When they did a diagnostic they quoted me a little over $1,000 because they said the battery, alternator, and a wire all had to be replaced and the wire had to be specially ordered and could take days. My stepdad took over and it turns out the car just had the wrong kind of battery. He replaced it with a free replacement under Walmarts warranty for the battery. I paid Morris Garage $50 for a ( best case) wrong diagnostic or worst case unscrupulous rip off diagnostic. They didn’t even notice it had the wrong battery and that that was the reason the car died.

Morris Avenue has taken great care of my daughters cars as well as my own. Trustworthy and professional. We will continue to use them for our automotive repair needs.

Morris has been completely honest and great to work with over the past several months that Ive been going there. Theyve even fixed small issues free of charge on more than one occasion. I had a car inspected by multiple mechanics in town, and I knew approximately what was wrong with it, but wanted to get a professional opinion/test the honesty of different mechanics. Morris is the only one that correctly identified every issue and didnt recommend unnecessary work.

Great shop to use. Ive never had any issues with service to my vehicles or customer service. The shop crew understands not everyone is knowledgeable of cars and they try to explain everything that is going on with your car and offer reasonable options to resolve. The crew is also great at understanding peoples needs with their cars their need for transportation. I have never been talked down to or had then scoff at my requests or questions and they do their best to help with your car no matter the make or model.

I dont know if Ive ever used a independently owned garage over a dealer before. This was my first try, and Ill probably never return to a dealership again. Alan at this place was very honest. Not trying to get to fix things that didnt need fixing. And did not try to over charge me for things that are relatively easy to fix. No fee to get the quote to fix it either. I sincerely recommend these people, and I know ill be back should my car have another problem.

They helped me out a great deal. Did an Inspection for free since they found out my transmission was bad. Good people, very honest. Prices are competitive, and pretty average for professional work.

This garage is the easiest to work with Ive ever experienced. Very decent pricing and quick to the fix. They are super nice and fair. Im even taking my truck back for another repair today. For all you stupid people out there, stop going online for parts pricing because a business has the right to profit off a part, thats life. They also have to pay for delivery and overhead. This garage is worth every penny theyve quoted and charged to me.

A family member recommended Rex to us, and they have been going to him for years. After being very disappointed in several other shops in town, I plan to keep Morris Ave Garage as our new home for oil changes and repairs. I was able to get in for a routine oil change within a week, they had the car finished within a reasonable amount of time (even gave us a loaner car to use) and they stayed within the price they quoted us before hand. We also asked them to look over our car since we are going on a road trip soon, and they gave us a wonderful heads up sbout getting our brakes replaced within the next few months. All in all, very friendly, trustworthy, fairly priced, and efficient. No extra frills means good prices!
