I had my car towed there to get my starter fixed. Before I dropped it off, I checked my car to make sure I had my emergency $20. When I picked up my car, lo and behold it was gone. When I approached the manager in a professional way notifying him that one of his workers took money from a customers car, he was smug, arrogant, rude, and dismissive. DO NOT GOT HERE.

Warning!!!!The $50 deposit is Non-Refundable if youre ordering new tires!! I went to store in person to set appointment for oil and filter change and 2 new tires, and next day received call from Firestones employee asking for $50 deposit to order tires, feeling uncomfortable giving credit card info over the phone so went to store in person with my 16 yr old son and paid deposit. On Saturday, went to pickup car with 2 new charges that I agreed to pay, and Ken,manager, and staff never verbally disclosed that $50 deposit on tires was Non Refundable, after 1 hour going over their incorrect total, Ken apologized for misunderstanding and gave me my key after I paid total charge including NonRefundable $50 Deposit for preorder of tires.Later on at home, after reviewing receipt on bottom, I noticed in small writing $50 was Non Refundable.

I have been a customer of this Firestone center for over 20 years. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism. Their pricing on new tires is excellent and the installations are precise. Recently, I had a hole in a sidewall which required a new tire. I met with Gregg Pangerl on a friday afternoon. By the next morning (saturday) he located my tire and installed it. Most outfits would made me wait until monday for a special order. Ladies Beware! They ripped me off BIGTIME! First they had my car there for 2 days just to tell me I needed to replace the water hoses, that was $500. Really? $500 for a few hoses? 2 weeks later I had the same problem and they said I needed a new radiator, another $400. Almost $1000 to replace radiator and hoses? Ill never go there again.
Was convinced to stay when I could have been home, said it would only take a bit, 5 hours later, still waiting.
So its around the holidays and i get that its a bit busier. But they held my car overnight to do an alignment. And then when I get it back midday the next day half of the print out is in red. They made some excuse about how my car couldnt get a better alignment cuz of whatever. But I think they just wanted to be done and call it quits. Lame.

Avoid this place. The employees have no regard for your property or your money. I had to take my car in to get an oil change and a filter change. They threw every CD I had in my dashboard on the floor and charged me $60 for an inspection I didnt ask for, as well as another $100 for a repair I didnt ask for period. Wherever you go to get your car fixed, make sure it isnt here.

THERE ARE WAY TO MANY MECHANICS within walking distance to deal with a business like these people.They tried getting over $1100 for a $250 problem. I know the price difference because I took it to another mechanic after getting my car back from Complete care crap center. They only bandage the problem long enough for you to pull out of their lot. They dont care about you, how long you wait, how many days you dont have your car, they dont even care about fixing it at the end of having it for so long.
