Horrible place to go to for any cosmetic needs. Customer service here needs to be addressed asap. I was at a fellow store in that plaza and wanted to check out cosmoprof and in which i had no idea that you needed a license. Got the supplies i needed and waited for this guy not only to take his time in the back without being greeted but to when i checked out he snatched all my supplies away because i had no license completely unprofressional and rude about it

Apparently this store closes 1-1:30... myself and now 5 other people have come to enter and have to wait. A little inconvenient. Just a heads up for anyone coming by...

One of the best resources for cosmotologist to get what they need in one location. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Not only will they go out of there way to fine the products you need and price satisfaction.

The staff at the east Boca location are always so helpful. I really enjoy visiting the store. It’s always so clean and easy to find anything that I need. I really love the manager that they have there now!!!

Love this professional beauty supply store. You do have to be licensed to shop here, but if you are its a great choice. The manager was so helpful in getting me the right product and even gave me some extra tips on how to use them. If you need anything cosmetology related this is the place to be.

The one in boyton beach locations much better as far as selection of products. Its laid out better and bigger and the staff is so much more helpful and friendlier. The location is right on boynton beach Blvd. Off 95. Worth the drive!

Great store great location and great customer service, Gina is very helpful and provided excellent customer service . The store is neatly stocked and organized . The selection and variety of products and colors is huge . I definitely reccomend and will be back .

Horrible customer service! One employee would not even acknowledge me, even though she was the one telling the only other employee in the store what to say to me. Ended up calling corporate while there to get help because they couldnt. Corporate was great and helpful but that did not change the way they kept treating me. Left frustrated and never wanting to come back - and I wont. They will never get my business.I dont want to go to a place that does not treat me like a human being. Do you?
