I have been wanting to get my nose pierced for about a year now. What stopped me is my fear of needles! I was pleasantly surprised that I got an immediate response, after sending an inquiry. All of my questions were answered, I felt confident. When I arrived, a really nice young lady (Im afraid I did not get her name) walked me through the initial paperwork and explanation process and Brett was very professional and kind....further easing any concerns. The facility is spotless and he services one client at a time. I am more than satisfied with my experience and with my piercing. I really appreciate the care he took with ensuring I understood how to care for my piercing, including a free/voluntary one-week follow-up exam! I dont have any plans for anymore at this time, but if I do...The Piercing Doctor will be where I would go and I would highly recommend you go as well.

I was on vacation and decided to go ahead and finally get my ears pierced for the first time. I did a Google search, called, spoke to Brett and I was able to make an appointment a few hours later. The facility was located in a beautiful plaza and oh so clean. I was a bit nervous going in but Brett made me (and my entourage lol) feel comfortable. He was/is informative and I could tell he takes great pride in his work. Since that day I’ve had a ton of questions, emphasis on TON, and Brett has been a text away. I highly enjoyed my experience with Brett. I went with my sister who wanted a couple of piercings originally. He was very professional and personable and his location is very clean and neat. I decided on a whim to also get my ears pierced as well. I ended up with 3 based on his recommendation for my ear shape. Ive had many piercings in my life. Almost all of them took years to heal completely. Some never healed at all to the point where I just finally gave up and took them out. Two years ago I had my nose pierced at another location. It was healing slowly. I decided to have another nose piercing right next to the original. So luckily, I found the Piercing Pro. Not only did the new nose piercing give me no trouble at all, he was able to slightly re-pierce the first one with titanium. Problem solved immediately! Fast forward two years and I decided to have my nipples pierced. Not only was he completely professional and very nice and informative but the new piercing gave me absolutely zero trouble at all. I am delighted. I will NEVER go to another place to get pierced. I am lucky to have found him! I would recommend him and only him. My daughter has also had a few piercing at his shop. She also has veryvery sensitive skin and has had issues with other piercing shops. But now, she is also enjoying problem free piercing with the Piercing Pro!

Brett is amazing with kids!!! My daughter who is Pre-K age got her ears pierced with him and we were so lucky to be in his hands because he took care of her when things happened as they always do. She lost one of her earings and it closed up and we had to do it all over again. He took care of us and was always easy to reach when we needed advice. If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely go with Brett but I would do her ears a lot earlier as at this age there is little listening and a lot of picking on earings :/ I never post reviews but he is exceptional and well worth it!!

I did a walk-in for a basic earlobe piercing and it was great! I was pretty nervous but the procedure was over very quickly and barely hurt. They also used quality products which was very important for me as I wanted to avoid any complications. It was definitely worth the money.

Amazing experience! Did my 8 month olds ear piercing and it was just incredible no tears what so ever. Brett numbed her ears measured them marked them evenly and the used a needle and then put in the diamond in. All by hand. Everything was very clean and he was extremely patient! I loved him!! I had gotten my earlobes pierced here a while back, and I had a great experience. So I decided to go here and get my nipples pierced here a few weeks ago. And let me tell you, if you’re thinking about getting this done, do it and get it done here. I have a pretty low pain tolerance so I was super nervous about it. It definitely hurt, but it was completely bearable. If you can tolerate getting waxed, you can definitely tolerate this. He uses really high quality jewelry, and gives very detailed instructions on how to take care of them, so they healed beautifully. He was also super professional and was very educational. If you are going to get any piercing done, go here. I absolutely love this place. I can’t wait to get my next piercing here.

