Closest Pandora store I can go to when I have problems with my Pandora jewelry. Workers are always very helpful and very nice! I had to get a replacement necklace that was still under warranty and they had to order it and get it shipped to me. A couple days later I received a call saying it will take longer than usual to get it delivered. It was so nice to get an update. When I received my package they had a lovely card with my name on it which said thank you for shopping with them. I have never worked with a company that has done such a thing! I wish I could remember who helped me because I would love to give her a shout out. But everyone at the store is great!

Rachel was very pleasant and helpful while I was deciding on making my Star Wars bracelet absolutely perfect. Im from out of town but I will definitely be back.

Went to Pandora, probably 11:30 am on a Saturday. 3 employees standing there with no customers. I asked them to clean my rings and they responded with “ we don’t clean on the weekends” disappointing and not great customer service. Doesn’t take long to do, probably would have bought something while they were getting cleaned.

I have to tell you. I’ve been shopping at Pandora for years and this by far has been my best experience yet. Rachel the store manager assisted me. I was returning a charm protector that I purchased in January and had broken. I was telling her about a story when I had purchased a new bracelet and two of my favorite charms wouldn’t go back on my new one and I had to purchase new charms. She was so concerned as to why I would have to purchase new ones and apologized for that happening. She was absolutely great. If I could shop at this store only I definitely would due to her level of Customer Service alone.

Excellent customer service. The young lady who helped me was indeed very helpful. The employees were monitoring the number of people in the store so to not to violate COVID rules. This I appreciated.

The new system doesnt keep track of my past purchases.... Never got a call back after leaving multiple messages.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a jewelry cleaner set from Becharming and the item never arrived. I called the customer service and they told me hat once the item leaves their hand it is not their problem. They wouldn’t give me a refund, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I recently purchased a Jewelry Cleaner from them and they shipped it through USPS. The product was clearly delivered to the wrong address, when I contacted Pandora customer service. They refuse to help me with my order. They insisted I deal with Usps. They refused to refund my order and claim once the product leave their hand it is not their problem. One of the worst experiences I ever had in online shopping. I will never spend another dollar at Pandora.

Went in the store yesterday with my daughter salesman was helping my daughter and I notice they had 50 percent sales on select items so I started to step away to look but I was stop by the salesman who was helping my daughter he said I can’t move to look I’ve to tell him what I want so he’ll bring it over, so I said Sir how can I tell you what I want if I can’t see it being it said selected items only on sales he continue to insist I can’t look, he preceded to call over another salesperson she said the same. I know there’s a pandemic going on but this way isn’t how you treat someone who wants to make a purchase, there was just 2 customers in the store, maybe because I am brown they think I may infect there store.

Terrible customer service here. I asked to get my ring size, like any other customer would ask to get at a jewelry store, and was treated as if I was a burden to the young lady that was working with me. Ill gladly take my business over to Kay Jewelers who dont act like Im a burden asking for a service that jewelers are relied on for.

I ordered through their website (becharming) for Mother’s Day and paid $17 for next day delivery even though it wasn’t needed for several day, just to be careful. It’s now Monday after Mother’s Day and I still haven’t received my items. I just wanted my shipping refunded since their “next day” shipping turned into almost a week, was not only refused a refund was told “it can take up to 24 hours to process” when their website advertises “ships same day if ordered in — hours” tried again hoping I could get someone with better customer service skills and was quoted all sorts of nonsense about them not being responsible for late packages, if I knew it was going to be this bad I would’ve just ordered it elsewhere terrible terrible company. Do not shop there if you’re on a time limit, they have no sense of urgency or even compassion, don’t spend $17 for “next day” shipping as it will not come for a week, just stick with their free shipping as it probably would be about the same. Terrible false advertisement and no ownership for the problems not even an apology. I’m still fuming and checking the tracking number constantly. Don’t go through this level of stress, choose a better company.

I’ve been in this store just twice and I can say I got a bad experience on my second time due to a manager who couldn’t help me out with an issue with my bracelet. The girl told me I have to buy another one when I literally have gotten that bracelet in less than a month. I called customer service and they could help me out and sent me a replacement. Easy and fast. Unlikely to the way that the manager in this store was handling the situation.

We went to this location because my daughter found a ring for her birthday online. The store associate told us that they had the same ring and that they would match the price on Pandora website. Upon ringing up this ring, she then told us that the ring was not on sale and she couldn’t match that price because her system wouldn’t allow her to.What a waste of an hour of my time! This is what is called customer service!

This was a nice place. My wife loved it.The lave behind the counter was very friendly and talkative. Which was very pleasant as we find some jewelry store staff to be uptight.

Have made many purchases through their on line site. No complaints-wide selection, competitive pricing, lightening fast free shipping including complimentary charm/ring box with purchase, and offer paypal secure check out. And a couple times of year they have a sale with considerable discounts. If you frequent other licensed Pandora retailers, you know that these kind of sales on Pandora merchandise are far and few between.

The worst customer service ever! I have never wrote any reviews for any brand in my life! This is my first time doing it, because I cannot believe how they treated their royal customer like me, I spent thousands of dollars on this brand. And they refuse to clean my bracelet,I feel if I could give this store zero star or negative, I will. I would not recommend anybody purchase it, since they do not have really good quality anyway.

Their customer service is the worst. They did not want to serve and didn’t give a warm welcome. They are mostly racist people who didn’t want to interact with “colored” people. I will never spend my money for this store

Also it was no customers in the store.!!!!..or maybe my skin color was not the right color for her.!!!

Clips dont stay on. Ive had to replace them more than once from this store. Not sure why that is.
