Manager is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Growing up with a family of mechanics certainly paid off.I come here to get my parts, despite the competitors on either side. When it works, dont change it!!

I ordered brake pads being told they would be in the next morning, came in the next morning at 830 was told they werent in yet and they would call me when they arrived. I came in a few hours later cause I was bored and got yelled at saying did you get a call yet then another employee got snippy with me as well. So I left. Tried called again at 3 got hung up on 3 times, called at 7 and the guy said he knows nothing about it and couldnt help me at all and just told me speak to a manager tomorrow. So very upsetting considering I made plans for my vehicle to have my brakes replaced that morning and lost money and time over this. Will not be a loyal customer any more to a company that treats people like that.

The store has been great no complaints at all always an amazing experience. However, online ordering not so much. i ordered an alternator online because they had an online order discount not available in the store. Moments after ordering I noticed my address was wrong. The house number was correct but I live in a basement apartment and it changed my 1/2 to 12 so now it looks like I live on xxx 12 n xx street. Called to correct it but they said I had to call back tomorrow because it was being sent directly from the vendor. I will hope I get this part on time as I drive for a living and cant afford to pay for another part.

Very good customer service. I bought the last car charger/booster there and the last 12ft car jumping cables. They were out of my kind of car battery. If you need anything from autozone, it would be best to call ahead before you travel there to see if they have the items in stock.

Had just what I needed to get back on the road.

The service was quick and instant, but maybe a little TOO quick. At least 2 guys had their eyes glued to me the entire time because they just knew that i couldnt afford whatever it was i was in search of. Why? Because of my smooth black skin AGAIN! Didnt help that i was in the store with a friend, who was caucasian and almost 20 years younger than i, who wasnt but could have been my lady. Then i had to enable my debit card after he totalled it up and i had no more data on my phone so this was taking forever so it looked like i wasnt financially sound....Just another day for a black man in a place where we are not equal and the reasin why is because the brothers before me didnt stand up and demand equality by SHOWING their equivalency.

Jon P. At the Bismarck Auto Zone had great customer service. He replaced my battery and wiper blades, which is difficult to do on a Jaguar, but did so kindly and in the chilly weather with abundant friendliness. This type of service keeps me coming back to auto Zone.

The employees actually have knowledge in the automotive department! Awesome selection and the best prices in town!

Found what we needed. I wish we didnt have to manage their points. We sometimes miss out on our points because there isnt an auto zone in the town that is closest to us.

Came into the store, and greeted right away. The staff was so knowledgeable about what they had, also very polite. Got the part I needed, and I was in and out in no time. Very satisfied customer here.

I cant say I know much about car parts but Im glad I came to AutoZone it doesnt seem that they dont care. In fact it seems they care a lot about helping you, and getting you everything you need on a timely manner. I didnt feel like I was rushed like SOME STORES make you feel. They are here to help you as long as it takes.

Experience and good service

Best customer service in Bismarck... I was greeted and assisted within 15 seconds of walking in the door. I dont remember the young girls name but how nice and refreshing from the other big box stores in town.

I came in early Monday morning kind of in a rush, I cant say I was in the best mood. The manager was very patient and willing to work with me. I just wanted to say thank you for being so patient and helpful and getting me what I needed.

Just want say thank you to the guys that helped me when I was in a bind, they went above and beyond their duties, and if more people were as selfless as they are, this world would be a much better place!! Thank you so very much, I am true ly greatful! Your team of employees are the best!!

Was a long wait to get checked out. There were tops three other customers in the store. The associate then did contact us once and said he would get someone over. When he called for his other associates they resoponded and then he told them not to come. Finally to make things worse the guy was complaining about not wanting to be there and that he was there on his day off.
