Have been there many times for everything from new tires to other repairs.The location is conveniently located close to my house. Employees have always been polite, professional, and times when they were busy, they still work to try to get you in best they can. I especially like when I ask about cost for tires or work needed on my vehicles and or just scheduling for stuff I get honest answers. No one there from the front desk guys to the mechanics has ever tried to hustle me into spending more money. 5 stars for integrity.

This is our “Go-To” place for all of our tire needs. Bill and his team have been so friendly and accommodating, we’d be nuts to go anywhere else. They have serviced our vehicles and our camper. I highly recommend working with Bill and his team!

Excellent place to get an oil change. Very quick and they give you detailed information about your vehicle and what fixes/changes should be done now or down the road. They dont pressure you into anything that is not necessary. The last time I had my oil changed at jiffy lube, it cost me $124.48 and he said it would last 2 years and I believed him

Exceptional service from start to finish.After changing a tire 20 miles from Bismarck, we called tires plus looking for two trailer tires to hopefully get on today. They called us right back, yes they had them and yes they could get them on today. We arrived after 4 and we were back on the road before 5.John was waiting for us and Jason got right to work. Well I brought my car there for an overheating problem and well they said they found the issue and insisted it was my problem but it wasnt 600 dollars later and Im still stuck with an overheating vehicle they didnt say were just throwing parts at it to see if it fixes it....after that they wanna throw another part in it and see and then said it could just use a new motor in the end if it didnt work and just terrible customer service this is after they insisted on price matching another shop

My alternator went out and I needed a new one for my vehicle the day before we were supposed to leave town for my sons state baseball tournament. We have gone to this Tires Plus for tires and oil changes for the past couple years. I called the store and was able to then talk to the manager, Cody, about my situation. He was very polite and understanding of the situation. He informed me that they had an alternator for my vehicle on hand and was able to get my vehicle in before the end of the day (I didnt call until 1pmCT)! That is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back to Tires Plus as long as Cody is there! Thank you!!!

I was in a jam with a trailer that had the wrong tires and rims which I had bought on Memorial Day. Without Cody’s help at this location I would of been without a trailer for even longer than I already was! He was able to assist me with the right size tires and rims. I can’t thank Cody and the staff at this location enough! My concrete company is ready to rock Tuesday morning.

8/24/21 update: After three weeks of no follow up response/reply from the owner and general manager, Im coming to the conclusion that no response will occur. I have posted a photo and video of the damaged wheel in question to this Tires Plus location. Big shout out to the Boys of Schierl Tire & Service in Stevens Point, WI for the follow up photo/video and helping out the individual I sold my Subaru to. Again, this is absolutely unacceptable work from this business. My advice, take your vehicle somewhere else for service.8/11/21 update: Left voicemail with the store. The last call I have received from you was last week Monday.Addendum to original post: Also, your store is in no way affiliated with Firestone Complete Auto Care because you are not a corporate Tires Plus location. Hence, the lifetime wheel alignment service offered by FCAC that would otherwise be accepted at corporate Tires Plus locations is not acceptable at this location. Your techs should know this and not lead people on.Original post: I can not recommend this place unless you want them to drop your wheel and bend it. I recently had work done on my Subaru there. Days before service, I drove down close to South Dakota with no tire balance issues what-so-ever. Requested TPMS replacement and wheel alignment at this Tires Plus. Service tech advocated no wheel balancing, but they should have. Seems weird theyd advocate to not spend money with them. Seemed like the service went fine and mostly in town driving for a month. Then start traveling out to Duluth on the freeway, immediately recognize wheel wobble. Decided to make an appointment at Discount Tire in Duluth to check balance and they found the wheel was bent, as in out of plane bent. Requiring replacement of the wheel. Do not go to this Tires Plus, they will break something and not tell you about it.

Went in for wheel alignment, vibration and shocks. They also sold me rack and pinion. I told them the vibration was probably u joints. First they said vibration was coming from engine. They made me come back another time for $58 to tell me what was wrong. They said rear tires were seperating. Wanted me to buy 2 new tires. I took it to Big O Tires and they replaced my rear u joint. They sell what you dont need. BEWHERE!!!.

They were by far very quick to get the job done and very great pricing cant be beat

My husband went to go buy tired for our car and had to take our 1yr old. Elias, I believe was the guy who helped my husband. He loaded them into the car and carried the tires for my husband while he held our daughter. Super helpful!

