Stay a whole month in the shop, and didn’t complete the job. I had a front bumper issue and they only fixed the right size.

What can I say? This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Eric was extremely helpful, as was the rest of the staff. When I went back to pick up my car, my car was cleaned and looked expertly done. I’ve never done a insurance claim after being in an accident before, but this definitely a great first experience with the matter. My car was expertly repaired and I couldn’t ask for anything better. They even replaced my license plate frame that was bent. I was so excited to get my car back and I would HIGHLY recommend this location for any insurance claim, especially for European vehicles! 10/10 without a doubt.

Great service, great paint job and body work

The service and work from CARSTAR was phenomenal. Dealt with some bad luck on the turnpike when road debris wrecked my front bumper and tore up the undercarriage of my new Prius. They took care of absolutely everything and coordinated with my insurance provider every step of the way and even made sure I was set up for my rental while the car was in the shop. My car now looks and runs perfect. CARSTAR is fast, honest, and they seriously deliver on their work. Seamless experience and I so appreciate it after that scary experience on the road.

There is no customer service. They are supposed to work with the insurance company the General, for an accident claim, the insurance company doesnt wish to pay for the repairs of my car that was damaged .

Be very careful with these people. I brought in a car to have a dent in the fender repaired and they fixed 80% of it. Afterwards they wanted to charge more for the other 20% because part of the dent was not in a section called a fender and a reasonable person should have known that the quote did not include all of the dent. To be fair after a 20 minute debate they reluctantly agreed to complete the repair but I will never go back.

Unfortunately, I came across this place after a car accident, I was T Boned on the driver side of my door.. and I trusted that they could do ONE job and replace my door panel, since I got her back from these people my door has been malfunctioning, buttons for my windows were broken, i lowered my passenger window and it doesnt come back up unless I use the button on the passanger side, and door is not opening correctly, I have to pull the knob and push the door open, it doesnt just swing open anymore, this is a total fiasco, there are also new damages to my car, on my rear bumper, no dents but paint is scratched off and another scrape on my rear driver side, by the tire (which I had them clean off) .. these people are total scammers and i think they retook the pictures from when I first dropped it off to make it seem like those added damages were already on there, its my fault i completely screwed up by not taking pics of my own before I dropped her off to these amatures.

Everything went according to plan and the vehicle looks like it did when it was driven off the dealership’s lot two months ago!
