As a motorcyclist as a matter of safety I have learned to find someone you trust to work on your ride. My family travels with me in my car, so safety is paramount. I trust no one else.

Chris knows more about Honda’s then the techs at the Honda dealer. He is detailed, thorough and HONEST. Finding a Japanese car specialist like him doesn’t happen often. Chris has maintained 3 Honda’s for me, I put 40,000 on each year. I had an Accord I put 340,000 miles on and the only reason it came off the road was it was hit. If you want someone with experience and knowledge Chris is your guy

My Toyota 4runner was having an overheating problem. Chris & Team were great, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained in detail the repairs suggested, and got the vehicle fixed quickly. Chris is awesome! First he spent a lot of time on the phone explaining what he would do and again when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. He called before starting any work and showed me the parts taken off and replaced. He is very fair and honest and I will use him in the future.

My wife and I have been taking our Hondas and Acuras to Chris at the Boca Raton location for over 20 years! In fact, a big reason our family has 3 Hondas currently is because I know Ill have a trustworthy and competent local, independent mechanic. Chris takes care of our cars as though they were his own, and weve never had a concern with the work they do. Theyre very attentive and courteous, and scheduling repairs is always easy. If you have a Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus and live in the Boca area (or near the Ft Lauderdale location, since Ive met the Owner, Orlando, and he has the same integrity & business standards), this is definitely the place to go for service.

Trusted mechanics. I love putting those two words together. I have owned or leased six Honda Odysseys since 1999. Unfortunately, I only found the J.A.P Shop for the last two Odysseys. They also service my Infiniti.About five years ago, I had one of my Odysseys at Coral Springs Honda Service at least seven times for the same front-end issue. After a while, I even had a particular mechanic to take it into and was asked to drive it right in when the issue was occurring. A good friend kept telling me to take it the J.A.P. Shop on Oakland Park Blvd.Frustrated beyond belief, I finally did bring it in to the J.A.P. shop and Orlando found the two issues that were the root cause in one visit.After a few services in Ft. Lauderdale, for convenience, I skeptically switched to the Spanish River Blvd location. I have been going here for about five years. They are not only trustworthy, they use original OEM parts. When there are as good or better parts for less, like Akebono brake pads, Chris tells me his recommendation, but asks for approval.Chris has incredible knowledge of the cars they service and he remembers small details about specific models of cars. If he is afraid a particular repair may be like peeling an onion, he tells you what he may find at the next layer and what that would mean in the way of cost or complications.I have had several different mechanics work on my cars at the J.A.P. shop. But, the positive experience has been totally consistent.

I ve been taking my Acura to Chris for 17 years. I dont think anyone is more knowledgeable and professional than he and the owner Orlando. She just had her 300,000 mile oil change. Need I say more
