We needed an appointment today as my daughter had a small window of time before moving away on Monday. She needed contacts IF we could find someone to help us. They double booked us in and we enjoyed a flawless and timely appointment with a few minutes to spare! Many kudos to Dr. Jones and his staff for taking good care of us. They did us a huge favor when they owed us absolutely nothing. Thats quality service! We will be back.

This is a great place for eye care. Very friendly service. They performed a fast but still very complete assessment of my health and eye care needs. All the options for the lens and frames of my glasses were well explained(both the benefits and costs). Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor and staff were all very kind and efficient. However, I was let down by how little my VSP insurance now covers.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. Doctor was very focused and determined to get my eye exam on spot. After the eye exam, they were very helpful in helping me with finding the right frame and lenses. I would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for several years. Hes great and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. If theres any problems they will bend over backwards to fix it.

I loved visiting Bluebird Family Eye Care, and I will most definetly refer more people to go here. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. I had my little one in a stroller while I was having my exam taken, and no one questioned it at all. I was also very pleased with their willingness to help out even when it didnt profit them. I was originally going to get glasses here, but decided walmart glasses were more budget friendly for us at the moment. Bluebird helped me cancel the order I had with them, faxed my prescription to walmart, sent me the receipt for the eye exam, and they didnt make me feel like a burden once. Very happy with my visit, and I will definetly keep coming here!

Everyone was pleasant until the end. The woman optician did not show any interest in explaining or answering any of our concerns/questions. After getting no where, we finally decided to not get our glasses there. After forcefully getting our prescription handed, we still thanked her and got ignored. If she didnt like the fact that we had to communicate in Spanish to explain certain vocabulary to my mother, then they should hire a more diverse employee thats bilingual and has charisma.

Good office, good Doctor, good visit. Manager is pretty pushy about setting up for new glasses even when has not been that long since last set. Otherwise service has been good, results good, glasses good, doctor good.

This optometrist was on my insurance site, so I made an appointment for my family. We all had a really great experience and were treated well. The front office employees were really friendly, professional, and helpful. They worked together to take care of the patients. The back office employees were also friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough and gave us options to make sure we were happy and received the best result from the glasses and/or contacts we chose. We never felt rushed or unwanted. I am glad we made an appointment with this office and I am looking forward to many years of excellent patient-centered care. Thank you to the whole staff!

Dr. Cody and his staff are amazing! Walking into the office, I felt a bit like a fish out of water because I had never really needed glasses in the past. The staff knew this and walked me through every step of the process. They even helped me choose the perfect fitting frames for my face shape, all the while being very conscious of my budget. I will never return for service at this office. I have never had such a horrible experience with a vision center as I have had here. The woman at the front desk is absolutely rude and treated me horribly. She refused to look at me, or speak to me as she reluctantly printed out my prescription. Each time I was in the office she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I felt like I wasnt being listened to. Her attitude toward me on the several occasions I was there was what led me to choose to take my prescription and go somewhere else.
