Interstate batteries has been the place I always go they are courteous and knowledgeable. I came in with what I thought was a bad battery it turned out it was just my terminal ends that needed replacing they gave them to me free of charge and just told me to have a good day and keep bringing the business back. Bought a new battery in Jan 2021, and all was well. May 2021, car would not start. Charged the battery, car started, but would not start the next day. Charged the battery, car started and drove car a little bit, turned car off, would not start immediately again. Took the battery back into Interstate Battery and it tested good. Said they would charge the battery and test again. In the mean time, I put in another battery and the car started and ran fine for 5 days (while Interstate Battery had my new battery). I came back into Interstate Battery, and Randy and Nick took care of me!!! Tested for something with the car with backflow or trickle charge (something like that), car was fine. Just the battery tested good, but did not do its job. Long story short, they took care of me!!!

In and out in 10 minutes or less. Great service and they always have the right battery.

The employee looked at the images on my phone, figured out what I needed and found the battery in stock. He was very helpful and amiable and I appreciate that very much.

Great service, great product. They didnt want to sell me a new battery until I put a charger on mine for 10-12 hours and if I didnt have one, theyd loan me one - I had one, tried to charge my battery, thought my charger was bad, borrowed one from my son, and the result was the same - the battery reached a full charge but dropped to 50-60% a few hours after the chargers were disconnected, so I bought a new battery.

Delivery and pick up in 1hrs out. They are so fast. In fact all people work there are super cool. I didnt catch the guy who give me a hat. Dude thanks .

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Interstate. I was passing through Bismarck on my way to Winnipeg. It was just after 5pm in the evening and my battery was not charging. I suspected I needed a new alternator. I pulled into Interstate thinking I could just get another battery and try to make it to Winnipeg. Hugh from Interstate tested my battery and tested the alternator and confirmed that the alternator was indeed not charging the battery. He said they did not do that kind of work but he gave me the name of a company to call. I gave them a ring but they could not get me in till the next day. I resigned myself to getting a room and missing my appointments in Winnipeg. While I was arranging the appointment, Hugh had gone inside and arranged for me to get my work done at a heavy mechanic shop in town. He had phoned and they had the time. I went over to Nelson International, they sourced a refurbed alternator for me, put it in and I was on my way.I was blown away by Hugh going the extra mile for an out of town customer on a job that wasnt going to make Interstate any work. I hope I need a new battery the next time I am in Bismarck.

I went in today and they were understandably very busy with the cold weather killing so many batteries. They were so quick and efficient that I got out of there in about half an hour. As my battery was under warranty they replaced it on the spot which only took a few minutes. They were very also very friendly.

Dec 30 I went in to have my battery tested it was a blend battery I had it put in. In November they were telling me they didn’t have another battery an the could knock 45$ off a new one that was 165$ I told them I didn’t have the $ the guy kept insisting I get a new one well they found another blend battery in another bay well last night I noticed my light where pretty dem an my window would hardly go up an battery light comes on I open the hood to take a look at the battery an the positive cable was loose an I noticed the bolt broke off this is in Bismarck nowhere the temps are below 0 right now this was done out of spite because I didn’t by the battery he wanted me too the guy tried putting my battery in backwards at first so obviously he doesn’t know what he is doing in the first place

Real good! Fast service and had the product I needed on hand. They checked out my old battery for no cost, it had a cell going out and was in need of replacing. I purchased a new battery; they disposed of the old one, cleaned the corrosion off my post connectors, and installed the new on the spot, no waiting and no additional cost. The whole deal took about 15 minutes and the new battery comes with a 6 year warranty. I couldnt have had a more hassel-free or positive experience. I would highly reccomend Interstate Battery!

I work for a company that uses batteries all the time for various pieces of electronics, and although it is often hard to get someone on the phone at this location, if you stop in they almost always have any imaginable battery in stock and ready to go, from UPS and cell phone batteries to those strange odd-ball batteries from really old electronics and the people that work there seem to genuinely care about making sure things are right and not just try to sell you a new battery like some other places. Rarely do we ever have a problem with their batteries, and if we do they always make it right. The store is clean and the people treat you with respect.

Asked them to check my battery. Said I need a new one. Didnt discuss any options just you need a new one and we will out one in. No prorate or looking at buying a used battery. Now this brand new 150 dollar battery wont hold a charge. I guess we will see tomorrow when I go back in.

For years I have taken everything there. They will rebuild DeWalt, Dremel, or whatever batteries to be BETTER than the originals. They can do this because they use FRESH batteries. When you buy a good tool, you still dont know how long those batteries have been sitting in DeWalts factory.

I got a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I called ahead to verify they had one in Stock and it was inexpensive and came with a one year warrenty.
