They often have a lot of good sales on tools etc. I can always find what Im looking for there.

I like to call this place the toy store for men. If you dont need to use your tools every day to make your living, you can save a lot of money on decent-quality tools. For example, I occasionally do a little welding for repairs. I dont need to do welding very often, and was able to purchase a lighter-duty wire feed welder here a few years ago for under $100. Ill admit that if I needed to do a LOT of welding (especially on heavier-guage steel), this welder would probably not be adequate. However, I only use this welder 6-8 times a year for light repairs, and it works very well for what I need.They do have some pretty high quality, arguably professional-grade stuff as well at pretty good prices, but my favorite thing about this place is that they have a large selection of all sorts of hand tools that will get the job done without costing an arm and a leg.

I always feel like a kid in a candy store in here! Large variety of items. If you are looking for expensive forever tools, probably not your place, but for reasonable priced tools and equipment that last a goodly amount of time, Harbor Freight is just right.

The staff is what makes the difference here. Friendly, out going and helpful even though they have to wear those ridiculous masks. Hey, we are all social distancing now out of habit, no one is in anyones face anymore. Management, let your workers BREATHE. They are working hard to serve the customers and they know the store inside and out.

The staff knows every inch of their store. They are so polite and helpful. And for the random things that I was looking for they had the best price. Check them out sometime!

Very professional and personable. They took the time even after closing to walk to our vehicle to help load our purchase. As one worked watched to be sure a female co worker made it safely to her car.

Never pay full price for things you buy there... Find coupons for what you need, generally youll find a coupon for that specific thing or fora better model cheaper after coupon. Also dont forget the free flashlight or tape measure, or the 20-25% coupon thats always available. Search the web for the Harbor Freight Coupon Database for the best way to find your money savings. Sure, are there better tools sold, yes. Are there better tools for the money, yes. But if you buy right, and understand the tools are sometimes not heirloom quality, you wont be disappointed.

Its sad that this mask wearing has now turned into absolutely NO customer service and the only time they talk to you is if you walk in without a mask on. The only thing their customer service has to say is Im sorry. Well, Im sorry that they do not wear actual masks there (a bandana is not a mask) and cant leave their register to help customers because it puts them in less than 6 ft. Redo your store so you can help people then. This place has been a joke since it opens its doors. This is just the icing on the cake.

I mean its a Harbor Freight. Good prices on hand tools and many other tools. The return policy is great if something does go wrong. The staff is nice too.

Good, clean, organized, from reviews it seems like they have upgraded a lot of their tool lines to be more competitive and better quality. Service was a little slow, but friendly and helpful.

The employees at this store were extremely rude. We wont be shopping here ever again. In fact I took everything I purchased back just because I didnt want them to have my money.

The customer service is outstanding! We werent sure they had in stock what we wanted, they did (bonus!) And they assisted us with measuring making sure it would fit in our vehicle. They were so helpful and kind! And the price was great on top of it!

Great store. Very clean and well stocked. Our generator died in Medora and we traveled 2 hours to get there. I called prior to going and Don gave me the number for our protection plan. Then when we arrived everyone was very helpful. John helped my husband move the old generator and helped put the new one in our truck and Jean was wonderful at check out. She was very informed about a new protection plan. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and on our way back to Medora. Thank you everyone. You made a terrible experience bearable!!!

Love this store. Great variety of items at great prices. I wish they would have one in my town.

Product advertised as in stock on the web site was not available in store. We drove two hours to specifically but the product. When asked, the sales clerk gave us confusing information regarding when the product might be back in stock. Fortunately there were other items in stock that we were able to purchase but the packaging was damaged. Overall a disappointing visit.

Harbor freight tools I think theyre pretty cool if they do break they do have a return policy which is cool Ive used these tools for yours if you use them with respect they last a long time Ive had no problems even with returns

Very nice, well stocked Harbor Freight Tools. Staff have always been very help, even when I call in some question. I always check to see what is new when I go to Bismarck, which is once a month.

Look for the free item coupons in the mail. If you do, you can go there and get a free item every time! Eventually youll have a set of screwdrivers everywhere and youll stop losing them.The tools are not Craftsman, but neither are the prices. This is the place to go to get tools that youll use every once in awhile or for impulse buying without draining your wallet.
