I came in to get my nipples pierced. Amazing service! I felt so comfortable and welcomed. It was fast and easy, got aftercare and all. I also was short cash and the man worked very well with me to get a price in my range. I come here for all my piercings for a reason!

I got a tattoo from this shop a couple weeks ago and it’s not what I expected. My tattoo artist was Mike and he said once the colors heal and fade a little bit it will look a lot better. It still looks the same, and I’m pretty disappointed. It’s Not worth what I paid…

Had a tattoo artist named Diego do a cover up for me. Charged me $850 which I was told by others after looking at the work that i was way overcharged but Id be ok with the price had I got what I wanted . He did not finish the spiderman/venom tattoo that night but its been 4 months now and it still isnt finished. No answer to my calls/texts. Ive stopped inside a few times and the owner Mike took my # down and said hed make an appointment with me and Diego so I could get the tattoo finished but Im still waiting.. this was my first and unfortunately my last time doing business there.

Not only do you get quality work done, you get an experience of being around really decent people and have a good laugh while at it. Definitely gonna keep coming here

Oh my God!!.. let me tell you about my experience... I came in to get a piercing yesterday. They were not attentive and the customer service was non existent. On top of that this place was NOT the cleanest that I’ve seen. NOBODY was wearing a mask!! Not even the owner of the shop, that’s SO ridiculous. I don’t understand how you can run a tattoo/piercing shop like this. I did not feel comfortable getting my piercing done here so I immediately left. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Walked in and requested for a tattoo specifically how I wanted it. The tattoo artist was arrogant and tried to change my mind on where to put it and change the style of it. Made me feel very uncomfortable, so I ended up leaving unsatisfied. Also nobody was wearing a mask or social distancing, very scary!

Went here to get my daughters nose pierced. The owner Mike did the piercing. He was very kind on the phone the night before we went in. The receptionist at the front is VERY sweet. Mike went to do my daughters piercing (mind you this is her first piercing) and I took out my phone to record. All he had to say was “please do not record”, but instead he added “I’m trying to work here”. Really? No need to be rude. Just ask me & my daughters friend not to record (I’m BIG on manners and respect). I probably wouldn’t be so upset if he had been a little nicer. What do you expect? I was excited for my babies first piercing! You’d think he’d get that and be a little kinder with his words. I understand if you don’t want to be recorded, but just say it without the rude remark. Anyways, he had to re-pierce it a second time because it came out WAY higher than the mark that he made on her nose and showed me that was where he was going to pierce. On top of that, it came out crooked. Much better the second time and he was apologetic and gave me a slight refund and some jewelry, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Annoying experience with the exception of the sweet Receptionist.

I am currently getting tattooed by Paul @ Empire Ink. Not only is Paul a great guy, his work is amazing! He is by far one of the best tattoo artists in south Florida! He has done a few tattoos for me but the one he is doing as I write this review is the best tattoo I have and I have a lot of different work from a few artists. No one besides Paul will ever tattoo me again! I found my life long artist and a life long best friend. Package deal! Highly recommended!

Walked in for a tattoo, NONE of the staff wore masks. It took 20 mins before anyone spoke to me. I noticed some of the staff were feeling nice, especially The owner (MIKE) came to speak to me about the tattoo & he looked tipsy & you could smell it on him, since he didn’t wore a mask. I was completely disgusted. I had to walk out !

I am a 70 year old veteran of the Viet Nam Conflict during which I flew helicopters (68-70) Never in the wildest moment in my life did I ever think I would get a Tattoo. Then the day came Parkinsons entered my life due to exposure of Agent Orange while in Nam.Skylar is an Angel and Michael Angelo rolled into one. I wanted my tattoo to honor patients with Parkinsons and my service to my country. Using the Parkinson basic design my wife and I came up with the idea of a Poppy on top of the Parkinson PD stem. Skylar enhanced it to living art that lives on my arm today.Skylar is part psychiatrist as she calms the patients nervousness, exceptional artiste, always cares that the best work is done, I highly recommend Skylar to handle any tattoo work.

We had called to see about piercing my mother in laws upper ear for her 63rd birthday. She had a stroke some years earlier and is disabled. We were told to come in, no problem. Once there, waited for 20+ minutes just to be told the guy wasnt even there. They were nice on the phone and when we were there. However, their unreliable staff makes them look bad. Plus, being someone who has tattoos, I wouldnt get work done there. Went to Big Kahuna instead. Sure they are nice but very disappointing and unprofessional.

Walked in randomly for a piercing. Best decision ever. So happy I came here the staff is amazing & friendly and welcoming!! Mike did my dermal piercing and I’m coming for tattoos. Ann Marie is awesome as well.

The moment I walked in I realized it was a sketchy place. Both workers and other customers were not wearing masks, despite there being a sign saying masks were mandatory. With it being Friday 13th, I asked how much it would cost to get my seconds done and they told me $25 for both. The worker who pierced my ears was skittish and it honestly felt like he was on something. My piercings bled so much that it dripped all over my clothes, and he barely gave me tissues to clean up my blood. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me $50 and when I tried to explain that I had been told the price was $25, he put in my card in the machine and tried to charge me $50 anyway. Eventually the manager charged me $25 but I was extremely unhappy with my service and I definitely won’t be coming back.

My husband and I went in to get matching tattoos. Diego was available and was amazing. He was very professional and kind. Listened and did exactly what we wanted. We also had the amazing pleasure to meet AnnMarie who works in the shop! What a kind sweet soul! I will definitely be coming back to Diego. See you soon. Heather Crespi
