I stop in once a year with my friend while he gets the yearly Christmas ornament for his mom. The people are always freindly. No complaints. Its expensive though. But you know that if you are looking at this.

Beautiful products in a tiny store setting. The staff are cheerful and helpful whenever you have questions or need anything.They have on-hand jewelry items (necklaces, rings, earrings, pendants, etc) as well as statues and other home/office decorations.

Had a great experience buying this beautiful ring. Staff was very helpful and patient with us letting us find the perfect size.

They dont even have extender links for all of the jewelry they have on display. My sister wanted specific jewelry for her wedding and they dont even have all the parts she needed in order for them to sell it to her. Same happened with my mom with a bracelet she wanted. Then we needed just two of the same bracelet and they only had 1 in the store. Come on guys get yourselves together. Youre located in the Mall of America. Why arent you ready to sell to large crowds?? Thousands are in that mall daily and three of us walk into that store and they cant even fulfill a single order??

I always love anything I get from Swarovski and this time was no different. Spent a fortune and got lots of goodies!

Me and my boyfriend spent $185 on a promise ring for me I loved it when I first got it! Thought it was good quality but!.. 4 months later and almost all of the diamonds came out!!!! I shouldve just went to Walmart and payed $10 on a cheaply made ring maybe that wouldve lasted longer! Im very disappointed!

How are you just going to close the store for 30 minutes on the middle of the day!!! Came in to get a specific thing on Tuesday 5/1 at 6:26pm and the place is closed! Why should I wait 30 minutes to buy from you. You should really maintain posted hours.

I received terrible service here. I went in to ask about a repair . I had to stand at the counter for several minutes before jimmy the assistant manager and Diana even asked if I needed anything. Then they made snide remarks and told me to just contact customer service.

Stopped in to get my wife an anniversary present. Staff was wonderfully patient with her and gave her a lot of ideas on what to get.

Laughably bad service, do yourself a favor and order online.
