Visited the AT&T store at 15 Broad Street in Bloomfield NJ on 10/16/20 and was helped by Chris. From the moment I walked in Chris welcomed me in the store and was attentive to the reason for my visit. I was there to upgrade my husbandβs phone. Chris recommended a phone that might work for me since my husband no longer wanted an iPhone. He even took extra steps to determine if promotions were available and it turns out there were. Really appreciated his time and excellent customer service. My husband is satisfied with his Galaxy A51 5G and Iβm going back to the store when my pre-ordered iPhone 12 arrivesββChris found a promotion that quickly helped me upgrade my phone too. Chris is awesome!!!

Dishonest. I asked to pay my phone off in full and they lied and signed me up for a 5 year plan, costing me more.Ive reported them to AT&T.
I have purchased 2 phones from them qith the promise of geting $200 for switching fromVerizon. Also was supposed to get buy one phone and get one free. The accounts were set up wrong. I have been paying for both phones the whole time. I reached out to AT&T and the store and they dont know what to say. They supposedly issued a ticket to fix the issue. Never happen. Definitely the guys knew that this was BS from beginning...they were very helpful ...never got my money and bever got any of the AT&T offers. Stay away!!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Chris directly. He was extremely helpful and patient during the transition process to AT&T. He took the time to help us out when I wasnt able to access my account information from my previous provider. The fact that he even stayed after hours to make sure we were satisfied shows that he is an amazing worker who has exceptional customer service skills. The staff was extremely helpful! Chris went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible, in the mist of an unpleasant switch from my previous provider. Both, Chris and the store manager have made me feel at home with AT&T and if the customer service is anything like Iβve experienced here. I definitely donβt plan on looking elsewhere for a phone provider.

This...place...is...freaking...AMAZING!! Abdul helped me....and by FAR this was the best experience I have EVER had with ANY provider in my life! (I am seriously not even exaggerating). I switched over from Sprint and was hesitant at first but I couldnt be happier! He was honest, kind and extremely patient!! I HIGHLY recommend this store. He even gave me candy when I mumbled under my breathe that I was hungry lol. Go....just do it....you wont be disappointed!!!

I decided to leave a phone service and switch to at&t. I went to this store (in Bloomfield) and was immediately helped by the sales representative. He was very polite and explained things so I could understand. I upgraded my iPhone to the iPhone 11 Pro Max but also got another phone, iPhone XR, as a work phone.He helped me set everything up. He even called both phones to make sure they both worked and in service. I was satisfied when I left. I went home to Put contacts in the work phone etc, and I realized that I could not make any outgoing calls, receive incoming calls, and send/receive text messages. When I called the work phone (XR), the operator stated that this phone had been blocked by the network.I immediately called customer service because I did not understand. I was transferred to 5 different people who repeatedly told me that my phone was stolen and that they could not help me. I repeatedly told my story over and over again that I just got two phones with two lines, nothing was stolen and that I was told that both lines were up and running.As a first time customer, I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. The incompetence of the store at&t representative and the inability for the customer service, over the phone, to fix what that employee screwed up was beyond me. I was finally told that I have to travel back to the store and have them remove the block to activate my service.So Iβm really supposed to expect that the actual store can do this when no one else could. Iβm so incredibly nervous that I was lied to and I will receive a bill for soooo much money! I cannot believe what the sales representative said at that point. My advice: before you leave with a new phone, make sure the service works and get some kind of paperwork proof.
