Stopped in at the Bloomington store for the first time to ask about having a capacitor checked. Excellent service! Rep greeted me with a welcoming attitude and was happy to help. Even after the capacitor checked out to be good, the guys brainstormed ideas as to the problem with my compressor. First impression is a lasting impression. Ill be back.

We found what we needed online and drove to Bloomington to pick it up. we didnt realize the store would not be open because of Covid19. Someone came out to the car and took our order but the price was higher than it was on the web. Lesson learned, Buy on the web.

We had a very bad experience at Grainger. They were very unwilling to help and rude. When we needed something they just said that they couldn’t do it with any interest. I recommend not to ever go to this place.
