Friendly people, but Ill never go back. Im new to this area, so I went here for a part that the site said was in stock. It wasnt, so I ordered a couple of very small items that would fit in an envelope, and which supposedly were coming from another branch. When the products arrived *a week* later, I was presented a surprise additional $20 charge for shipping on a $15 order. I couldve gotten the stuff online shipped to my door the next day for less than half that. I prefer to support local businesses, but this sort of garbage is why brick-and-mortar locations go out of business. There is not a shipper in the US who would charge that much to ship two 4 flat box partitions weighing well under one pound; UPS, FedEx, and USPS all cost half that for me to ship, let alone a company that probably had a contact.If they want to charge me for shipping and the box and two minimum wage workers to both spend an hour picking the part + packing the box, fine. Ill take future business someplace else a tad more efficient. Twenty bucks. Sigh.
