I have been with Verizon for 20 years and usually have pretty good experiences. This time was the best! I have a pretty large family and we have numerous lines. This last year we used our phones more then ever and all of us needed new phones. I walked in and Alex was smiling and more then went above and beyond to make the new phone happen for ALL of us! She spent hours figuring out how she could help us all get new phones and cases and screen protectors. I have spent this much for a couple of phones and good service. This time we all got phones, my bill went down, and she set up and connected all our devices. She spent 2 days staying late to help get it all done and she did it all with a smile! Its so refreshing to have someone really want to make sure your happy with your service! TCC you got a good one with Alex! My phone went for a swim and after many repair shops I gave up on repair. Brandon took great care of me with a good deal on a new phone just like he did when we signed up 18 months ago. Great to have someone who knows what they are doing in the phone world. TCC and Brandon do a great job!

Really good service! Shelby and Alex have been really helpful. They are super kind and helpful. They get people in and out really fast and will answer any questions you have and they are super friendly!

Shelby was super helpful in identifying the issue with the camera on my phone. She also helped me pick out a replacement, adjust my plan and transfer all of my data to the new phone. Overall best experience with a phone issue. Quick and reliable service!

I switched to Verizon about a year ago, with help from Levi. I was unsure about a big name provider until he helped me out and explained everything to me. A year later I broke my phone and was having issues with my insurance claim (which is through a third party mind you), and within 10 mins Levi was able to help me get it sorted out. Im sure this store is full of great employees, but if you go in on a day that Levi is working, your problems/questions are as good as solved. Great man, and a great employee. Ill be with Verizon for good now, thanks again sir!

Had a great experience in this store, over this past weekend! Levi helped my boyfriend and I get into our phones. He was professional, but laid back at the same time. He made sure to tell us what to expect, what he recommended for our specific situation, and took all my sarcasm and questions like a champ! I 10/10 recommend asking for him anytime you go in. The store is clean, comfortable and set up very well. Jacob was also very kind with my kids asking him 14840274 questions and for paper repetitively.Systems went down unexpectedly, at the end of the night. Levi made sure to come in, on his day off to finish up my process. Stayed in good spirits and honestly did above and beyond what’s expected.Again, this store is phenomenal, and I would recommend it to everyone.

This Blue Springs MO Verizon store on 7 HWY has kept me a Verizon customer. The Verizon on 7 Hwy in Blue Springs has superb customer service skills. They smile and say hello when you walk in the door. You get their undivided attention! The exceeded my highest expectation 10 fold. Once again, after a horrendously bad experience at the other Blue Spring store, I am one of your satisfied customers. So after 33+ years of being a Verizon customer, I guess I will stick around awhile. Keep up the good work Blue Springs 7 hwy store! Kudos to you! Burn down the store on Coronado Drive in Blue Springs. As for the newer store on 7 Hwy in Blue Springs; Please give all of them, the TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS a pat on the back for me please. Went into check into possibly changing providers. I guess if you consider yourself the best you can gouge the consumer. All mobile dealers should be regulated in pricing. For less service than I have with T-Mobile I would pay over double what I pay now. Thought it woukd give me better service out in the country but neighbors say it is no better. They had T-Mobile previously.
