This places just about the same as every other boost they dont have that much of a selection I would suggest going online and getting one thats on sale cuz every month or two theyve got something on sale and then you usually get an extra percentage off thats what I did but you have to take your phone in to get insurance you cannot add it on when you purchase your phone through the internet boost site which I think is ridiculous you can add music you can add data you can add everything besides insurance. And if you ask me what Im purchasing and adding insurance onto is a brand new phone so if there was anything wrong with it when it got to my house it would have never have been my fault anyways because its sealed and packed up so it would have had to been an issue that it had before the person buying it get it in the mail.

Jessica was extremely nice, very helpful and displayed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I have never had such an easy time getting all of my information from one phone to another. Quick and painless. Easy 5 Stars.

Pricey phone service, some of the customer service is better than other.

The lady working there selena was great the customer service on the phone spent w hrs pretending theywas fixing something and did nothing .I havent had to good of cs or deals .They have me spending way to much and provider services suck .But the lady at store was great .Get it together Boost

I went to this location today to get an idea for my next phone. Heather was very helpful and insightful on what would be most useful for me personally. She was very smiley and wonderful with advice. I will definitely be back to buy my next phone here.

This place has nice people, with pretty good customer service, and a clean store. They don’t know everything about Boost, but will call and get the answers for you. They now offer a prepaid internet service through Xfinity cable, as well. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

Best to swap phone companies, but I guess it works for now.

I love this store. Heather is super helpful and I always get in and out fast . I love boost I will never go back to another carrier . I will say you get what you pay for on the phones .. I went from a cheap phone to a more expensive one and I see a big difference . dont get me wrong the cheap one worked out until I could afford a better one just letting u know its not boost service like I thought it was ..

I bought my phone Feb of 2018, it was a ZTE Max. The phone was defective (so I thought). I kept getting the same text msg 20 times. Went back to the store within my 7days, Staff exchanged my phone no questions ask! Very helpful and cared about my situation. 2nd phone, same problem, frustrated at this point. When I went back to the store because I followed the rules and went back within my 7 day warranty they offered my another device with different manufacturer. I got my LG XCharge and havent had one problem. I Love my phone.The staff informed me that this was a ZTE issue. THIS STORE does EVERYTHING in their power to go above and beyond their duty.THIS IS NOT A STORE ISSUE, THIS IS A MANUFACTURER ISSUE! I witness customers that had the same issue go and complain, disrespect the staff because they didnt follow rules and even then the staff was understanding and tried to help as much as they could. I am just BLOWN away I saw this first hand and knew I had to come & let the PUBLIC know the Truth!

Heather the assistant manager at the blue springs store was the first Representative I dealt with and the only one I ever see at this location. I honestly have never had better customer service at a phone company. She needs a promotion for sure!!!
