Lying thieves. They said they could order contacts with my prescription I had. I went in and they said no we have to have a new exam. So I borrowed money and did so. I got my samples and then they said I needed a new exam. I’ve worn these contacts for over a decade. I know they work for me and I wasn’t working. I couldn’t afford gas back and forth. Ended up with no contacts costing me future jobs. Front staff are rude and condescending. Don’t walk but run away from them.

Dr. Marshall did a very thorough eye exam as he spent almost an hour checking everything out (I have an uncommon eye disease which usually requires a bit more time). He tested many different lenses until settling on my current prescription. I then went out to the tech who helped me select a nice frame. I was offered several choices of Ken’s treatment (Crizal, scratch resistant, etc). I was then told or would be a week to 10 days. So imagine my surprise when I got a text after just 7 days saying they were ready! I drove over. Was seen right away. The same nice technician fitted my new glasses to my face and let me tell you. First time in awhile I could see clearly and in detail! I was super happy! They even gave me a goodie bag with a lens cloth and cleaning spray!)I need new prescription sunglasses too. Guess who is going to fill that need for me? Yup. Dr Marshall!!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Marshall. It was an enjoyable experience. The facility is clean and fairly new. Dr. Marshall and the assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident that I was getting the best care for my eyes.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly! The prices are great! And, unlike all the others Ive been to, Dr. Marshall didnt leave me waiting (blind, without my contacts in) for an hour or more in the waiting room/patient room. Best experience with an eye doctor ever!

I am writing this regarding my husband Charles Parent that was there this morning. He absolutely loved it and he really likes Dr. Marshall and the staff. He doesn’t do these things so I don but that’s what he told me. I am very happy with my glasses. And I’m going to spread the word around about you guys. Happy new year

Ive had glasses since I was a year old. Ive spent my entire adult life looking for an eye doctor I can use. THIS is that place! The staff there is amazing. Ive dealt with Tami and Lorraine for years and they feel like good friends. The doctor and ALL of the staff there are incredible!! Dr. Marshall is so very considerate and personable that you feel as though a friend just gave you an exam. As a glasses wearer for my entire life, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Marshall and your incredible staff! Youve made my life so much easier and better throughout the years!!

They spoke Spanish and The Saturday appointment was perfect. Also prices were good since we have no insurance and cash price discount. . Thank you so so much. Definitely going back and taking the family.

Been to this establishment a handful of times. The doctor and stuff are very friendly and personable. My husband has been going here many years before myself. I don’t see us taking our family anywhere else in the future.

Very nice people and was grateful they told the prices prior to the appointment starting. But with that said they are way over priced, then when questioned they tried to tell me only reputable places have fees like theirs. I beg to differ. I called my My eye doctor who I have had for the last 31 years, who now that I have moved is an hour away, and their same fee for the same service was less than half of these guys. Hmm. Sorry guys I am going to try a new place.

Got my perscription wrong but insisted on adjusting my glasses several times over as many weeks before rechecked and got perscription right. Glasses were all wacked out of shape when I got them back after the new lens was put in. When I went back to have glasses straighten out so I could see through them one of office staff was rude and and acted like I was being petty for wanting my glasses to fit right.

The staff was awesome and nice and the exam was awesome
