Tyler and Brett were a great help. I had an issue with a faulty radio I had purchased elsewhere, and they got the problem figured out and one of their radios in, in no time! Tyler also stayed after hours to get it done and got my passenger door speaker fixed no problem! I cant recommend them enough for all your audio needs!! Thank you Tyler and Brett! Mediocre speaker store. I wouldnt recommend anything over 2 or 3k. I spent almost 10k only for someone else to fix their problems and make the system better. Sold me a full dsp set up without a dsp amp:/ I had issues with wiring from the beginning they told me they couldnt fix. Someone else did in an hour. Now my truck doesnt sound like a turbo diesel. They dont know what there doing when it comes to premium, comp, or dsp. I asked what I needed to do to get more because I spent 5k on my other system that sounded better?!? They told me we can take the seats out and put more subs lol. So the guy I took it to sold me a proper dsp amp and I was blown away. It was almost like they intentionally did such things in order to make even more money on an upsell. Very upset I spent so much money here only to be ripped off.

Cancelled first apt. because part was back ordered(understandable) but I had to call the day before to make sure times was right, and that is when they told me it was cancelled. Then showed up for an apt. a week later.......no one there. Got a call at 12:30 ...an hour and a half after my apt. and was asked to reschedule. Just a lack of professionalism on their part!
