Pricey at times but has a unique flavor not carried at other stores.

From the web site we could not figure out the texture of some of the items. We will just have go in and look around. Oh darn,,, we might have to buy some boots while we are there. Lol from a boot fan

Great selection of clothes with a very friendly staff.

. A person could easily spend over $100.00 here and be happy with such awesome authentic western wear to choose from.

Helpful staff that had taken time out of their day to help me find what I was looking for without any guff or rudeness which was nice. They have many quality items, and for what they offer, at a reasonably affordable price.

Great store,service and attitude

Good place to get a hat, boots, or whatever Western wear you need. Prices arent bad for pretty high quality stuff even on the low end. I got a very nice looking and sturdy Cody James straw hat for $50. They carry A LOT of product which makes for the cramped store, but I guess thats typical for a mall store with a small footprint. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff. If they cant help with what you need they have no problems referring you elsewhere to someone who can, which is very helpful to the customer.

We are pretty frequent at this store and have never had a bad experience until last week. The store was over packed with items and their display signs were VERY deceiving. When I asked a employee about a display of Jeans on sale, she mentioned it was only a certain pair that were a certain price. These certain jeans were mixed in with all the other jeans of the same brand. She then told us that there was only 1 pair left and we had them in our hands. When asked why the display was up then, her reply was that she had no where else to put them.. very disappointed with this store.

Awesome! The lady who helped me, who I think was the store manager, was super helpful. She helped me pick the perfect hat based on a photo and even steamed it and shaped it for me. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you!

People were friendly! Helped so much however it isnt a really big store. No fire retardant work apparel and a small steel toe boots selection. Other than that very good employees! Offered to order online and ship to our home or their store when they didnt have the boots we were looking for!

Great store. Staff completely messed up my rewards registration. Even gave her my ID to spell everything correctly. Then didnt put the next 2 transactions on my rewards. Became a real mess. We spent over $500 in the store that day.

Dont ever do business with them. Worse place ever! Not only do the sale clerks not know what they are doing but they also never put in my return. I was told my item that I ordered online would take 2 days since it was in stock. So, I called again after to 2 days and was told it would take 5-8 days. Since I live quite far, I did not want drive all the way over there and pick up my item. So, I called ahead of time, was told by 3 different people that I would either get an email or the store would call me when my item arrived, which did not happen. When I tracked my item, it said it was delivered but the store did not have it. So, I had to keep calling to confirm my delivery. Since the first hat, I bought did not fit right. I bought a second hat. Went into the store to return the first hat and get the second hat. Its been over a month, without the first item being put into my account. Now, I have to go back in again because they never gave me my money back. Not only was the hat dirty but they didnt offer to steam the hat and fit it perfectly. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If I could give me zero stars, I wouls have.

Customer service was fabulous, but not enough selection in any particular size. Got to buy the boots online and take them back there if they dont fit, or go out to Wyoming! Where the big store is, that is.

Would have bought boots if they had a selection...but alas, they do not! Plus the staff was rude and completely inattentive. We bought elsewhere!

Way to much merchandise to be able to push a cart or stroller in. Everything is basically thrown together and just put with a high pricd tag. It seems like great quality, but its way to packed to even shop there comfortably. Along with the wait yo check out, was rediculous. Alot of people seemed to wait 10+ minutes to check out, and it didnt even matter how much merchandise each customer had. Very unpleasant store but good things inside.

Most AWESOME selection of cowboy belts, boots, clothing, wallets, etc...cowgirl boots (w & w/o bling) I have ever seen in one place.Also the cutest country/cowgirl womens apparel, handbags, jewelery, accessories and so on.There is a limited selection of cowboy hats that price as low as $25 and as high as $500 including George Straight, Jason Aldean and a few other select country stars. No Tim McGraw hats, which is disappointing to us fans but nevertheless, I was very impressed !!!Being a value shopper I feel the prices and quality of products are more than fair.I have recently been told that I am rather picky as well.So, with all that being said...Im not sure you can go wrong at least giving the Boot Barn a visit.

The store is crowded and you spend most of your time getting out of the way or trying to get to what you want to look at.

It is way to small a store for all its merchandise. Cannot get a good feel for the products and the employees were not very helpful

Went down here so the too be wife could try on and buy some boots, the boots she wanted (website said were in stock) they did not have, so she found another pair went to buy them and they stated that they only stock the display boots, and she was not going to get new ones ( the one on display was really stretched out.)
