Nice place to unload flatbed semi at, take off all your tarps and straps on the north side of the warehouse, they will come get you or pull up when ready to unload. Very fast unloading, at one point three forklifts where unloading me at the same time. And the fast unload isnt a rare occurrence I was here before with a load of insulation and I was unloaded in no time.

Great service and awesome Warehouse personnel especially the forklift drivers .

They gouged both wheel wells in the bed of my truck when they were horizontally loading 5/8 4x12 sheets of drywall. The driver of the forklift wouldnt admit fault, and the manager said oh well, what are you gonna do? its a truck, deal with itWhen I told them to review the video footage they said the security cameras were at the wrong angles to pick up video evidence.After submitting a $1,400 estimate from a body shop they ignored my multiple phone calls, and the manager was conveniently never around when I stopped by in person.After it became obvious they werent going to help me I eventually gave up on these incompetent, boorish and uncouth team of unscrupulous crooks.I should have filed a police report instead of trusting them to correct their actions.Luckily Menards wants my business, plus they offers better pricing and hours.

Anybody that comes to a place like this should know of the level of establishment it is. A Menards user is way out of the league of champions.Love the place and glade it keeps the low life Menards users away.
