I was needing an eye check quickly. My eyes have been getting worse and worse.I explained my symptoms to Dr. Downard. (I think thats his name). I want the most impressed with his appearance but man is he intelligent and personable. He took extra time to get to know me, asked about my family.He had a suspicion that I had something called Convergence Insufficiency. He spent time doing extra tests to confirm his hunch.Ive been to other optometrists and they didnt discover anything like it.Im grateful Ito have been a pt of Dr. Downard because I may have been chasing my tail without his direction.Also, the walmart staff was great. They spent a lot of time helping me find frames, shape frames etc.10/10 service.
