I was a little nervous about going at first especially being a women most places try to rip you off but Richard and his mechanic DIDNT!!! They were so opening to all my questions I had. Elite Auto Repair saved my car! I was having issues with my AC breaking down, the radio wasn’t working and my car kept turning off - and not even the dealership knew what the problem was. However, Elite Auto Repair was able to see me right away, diagnose the issues, and fixed it all in a few days. Richie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me. The owner Nick, even personally called me after the job to make sure everything was working well. Excellent customer service and professionalism, and most important, they got the job done. I highly recommend them!

Its hard to find an honest mechanic. I went to replace the transmission gasket in my car. Originally, the manager told me that it will cost me $300 for everything. When I brought my car in after the work was completed, he told me $600, I was shocked, I said you told me $300 thats why I came back otherwise I would have gone to another place for $300. At, the end, I ended up paying $400 for a job that I budgeted to pay $300.

This place is so helpful, and the mechanics are so friendly. They put forth the extra effort to make sure your car is fixed, AND that you understand what they are fixing and why. The first time I came here, they offered to come pick my car up for free. They are so honest and ethical, which is sometimes very hard to find at an auto shop. I will forever come back here and would recommend this place for everyone !

Earlier today I called by Elite Auto Repair to have my sunglass holder/bin repaired. Upon my arrival, Richard was very welcoming and dealt with my request very quickly. Richard fixed the sunglass holder within 30 minutes, and did so with great professionalism and care for my car. Just moved here and had a problem with my car . Found this shop online, made an appointment and what a surprise did I get .Met Vincent and Richard when I arrived . Coming from up north you always think someone is going to try and rip you off especially when it comes to repairing your car . Well it was totally opposite with these guys !!! I called Monday evening the location was not hard to find if just pay attention to google maps directions, it was late after I had gotten off from my job and they had room to appoint me have my car fully diagnosed and in a couple hours gave me call with what was wrong and had a/c other minor repairs done under the hood that afternoon and finished before 5pm for me to pick up and payment was a great expense for what I feel is very high quality and trustworthy machinists. The people working there are very capable and respectful of caring for the customers vehicle and are able to repair and work on wide range of the vehicle components. They go about and beyond and understand the importance of everyone’s transportation.

I originally came in for my brakes from a Groupon deal and dont regret it. The honesty and integrity the representative had made this stop in amazing. Every question I had was answered and they not only let me know of additional problems my car had but showed me so that I can see what the issues were. Yes I spent more than expected but the level on sincerity and honesty makes this place Elite. I took my Honda Civic here because it had every issue under the sun. They fixed everything promptly and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism one could possibly expect. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics in the past and none were as knowledgeable and honest as Richard and Nick. They also have outstanding communication skills. I decided to try Elite Auto Repair for an oil change. The staff there is great, friendly and quick. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. I was very pleased with the service.

I called and asked if there were any availabilities. The owner called me back quickly and let me know I could come in. I showed up and they took my Car right away. Richard was great he took his time to explain everything and allowed me to make a decision that was right for me but not detrimental for my car. If I could give them a 0 I would! I have never been to somewhere where it’s so unorganized, no communication. This place is a complete disaster and all they want to do is take your money! I’m so dissatisfied with the customer service of this place, when contacting the owner of this place he kept giving me the run around on why a part in my car was broken by his mechanics. He tried to give me a 15$ gift card to Starbucks to make everything better after I spent almost $1,000 because of a mistake that was made in their end. To top things off I had to go purchase the part they broke and bring it to them so they can fix it and still had to pay for labor. They said they would bring back my car to my house. And when I went to turn on my car it doesn’t turn on at all! Such a waste of money and time. To anyone who wants to take their car to here don’t! Save your money and save yourself a headache!

Elite Auto repair in Boca Raton is awesome. These people are very knowledgeable. I took my Mercedes Benz here for maintenance, they are so kind, not only their prices were fare for Service B but they also took care of other lights on my dashboard and reset every thing. These people are awesome, Dealership was charging me too much to repair my Audi A8. I took my car to this place. These people greeted me professionally, I waited in their for like 20 minutes. They gave me an estimate which was far much fair than dealership, they offered me a courtesy rental car for free which I did not need. Came here due to a problem with my car overheating. I spoke with Nick and dropped my car off with him for a few days. A few hours after dropping off my car he informed me that my hose had ruptured and needed replacing along with a few other cooling parts. The repair was done in a timely manner since I need my car for work and it is back to new! My air condition even feels much more colder than it did. Great job Nick and Elite team you guys are awesome.

So I was driving to Boca Raton from Tampa when my power steering pump locked up, popped the belt, and snapped the pulley. I was dead in the water In a city i knew very little about. Its funny how God will put u in places when u need to be because there shop was close by from were I broke down at and that was a blessing from God because I called and talked to them, explained what was wrong and my situation. They seemed concerned on wanting to help and I decided that yea Im gonna go with these guys and Im glad I did. From the time I got my truck to the shop they was great and made me feel like they knew what they were doing. Not only was the cost affordable they offered a payment plan if I wasnt able to pay the amount on full, they came off very professional and I can see that they were trying to make me feel comfortable as well, while I was waiting for the repairs. The good things I can say from there out it just kept multiplying with good things. they found me a rental car and the work that needed to be done was done quick and they did a great job. This happened month before this post but I havent had a single issue with the pump or the truck period. What im saying is I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if anything go to a couple shops that I wont mention but tell them to go elite auto repair and take some notes on how things are supposed to be done. I also wanted from the heart say thank you to them and everything they did and shout out to my man richie he was that guy during the time my truck was getting fixed that I felt was going that extra mile when he didnt have to. Elite Auto Repair is the best auto repair shop I found by far. I use to go to Fort Lauderdale for my BMW repair. A friend refer this place to me and always talks good about them. They have another location in Derlay Beach I was told, I chose to take my BMW at their Boca Raton Location since it is closer to my place. They are highly skilled individuals and priced just right for everything. I will definitely go back there for all my future repairs or services.

Terrible service. Go there for my 9AM appointment for a simple oil change. Started giving me all kinds of excuses that it would be delayed or have to reschedule. The place wasnt busy at all. I think their problem was that we came with a Groupon and they probably didnt like that. Well why offer Groupon in the first place!Ended up going to Mavis Tires in Deerfield Beach. Place was super busy yet we were able to be in and out with oil change in less than 30 minutes.