If I could give 10 stars I wouldve! Brett is absolutely the best at what he does, HANDS DOWN. I had a situation in which my freshly new piercing that I got done at Pagoda, turned into a nightmare, after just a fews weeks of having the piercing, the stud got stuck in-between my ear. This was an impossible task to move on its on. I even went to Urgent care, was charged $110, and the service was impossible to perform by the doctor. Luckily enough I came across this phenomenal piercing shop on google, The Piercing Doctor and met Brett who was able to remove the stud out of my ears in less than 45 minutes, no hassle. He knew exactly what the situation was and how to complete the task, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and the customer service was exceptional!! I would defiantly recommend to any whos looking for a professional who knows what theyre doing, and wants something thats going to last, and not cause an affection of any sort in the long run. He got me right.in after calling g with an issue with one of my piercings that I received at a tattoo /piercing shop, who should not be doing piercings! They used cheap stainless steel and didnt even measure the distance between the piercings. The Piercing Doctor uses white gold Titanium, environment very clean, very professional! Its where Ill be going for now on

So happy we went to The Piercing Pro for my 13 yr olds ears! Parents, choose an actual pro here to pierce your childs ears rather than an often barely-trained teenager at Claires. I learned the hard way after choosing Claires years ago and my daughter ended up with 2 infected ears, scars on her earlobes and and having to wait a long time for her ears to heal up. The Piercing Pro was a totally clean and nice environment, we got a helpful education on what is best for pierced ears, my daughter was totally relaxed and said there was no pain, and we are very happy with the results. Great experience!

I walked in spontaneously to get a daith piercing for my horrible migraines. He educated me on all the ins and outs, how well go about the piercing process, and how to maintain it. He told me that its necessary to get it in both ears, because the migraine will come on the side that wasnt pierced. This man is an expert and knows what hes doing. He really impressed me and did a fabulous job. One week later, I am healing perfectly fine and I havent had a single migraine since then. I usually suffer with one everyday. The piercer (Brett) saw that I was a bit nervous, so he informed me on the whole process and how it was fast (then I calmed down). Brett was extremely friendly, informative and professional. I have been to other places in other countries to have piercings done, but there is no way anyone is better than Brett. He is the absolute best. I have also never healed as nicely and quickly as I am now (he did my belly) which just comes to show how great of a job he has done! This place is great - they make the piercing process easy and painless, the jewelry comes with the piercing and it is always titanium which is super important for infection prevention and body healing. They give you easy instructions to follow for cleaning which disseminates all the info youll read online. My piercing is now 2-3 weeks old and it doesnt hurt at all and it is healing well. I will say they have a service dog onsite so if you are allergic to animals note this, however, the exam room is separate and very clean so this is not an issue at all. Great communication by staff, overall I recommend you check out.

Despite all the stories Ive heard of how painful nipple piercings are, I have to say the level of pain was probably a 3 out of 10 for me. He educated me on the after care process and I have to say there is a lot of incorrect information given by other piercers who truly don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing which explains why I had so many issues with piercings healing incorrectly in the past.My nipple piercings are a week in now and not only do they not hurt, they are healing PHENOMENALLY.I must add I feel that his prices are beyond fair for the level of knowledge and professionalism you get at this shop. Brett has gained a customer for LIFE and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know because I am confident their experience will be nothing short of exceptional.

I went to The Piercing Pro to get my belly button pierced and the whole experience was incredible. I called before to ask a few questions and the lady that picked up the phone was so helpful and sweet. When we got there, Brett, the piercer, was so sweet and easy to talk to and his assistant, Skylar really helped to comfort me when i was nervous about getting it pierced. A week later, we went back for my check up and my sister ended up getting a piercing too. Both piercing’s ended up being exactly what we wanted. I think its quite clear how amazing this establishment is from all of the other 5 star reviews, but if you need even more reassurance then Ill give you just that! Brett is by far the most professional person (its in the name guys) Ive ever been to for my piercings. Hes very knowledgeable about what he does and assures that youre comfortable throughout the process. Everything is very sterile and he only uses titanium jewelry since thats the only way to go for most body piercings. Also, if you have any issues with your piercings after getting them done then you can either contact Brett, or come in so that the problem can be fixed asap. Ive only had great experiences here so if youre scared to get a piercing youve wanted for a while and dont know where to go, then come to Piercing Pro for THE best outcome.

