I gave a 2 π rating because they were polite, but they sent me to the streets when my issue could have been processed in store. Paying off a device using authentic Verizon gift cards should not be this much of a hassle.
This store is awesome! Everyone is extremely helpful. Samantha always helps me with any and everything. I followed her from her old store in Overland Park because shes always been so wonderful.
I just had a terrible experience at this store. I simply asked for a plastic screen saver for my I phone which I have been able to purchase in the past. The employee who helped (didnβt get his name) said that they donβt sell them at the store any longer. He then went on to state that I couldnβt have got them before. Basically calling me a liar. I asked for a Manager and he didnβt want to get them and I insisted and as he was walking away he called me a name which I didnβt catch. The manager Samantha came out and I told her what happened and she asked me to leave the store. I asked her for her managers name and she refused to give it to me. She said good luck calling the 800 number. Samantha needs some training or shown the door. I see on here she just had another complaint 4 days earlier. I have also called corporate and made a complaint.
This is the best cellular company I have ever been with. The reps at the store are very helpful and the customer service center reps are phenomenal. I am very thankful for them!
Went in to purchase a new phone and was helped by the manager named Samantha I believe. She didnt even activate the phone and made it very clear to us that we were just a pain to her.

I never write reviews but Iβm so frustrated after going in today. I bought a new phone through Apple and went in to look at getting a case and a charger adapter. Nothing has prices on the items and everything you get is from the back room. I bought a phone case, screen protector, charger adapter and Mag 3 wireless charger. I was told that the phone case was going to be $39 and the screen protector was $20 when I was looking at them. When I was ringing up, they acted annoyed when I questioned pricing but said I was getting a deal from buying 4 products. When I got home, they had gotten the wrong charger adapter so it didnβt even work with my Mag 3 adapter. I went back to the store to have it exchanged but the receipt they had printed for me was not even my receipt and had another persons account information on it. I am only giving a 2 star bc the girl I worked with to exchange the charger adapter and deal with the lack of receipt was very patient and kind. When I did receive the right receipt, I found out that the phone case was actually $49 and the screen protector was $50 so that is why I thought my total was wrong originally bc it was not the prices I was originally told.
Go to any store but this one in Blue Springs. Rude employees!
Need new phone. Checking other carriers to get best deal. Now with Verizon. They werent even going to let us in the store, but, finally did. But, no service, no products to buy. No touching anything. No good deals. No trying out anything. Everything must be done online, so experience sucked

Shame on you Verizon. Do not use Verizon for your Business communication needs!Update: Tried to close the business account with my account manager as well as their Escalation Team and are still getting bills 2 months later. I set on hold for 30+ minutes. They have no-one answering the phone at 2:50 in the afternoon.I have a business account with Verizon. They have over charged our company $5691 in the past 15 months and have refused to correct the situation.
These chaps and lass are brilliant! Some of the most educated and kind people Iβve met in any store. They go above and beyond to meet my needs, and I have many being a business customer. For the money that we spend with this service, I dont feel that its a good value. The employees know how to put a spin on the price of everything, but it still comes out the same. Be careful of the free items. We have ended up with a tablet and a Hum that wasnt too free with the 2 year contract we paid for every month and cant cancel.Be an informed consumer. Buyer beware.
The help by Gina on the day we ordered the new iPhone 7 Plus and the Galaxy S7 was great on that day. Galaxy swapped over - great. New phone ordered with an expected delivery of 12/4 - okay good. Walk away and walk back, the manager half my age refers to me as Bud, really uh no, Can i help you Bud? Really, Bud not sir? So far a still positive experience.Another couple days later and the phone is delivered. Great it is weeks ahead of schedule - great.Take the new phone into the store and we might as well have been Martians. You want activate this phone? That will cost you....Really????? Otherwise you can wait for Gina, she will be here tomorrow.....Today the phone is getting activated and I have already voiced my displeasure of the customer service in general.I am not sure I would do it at this store again. If Gina was there, probably. Anyone else I doubt it.

