First and foremost we joined T-Mobile last week and it has been nothing but lies and torture. We went to the store today in hopes something can work and our torture could be salvaged and was told by Jova that since we have an account Already they won’t make commission or sales and they are a third party and that we should go and locate a corporate store as they don’t have to worry about commission. He stressed over and over about not making sales and getting paid and not to mentioned when we walked in how we were greeted and spoken to. It is as if we disrupted their day by walking in the store when they were sitting in the front of store looking at their phones. This was highly unprofessional and almost felt very targeted and as if he made a decision to not assist us for “whatever reason it was”. I am canceling my accounts based on this interaction today. Although many things have happened in the last week of joining! This took the cake on me deciding that I am done with T-Mobile!. Train your associates that customer service is helping clients and they should come first. You don’t know how much business we can bring in just based on our personal experience with your associates. I have 12 family members with T-Mobile and I manage their accounts. I will be removing my 2 lines and 12 family members from T-Mobile. Please coach your associates on professionalism and things NOT to say to new clients.
I went here to buy the new iPhone 13 so i pre ordered it . I decided to have them deliver the phone to the store to be sure it didn’t get stolen & the worker put the wrong address to the store. The workers didn’t even help me try to figure out what i have to do next since they lost my phone. All he said was the phone isn’t here and that’s it. I had to call T-Mobile to figure what to do. The phone was delivered somewhere in Belleville and the stores in Bloomfield. I now have to wait a month to get a new phone since it’s in back order. Do go to this store .
Talked to a sales rep named Pebbles, Its like I did something wrong by just walking into the store. Some people should not be in customer service.
The absolute worst cell phone store Ive been to. They are CLUELESS !! I wont bore you with the details.... All they care about is getting your money. Now I know to NEVER go to a 3rd party store.

This is considered a Third Party store, which means they are limited to SALES questions - no support (technical or otherwise). Tried going here for help with my phone that keeps shutting off and losing signal - I was out in less than 30 seconds BECAUSE they were quick to tell me they can help me. The nearest Sprint store that offers support is in Union on Rte 22 or somewhere on Rte 46. A Verizon store just opened up near me, I might reconsider my current carrier.
Oscar & Anneris were very helpful and their Work Ethic and Customer Service was Excellent. I would like to recognize them for a job well done.
Like most sales people, they try to offer you more when you only went for a payment or ask a simple question

I need a ZERO star... first they are Very very Unprofessional. I am a long standing customer of sprint, my iphone cracked yesterday and I needed a new phone ASAP, I have Insurance and was actually due for an upgrad so I go into this store and was greeted by two fast talking sales rep one suppose to be manager ( He is JOKE) his trained sales rep starting talking all fast throwing out process etc, bottome line is they tried to charge me fees which they should not have and sent me a email with receipt for one amount through sprint, but no receipt for the other $60 charges and when I called they tried to provide me with a receiot they mad on there computer, you will not get over on me, I do not mind paying if I have to but provide me with a valid SPRINT receipt that my payment with through there system. THEY COULD NOT I BACK TO STORE AND THEY REFUNDED ME AS THEY SHOULD BECUASE THEY STOLE FROM ME. I WILL BE CONTACTING EYEWITNESS NEWS ON THIS LOCATION. IF YOU GO HERE BE SURE TO KNOW What you are being charges for.

Bought a new samsung s8 and realized while logging into my e-mails that they sold me a used phone. I could tell because other peoples logins and derogatory language was coming us as predictive text. Unprofessional and sleazy. Dont shop here.
Bought a phone here. the phone was defective so i brought it back. told me to come back twice coz they dont have it in stock. by the time they have the phone, i was told they cant replace it coz it was pass the 14 day warranty. they cantt tell me that the first time i went there?

Everyone in the store is helpful even the tech guy loves me cuz he fixes ma phones or replaces them when needed ... They are very reliable and the Sprint service is awesome unlimited talk text and data for $79.99 per month with unlimited mobile to mobile and 450 landline minutes