Oh. My. Goodness! Brett was so amazing! I just got home from getting my scoop peircing. It was virtually painless and super quick. Brett has such a great personality and is super kind and caring. He is such a high quality piercer and has so much experience. He helped me through when I overheated, (my body overheats when I get needles of any sort), he reassured me and was over all perfect! He has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel super comfortable. He was extremely understanding and supportive of me. I I definently plan to go back to support him again! Brett and Skylar are absolutely fantastic! We came to get our belly piercing and we’re very impressed with their knowledge, the cleanliness of the shop, and their professionalism. We will be coming back here for any future piercings, for sure!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Brett! From my first phone call with him,all the way through the piercing, he was professional, courteous, and kind. I was referred to him for my 5-month-old daughters ear piercing, and I am so thankful!When I first called, he walked me through the process and told me everything I needed to know/do ahead of time. (Breastfeeding Mamas, be sure to save up that magic until you get there. Breastfeeding your baby while getting her ears pierced is an incredible way to keep her calm! Never would have thought about that, but Brett knew what was up.)When we arrived, we were a little nervous about piercing her ears, but he made us (and the baby, most importantly) feel comfortable. Again, he walked us through the process, to make sure my husband and I knew what was happening. He took his time marking and measuring her ears to ensure that the earrings were perfect. Then as I fed her, he meticulously popped each earring in. She literally didnt even flinch.Once her earrings were in, he cleaned her ears and explained the cleaning process. It was such a painless, enjoyable experience. Even our baby loved him!I 100000000% recommend Brett for all piercings. Ill be back very soon to get some piercings of my own. I should note that Im no stranger to piercings. Ive had more than a dozen over the years, and I can say that I wish I had found Brett sooner. (He also switched out my cartilage piercing from a place-holder that looked awful to a beautiful flat-back that matches my daughers earrings. Didnt even feel a thing.)Go see him. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this place really stands out. My eyebrow piercing was quick, easy, and painless. Skylar did a great job and I’m beyond happy with the results. She walked me through the after-care process and made sure I was completely satisfied. This is definitely my top spot and I know that anyone else who comes by will feel the same way.

Thanks to my sister for suggesting this place. The owner and his apprentice were very professional and knowledgeable about the piercing that I was receiving. They put me at ease, instructed me on post care of piercing to prevent infection. clean environment, service is fast, and if you have any inquiries they will answer. Got there for my appointment and explained to Skylar what I wanted done. I was nervous about the pain but she assured me she pierced young ones and they had zero problems. Brett did an amazing job with my piercing! Got my conch pierced and would definitely go back for more. Would highly recommend for anyone who’s ever worried about sterility or the pain. Didn’t hurt whatsoever! Makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Also gives you proper information about what metals to use on your ears and if you have any keloids he will remove them. 10/10! Couldn’t recommend more. :)

The best experience I could’ve hoped for! I was looking for a place to take my 2 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and I was really picky because I knew I wanted quality earrings, an experienced piercer, a needle (vs a gun), precision with the location of the hole, and patience from the the staff. I got all of this, plus more at the piercing pro! He used a special measuring instrument to find the exact center of the lobes, and he even took it a step further by applying numbing cream so she hardly felt a thing. She didn’t even cry! I couldn’t believe it. If you are looking for a place to pierce your child’s ears, this is the place to go! I will be taking my second daughter here when the time comes, without a doubt.

I recently went into the Piercing Pro shop in East Boca, and wow they did a great job! I had 6 piercings done with them. Each one of them turned out just perfect!! The staff made me feel comfortable. Also, the shop was very clean compared to others. I 100% recommend using The Piercing Pro!!
