Very easy to find products and well priced items. Staff was very friendly and was ready in a timely manner.

The employees here are nice and the store always looks clean and well organized. Sometimes the clearance deals are excellent. Checkout is fast and pleasant. Cute accessories.

I am floored by the quality of these shoes. The shoes didnt last three months. They cost over sixty dollars. I could have bought cheaper shoes elsewhere for that time frame. Im extremely disappointed with the quality, durability and workmanship of these shoes..

Wasnt to busy. All the working were standing around talking to each other. I never saw one of them ask anyone including myself if they could help in any way. Good customer service is hard to find now days.

Love Shoe Carnival because they always seem to have such good deals. I was able to get a pair of Clarks short boots that were regularly $119.95 & I got them for $39.49. I also got a pair of Bobs by Skechers for $17.50 that were regularly priced for $59.

You can always find good quality shoes, good prices, and associates are very helpful.

Shoe Carnival has a large collection of shoes at reasonable prices! You can also buy two pairs of shoes and get the cheaper pair half off.The shoes I buy from Shoe Carnival always last an incredible amount of time. I wouldnt waste any time trying to get extra cheap shoes from Walmart, they dont feel, look, or work as well as any pair from Shoe Carnival.I know this looks like an ad, but thats because I dont have anything bad to say about Shoe Carnival (yet).

Very unfriendly people will not be going back there ever, the second I walk through the door the guy stops me and asked if I have a mask which I reply no because Im not wearing one and havent had a single complaint this whole time and then he says you got to have one any store you go in, which I had already been in 5 that day and not a single word about it, so he made me leave the store which is ridiculous so you know what pal, you couldve made the store almost 200 bucks today off one person had you not been a mask police so therefore I went to another one didnt have to wear a mask and bought two pairs of shoes, thats shoe carnival for your joke of a service!

Ordered a pair of shoes and I never got them. Called the store and was on hold for more than 20 mins and they couldnt help so contacted costumer services and they said the shoes were canceled and they couldnt tell me why. I didnt receive any email or anything about them being canceled

I sit my phone down to pay for my shoes.then i walk out side and left my phone.i crossed the street and then i turned around and went back in store.one of the works side he pick up a phone .but no one else could find it not even him. one work said you probably drop it out side.so in a nut shell a 45 shoes turned in to a 600 pairi will never shop there again .

Shoe Carnival itself is a great company. The associates at Bloomingtons Shoe Carnival were helpful as they could be. The management has never attempted to help in any questions I have asked for. I was told by the manager that someone else was going to have to help me locate a shoe that he wasnt willing to price match from a reputable Asics dealer from in the mall. The time before that, I was looking to see if I could drive to another store to pick up a shoe since they didnt have it and couldnt get it for me since it was in clearance. I have several stories about the poor management that is displayed in the Bloomington location, but all in all, I dont recommend this location. If anything, try on shoes...just make sure to order them online. Customer service has always been priority in Shoe Carnival, I know, but when your store leaders dont want to help a customer...eventually, your staff wont be so great.

There were a lot of shoes to choose from. Staff was nice however no one ever came around to see if I needed help.

I had come in there to buy some new Converse and I was not assisted at all. I was completely ignored. It was my first time coming in to the store by the way. So I came up to the front desk and had to deal with a very snobby female employee who obviously noticed me, but I guess I wasnt important enough to be helped. Isnt that funny? I had asked her if she knew where the Converse were and she rudely pointed to an aisle like I wasnt worth her time. I still didnt know where she was pointing at. So I decided to go and try to look for them on my own. I came to the assumption, that the reason I was treated poorly is because I wasnt dressed for the part, and when a mother came in wearing her Sunday dress and was with her little boy she was helped immediately. Get that. The same employee that completely ignored me walked right up to the mother with a big cheesy smile and asked her if she needed help finding anything. You know if Im going to spend 60 dollars on shoes then maybe I should be treated... ooooohh, I dont know like a customer maybe. Its a very common mistake made in America where people who work at these places think they can treat you like crap if they dont like what ever they have picked about you, that they dont like. The funny thing is... get this, who pays your bills? ... I do. Not your store, the customers pay your bills. Let me break it down for you ;) So the more people you treat poorly, the more customers you lose, the less money the business youre working for makes, which means the less money they have to pay sorry low life employees like yourself. OMG! :O Big shocker! and guess whos never going to spend money at your business? Oow, oow, oow I know.... MEEEE!
