There seem to be a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around this area but they are nice and this Marathon has great employees and customer service. I go there multiple times a day and I get coffee, red Bull, and my cigs. Gotta start and end my day right with Winslow Road Marathon

The garage is great, but the store has gone down hill recently. The place seems more cluttered and less clean now than it did a couple years ago. Ive seen cashiers prop open the walk-in multiple times to warm it up while they do stock, so I wouldnt recommend buying any dairy or anything like that.

I took my Lincoln in for service, they had the repairs finished quickly and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use the service department from this point on. Great service!

Always had a good experience here. They know what theyre doing. They work on pretty anything. They keep me appraised of whats going on. And being able to drop off and pick up your vehicle 24 hours a day is an absolutely unbeatable perk for anyone who works a 9-5 job and need auto-repairs..Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! I brought two cars in over the last two weeks, both in need of major repairs. They fixed everything for an incredibly reasonable price. If I had taken it to the dealership, I would have had to take out a second mortgage! I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair!

Exceptional shop with integrity and terrific customer service. From the first conversation I could tell I would like the work that was done because they cared about me, and not just my money. If youre looking for a place to get quality work and be cared for as a person you should definitely go here. I will be back for sure.

I have used this shop for at least 13 years. It is important to have a trusted place to take your car and this is it for me. My family and friends ask me car advice often and I send them here when they need repairs. Special thanks to Rod for putting up with all my questions! I basically do all the work on my car myself and am reluctant to let anyone else touch it, but I do trust these guys when I need to take it in for service. Thanks!

They will take your info off your receipt and stalk you on facebook! They lie and are so not trustable!

If youre looking for a shop with integrity, you just found it! I live out of town and my sons car overheated by Bloomington. Before repairs could be done, a family death occurred. The owner waived all diagnostic fees and helped me donate the car to charity. They were patient, caring, trustworthy, had heart, and was a blessing to me in time of need.

I was referred to Marathon when I discovered that the water pump on my 2004 Dodge Stratus needed to be replaced (a 7+ hour job for my vehicle). I dropped my car off at Marathon and the mechanic completed the repair over a span of 3 days. They also replaced my radiator cap and changed the oil in my vehicle. Other shops around town quoted me $900-$1000 for the water pump replacement alone, but Marathon did all the work for a total of $750 (including tax). Highly recommend this location for auto repairs! Skilled mechanics, fair prices, and since the convenience store is open 24/7, you can pick up your vehicle after the service department has closed.

Went out to take my son to get his wisdom teeth pulled today and the tire was flat (it had a nail in it, was hoping it would at least hold until after his appointment, that didnt pan out)Verrrry slowwwly drove to VP and aired it up enough to get to Bruces Marathon 2 blocks down before it went flat again....I was in a full-on tizzy by the time they opened up the service bay, but that sweet guy managed to get the tire patched SO FAST, without even taking it off the car, and only charged me $9, all while talking to me like a hostage negotiator about how he had me and theyd get me taken care of, etc (Pretty sure he has dealt with a crazed pre-menopausal woman more than once in his lifetime)Im just saying, if you are a hot mess with a tire issue, get to Bruces if you can, they really arent lying when they say theyve got you

So far, I was told on Monday when i called they would pull it in shortly and give me a call before 5 to let me know what was going on. Monday no one called me back, even to say they didnt have a chance to work on it. Tuesday morning I called at 8:15 as per the instructions of the guy at the gas station i reached at 5:30pm after no one called me Monday. Tuesday at 8:15 they had still not started on my car and said it would be several hours before they could give me an estimate. I explained I had a cross country trip to plan for and any details about when my car would be ready would help me inform my plans, the mechanic sounded annoyed, said he would call in a few hours... Now on Tuesday I just got a call saying they wont do the job they agreed to do before... Screw these guys... Also, the shop guys seem to be copping an attitude telling me he told me it wouldnt be getting in until Wednesday (an outright lie, he said Tuesday) and he was doing me a favor (which he didnt do) if he got it in on Monday...With all the attitude and ineptitude to do a simple job I would stay away from these guys...

I had a screw in the front passenger side tire of my 2012 Camaro that they removed and plugged for $10. Pep Boys asked my what kind of car I had before giving me a price to fix the tire and after I told them what I drive they gave me a price of $35. Needless to say I will always use the Marathon for tire repair.
