Cool store with a variety of different pop collectables, tee shirts, toys, etc.

One of the worst examples of customer service that Ive ever experienced. Waited almost 10 minutes to make a potential purchase as both employees took off to the back room. A few other customers were also in the store at the time. Once an employee came to the register, found out she didnt know if it was possible to do a split sale--cash and card. Eventually found out that wasnt possible. In order to take advantage of an immediate 10% off, was told the purchase had to be made with a card. Nowhere is that stated on the promotion for the discount. I asked if a gift card could be purchased and then used to buy the item using the discount. Same employee had to ask her manager. Found out that wasnt possible. So I simply told the manager and the employee that they just lost a sale and immediately walked out of the store. This store is located in Eastland Mall. Every store there is fighting to survive. Id think every possible sale would be beneficial for this store. Due to this extremely poor experience, I dont care if it survives. I will never set foot in this store again and will share my experience with all my family and friends.

Ordered online in August, shipping said it takes 5 business days, still have yet to receive my order.

Guy working was very helpful and nice

The staff is always kind and helpful and they are always offering the 10-15% discount with the membership

They need to arrange their cds in a more orderly fashion other than that it was good

Cool variety of stuff in here. Mostly video game, movie, TV show, or music themed things. A huge selection of records and vinyls. With these good things come a good price as well. Not cheap but not overly expensive either. Fun place to visit.

Huge pop collector and probably best place in town to shop for them. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always puts me in a good mood going into this store. If you like nerding out and taking a trip down memory lane this is the store for you. Hope the mall survives would hate to lose this store.

FYE is a very fun store with lots of interesting items and some amazing exclusives!Highly recommend the Ghostbusters chocolates! They taste very Gourmet! 👻🍫

Good inexpensive used dvds

FYE is one of my favorite stores in this mall. I love to browse even when I dont buy anything. The Tee shirts are one of my favorite parts. They are always interesting. I also like the variety of headphones, CDs, vinyl, etc. I always find the best items from my favorite shows also. Lots of sales usually.

Dollar Tree has everything you need! I love getting my greeting cards here and decorations. Everything is $1! How can you beat that?

Stopped in the mall to do some shopping and checked out FYE. I like the fact they have a bunch of movies and lots of great deals on them and plenty of accessories. The down to the store was seeing the same displays of headphones in multiple locations, narrow aisles, and at the time, loud music playing. On a side note, after buying a set of headphones, be sure to get the warranty, your gonna need it.

This store had some super cool things. They had a ton of Funko on clearance. Definitely worth a look!

I had a bad experience with a worker accusing me of giving her a fraudulent $100 bill even though the marker indicated it was real. She was rude to my son when he asked if he could have the bag to carry out. I seriously had to be the bigger person (because I had my kids with me) and walk away, but I wanted to snatch her over the counter. Talked to the manager she didnt follow up. Called district manager he never called. Only reason Im giving a 3 star is because my 8 year old loves this store for his horror film collects.

My favorite store in the mall! So many different toys, games, clothes, movies, music, posters, and other items are sold there. Theres something for everyone. There also are a lot of sales, so be sure to check it out.

Employees did not acknowledge customers

I was expecting to come into this store and see a wide assortment of CDs, DVDs and pop culture memorabilia. First, the mall it was in is a cesspool. There are more stores closed than open. The FYE itself was more of a toy store than a place for a musicophile to get new material. Very few CDs, a smattering of DVDs and the rest was junk. I can see why this mall is dying and the FYE should as well.
