Couldnt be happier with my experience with James. We side swiped our Volvo SVU and James was able to restore it back to its original look. James was very professional and completed the full restoration right from my driveway! The car looks fantastic and he even came back weeks later to install a new tail light for me. Where do I start. I feel really lucky to have found The Dent Guy Mobile Auto Body. James did an amazing job! He was very professional and understanding of my situation. It really is a no brainer using James. He drove to me and fixed my bumper without me having to go to a body shop and he was very fair with pricing. James was amazing! This morning I reversed into a bollard in my brand new car denting and pushing in the front side panel, preventing the driver door from opening without hitting the side panel. Within 2 hours James was at my house and fixed it in 30 minutes. He touched up the minor paint damage and buffed it out. Its hardly noticeable. I should add he got two additional customers outside my house when they saw what he did. Needless to say, I highly recommend him. Thank you James!

I called to inquire about getting a quote for my car. It was wrecked due to me hitting the meridian on the interstate avoiding someone coming into my lane and wrecking. I called and spoke with James. He was very professional and courteous enough to hear what happened and give me some information. Being this was my first incident like that I was very nervous, dont know anything regarding if insurance will cover etc. James was very informative and definitely knows his stuff. Being a woman sometimes its sketchy but James made me feel comfortable and was brutally honest which helped me feel relieved about my situation. I have commercial vehicles limousines taxis Uber shuttle buses etc. not only was he fast and extremely reasonable. He did the work on site yes I’ll say it again on site! For a limousine and taxi company not having a car down for a week to 10 days in a body shop is extraordinary situation and then to top it off to pay less than body shop pricing this guy is unbelievable! Quick, honest, reasonable, kind, I could go on forever. But let’s just talk about the work. Could not believe the quality of the work like if it was done in a professional body shop but literally in your driveway while you’re sipping an ice tea. I hit a cement pole at a gas station and did a number on both passenger doors. James got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote and popped the dent out. I was happy with the results but he said he could repair it to the point of looking brand new and gave me an extremely reasonable price. I’m used to being taken advantage of by auto repair places due to being a woman, but James was straight forward and honest and made me very comfortable when deciding to use his services. (Especially since several other places said I’d need to go to an auto body shop). While I waited he made me feel very comfortable and welcome. All around an amazing repair and even more amazing service. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you James!

This guy def knows what he’s doing. My back rear bumper/body had a dent and was scratched. For a super reasonable price he made it totally presentable. He came to my job and did the work there in under an hour and I was honestly impressed for what he charged. Very good work would definitely call him again if something like that happens in the future.

James was repairing my daughters car and noticed a dent in my car. After seeing the great job he did on hers, I texted him a few days later and asked him to fix mine. He came that same day after I got home from work and had it done in 15 minutes. It looks great! Besides being extremely convenient (he does the work right in your driveway!), James is quick to respond, accommodating, super nice, does great work and is very reasonably priced. I was in Florida for only a few days and I accidentally pulled the front cover off my car. I found James on a search and he was available on Sunday. I called him at about 10:30 in the morning and he said he could come by by 11:30. He showed up and looked at the car. His cost was reasonable and he said he could do it immediately. He put the cover back on and replaced all theissing clips and reinforced some areas with screws where the clips had broken. He completed the job in less than 39 minutes, so my wife and I could get to the beach.We spoke during the time he did the work. He is a very friendly person.He said that he guarantees his work and he would repair it again if it got looseOverall, his work was excellent, timely, reasonably priced and we had a nice conversationI would definitely recommend him to others

I can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent trying to restore my own headlights. Saw this man working in a parking lot near my home and was quoted a great price. I got a quote from James to fix the rust on the roof of my Car. We agreed on a reasonable price for the job. HE came to the job site which helps alot because I value my time. My wife came out of a shopping center parking lot and someone had totally scratched her car including puncturing the metal by the back driver’s side door. I would see it every day and it would irritate me. Finally I happened to pass James in his Mobile car and I called The Dent Guy. He came over that day, assessed the damage and quoted me about 1/3 what the auto body shop wanted. We agreed to proceed and he immediately took out his tools and with meticulous detail, sanded, filled the hole, matched the color and fixed the scratch. I knew he was an honorable gentleman when he wanted to let the paint fully dry before finishing the touch up and even though he was leaving to return the next day, would not accept money until his work was complete. I took a chance when James stopped me on the street telling me that he could take care of the dent on the back panel of my RAV4. He made the repairs in the parking lot of my workplace. It looks like new! His price was very reasonable as I have been getting quotes to get it done. Saved me time and money. He is courteous and true to his word. This guy is great! I hit a curb in my new car and did not want to go through insurance as my rates would likely go up. I liked the fact that he would come to me, so I decided to give it a shot. He came by and assesed the damage and quoted me $475. He was able to restore the original part and you would never know it happened.

They are like artists as to where you can not tell there was any damage. They are fast clean and professional. They use factory paint but are very reasonable. The work is done in your own driveway. They swindle you with their advertisements of how they’ll pay your deductible through your insurance for you because they scam off of it. Your insurance will pay thousands of dollars when in reality it will only cost them very minimal because their parts aren’t certified! You’ll end up having a crazy increase on your insurance so don’t do it. If you wreck your car go through your insurance & let them recommend a place. All these reviews are from paid people so don’t be dumb like I was!

I had a leak on our 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse rear hatch,called and James came to repair it . He charged us 400.00 and stated he had a 3 year warranty on his repairs. The next day the same spot was still leaking . I contacted James who stated he would stop by later on but never showed but blew us off by stateing its a drive to our place but would stop by Wednesday when he would be in our area and of course he never did nor did he contact us back. I had to take the car somewhere else to fix the same freaking leak !!!!!💩💩💩The guy is all smiles at first but after he takes your money never to be heard from. Total Rip Off.. Buyer beware... So sad 😭😭😭😭😭after he had such good reviews( those must be fake too !)Update:After posting this review James calls me and leaves a voicemail stated that he would refund me the 400.00 if I took down this bad review !!! He put up a response saying (see his post below) I never requested a refund, just come fix the leak he repair. His excause was his father is in the hospital.( If true ) and he didnt have the time to inform me of his situation. I recently had James repair the rear bumper on a hit and run at a red light. James was prompt for the appointment and did a awesome job repairing the rear bumper. He also repaired the front bumper for an additional cost. I have never in 14 years living in Boca come accross, finally a honest and reliable person.