If I could give less stars, I would. I went in for a simple upgrade, as I am on what was previously known as the edge plan. I also have multiple lines available for upgrade. The sales rep got me all ready for the check out then said Oh it looks like youre not actually eligible. I explained to them that I spoke with customer service and they told me I could come in store and get an upgrade. Then the rep got the manager Lynne, who was dreadful. She came over to me and literally said We cant do anything for you here. I again explained what customer service said, elaborated how I drove 45 minutes and waited 30 minutes to speak with someone. They literally turned me away.I got online and now have my upgrade being mailed to my doorstep and they gave me free next day shipping because of my poor experience at the store. Moral of the story - dont go to this location, they dont care about customers. Just do it online.
Needed help with unlocking and backing up a phone. Rep basically said all they do is add phones to account. Asked for help with understanding verizon cloud back up said he didnt know anything about that. The most helpful thing he said was that tech support is *611. BY FAR THE LEAST HELPFUL VERIZON REPRESENTATIVE Ive ever spoke with at any store.
Great store and helpful... Until there is something wrong with your device and you need help getting it fixed or replaced. The guy who was helping me seemed to be more interested in what he had going on with is own phone and then said he could do a factory reset if he could get the phone to charge, when the whole reason I went in was because the phone wan not charging and was overheating. He also refused to do anything besides say I would need to call customer service and request a new phone despite me telling him I needed a new phone TODAY because I need my phone for work. Over all I am seriously considering switching companies despite how long I have been with the company simply because their in store employees are rude and do not listen to your issues with the phone.
Been with them for years and they have the most complete coverage of all cell phone providers.
I prefer to go to the corporate locations like Blue Springs because they have a wide variety of phones and accessories to look at to help you decide what you want. They also have a very friendly and helpful staff on hand.
This store is awesome! I would recommend this store to all of my family and friends! The General manager there is one of the most helpful and knowledgable Verizon employees I have met. They also have an wonderful staff on board who know all of the promotions and great bundle deals! If you need an upgrade or need new service, go to this store!!
No other customers in the store and no one will help me. Finally one of six representatives gives in and actually comes over to help me. The rest were too busy playing on their own phones. The guy who came over didnt know anything about any of the phones. Way better options around Kansas City to get some real help.
Was checked in quickly, then waited about an hour to be passed over by someone who needed to see the manager and didnt want one of those annoying 10 minute waits (overheard the customer tell the worker that). At that point I had been waiting for about 25 minutes, but thats besides the point. So Mr. Im-More-Important-Than-You jumped myself and another customer without as much as an I understand you were next up, but heres why we need to jump you in line. Seriously, common courtesy wouldve gone a long way. Instead, Ill be going to the Lees Summit store if I dont switch carriers.

I had a wonderful experience here. If you want honest, knowledgeable and friendly service you want to ask for Chris. I went in to switch from sprint to verizon and Chris was attentive and solutions driven. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was backed up properly on the iCloud. Sad to say sprint called me and gave me a better deal. I returned my phone and Chris helped me again. His customer service was STELLAR! He did not treat me differently he said he understood and he even opened the door for me as I was exiting. He is a gem. I hope that Verizon understands and appreciates that type of customer service.

Worst experience ever. Went in to get new phones on Black Friday and the rep at the Verizon store said we could get new phone (for different cost) and for $40 unlimited everything. A month later our bill shows something different. Then I spent 2 hours on the phone with managers with customers service who couldnt even tell me how the rep at the store set the bill up or charged us. The manager told us the rep had lied to us about all the billing. Our bill went from $260 a month from what we were told to over $400.. So today I called today and spent another hour and a half on the phone with more managers that told me they couldnt do anything to fix our plan. Also that we only had 8gbs to use and we didnt have unlimited.. If looking to get a phone Verizon might have good service but awful employees who lie. Maybe online is the best way to go where you dont have to deal with untruthful people.
After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Corbin Park location, the team at this store did all they could to make it better; despite it being close to closing time. It was greatly appreciated and this will be the store I go to going forward.
This Verizon store has gone down in service. It used to be customer focused but now its a poor version cell phone kiosk only interested in selling things instead of getting you good service

Blue Springs Verizon seems to be better than others I have visited. It gets busy evenings and weekends. Staff is pretty helpful.

Had the worst experience ever in a phone store. The sales guy was very short with us and very rude. I have a company plan and was trying to add a line and got nasty response from the sales man. We ended up walking out and might have to change carriers.

I estimate that Ive spent over $40,000.00 over the last 12 to 14 years on phones and phone service. Had a problem with a phone that was under warranty. I was told a new one would be overnighted, this was Monday. Late Wednesday got a tracking number for a phone that is scheduled to be delivered by 8:00PM Friday. Called customer service, absolutely no help. VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY DOLLARS AND LOYALTY MUST MEAN NOTHING TO VERIZON WIRELESS.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They push sales to a point where you have to buy a phone case in order to have a phone plan. The employees seemed to tag team with one another so you feel ganged up on. They make you feel like you dont know what your talking about. They say the opposite of what costumer service says on the phone, their reason behind it is costumer service doesnt really work for Verizon. A complete joke. Will never return to this store.

Horrible customer service by Shannon who is supposedly a manager. She contradicted everything we had said and we never felt as if she answered any of our concerns. She also works at the state Line Verizon. She was so horrible I contacted corporates customer service.

Even when I asked about a specific Verdon product he was useless. Saying all he does is sell phones and that Ill need to call VZ online. I asked if he could help walk me thru a couple of things...He didnt know how.The worst part was not his lack of knowledge (amazing) it was his total lack of interest in helping a VZ customer in anyway.I ultimately solved the issue myself but still hate that anyone with his attitude and lack of knowledge is employed. His badge indicated he was supervisor also. SAD. Certainly wont return.

This place sucks!I recently had an issue with my phone but instead of fixing the issue the sales person uninstalled an app off my phone that I was in dire need of and now I get solicitation calls every hour on the hour.This isnt the only time Ive had issues with this store. The manager here must be a delinquent because NONE of the sales associates are on the same page EVER. Any time I upgrade my phone they LIE to me and make promises they NEVER follow through on. This store sucks and Im really hoping my family cancels our service with them soon so I can get a $700 phone that ACTUALLY WORKS.