I picked up a nail in my tire so I pulled into Tires Plus. I did not have an appointment and they appeared very busy so I was worried I would have to wait quite a while. Excellent service from Codi who is new at that location, that did not keep him from doing a great job, being very helpful and he is very knowledgeable. All employees that we came in contact with were great and helpful as well. Everything was explained in detail and we received texts in reference to the service and recommendations needed. Went there 12-4-2020 around 9:35am. Had 2 new tires put on with good prices and had coupon for free tire installation. They were all cool respectful guys but one. When they finished putting on my tires around 10:25am, the guy that drove it to the front and handed my keys to the front counter guy was not friendly. I asked him a question when he was walking in and he just looked at me and didnt answer. This place would of got 5 stars from me but that guy cost them that.

We had been traveling cross country, towing a 16 foot enclosed trailer that we borrowed from a friend. We were moving a parent closer to us, so we could help take care of them. At a rest stop my husband noticed that one of the tires on the trailer, looked bad. It was 330 and we were 1 hours from Bismark. We ended up at your shop at 4:30 and you close at 5pm. Your staff was nothing but accomodating! We were assured that they would get us back on the road safely. We ended up getting 4 new tires for the trailer, your staff went above and beyond, we ended up leaving about 5:20pm, none of your staff even cared that it was after closing, as long as we were safe to hit the road! Thank you so much, this was on 9/12/20 but it was the 1st oppurtunity I had to sit down and write this. Melissa

Helpful, professional, and fast

I have been to tires plus twice in the last month, and both times I had nothing but great service. First my tired were rotated and even though i got there after work and it was 15 minutes before close, the staff stayed on after closing to finish the job. Next i drive over a screw and got a flat tire, and they got i patched and put back on in about 30 minutes. What a great company!

I recently bought a van and I couldnt make it up the icy hill to my house. I tried 3 times on separate occasions and ended up having to back down the hill and go the long way home each time. I called tires plus and they said they could get me in before they closed that day. They were all very helpful, friendly, and fast. The tires work great and I have no trouble getting up the hill to my house anymore.

You walk through the doors and are immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, Didn’t have a(n) appointment, but they were able to fit me right in! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED 10/10

I had an oil change there on my 2014 Ford Escape in early April. A few days after going I had noticed my under body shield had come loose after the oil change and was dragging the ground. Escapes are notorious for that piece becoming trashed eventually so it was not a surprise to me.I took my car back to have it looked over. They put my car up on the rack to take a look. Unfortunately there was too much damage to put it up properly. But the tech was able to secure it to the under frame with zip ties which was fine by me. I was happy they took it in and fixed it to my satisfaction, no questions asked.

I had to have a lot of maintenance work done on my little car. Cort treated me with the utmost respect given the fact I know ZERO about cars and mechanics. He ordered the parts I needed and did not try to sell me on things I did not need asap. Because of the wonderful service I received, I went back and ordered 4 new tires and will have them installed tomorrow! I highly recommend Tires Plus on Expressway. Ask for Cort!

I have nothing against the mechanics there, only the service writer, (didn’t get his name, but the young with a brace on his left leg) he is a terrible customer service, I strongly recommend the store manager watch and teach him his manor. I will not recommend this shop.

Customer service is great! I came in for a tire repair and was told it would not be a long wait. I ended up waiting way longer than expected. The staff however was able to make things right in the end and it was greatly appreciated!

Came in this morning to get my tire fixed after requesting another service company check it and didn’t find an issue yesterday. The time to wait was longer but Tires Plus made it right and got me back on the road with a properly fixed tire. Thank you for your time it is greatly appreciated!

Just go somewhere else unless you know exactly what your having worked on and for exactly how much. I hate leaving a bad review but they truly don’t deserve a good one.

Cody and his staff at tires plus provided some of the best costumer service I’ve had yet to experience!! Typically closed on Sunday’s, they took time out of their day to not only work on my car but others who walked through the door as well. They were quick and efficient it was excellent!!!

I came into this place to get my tires studded since it was the best price in town I could find. After talking with one of the managers, I told him I was only getting studs put in my tires, not balanced. He went and checked on the status of my tires, when he came back he said that when they do this, they have to balance the wheels as well. I told him that this wasn’t explained to me and asked how much extra it was going to cost me. He said since it wasn’t explained, it would be free of charge. Customer service A++.

I went to their service center on a Saturday, and theirs was just one of the very few that were open on a Saturday till 5pm during these COVID-19 times. I had a flat tire which needed repair.After an hour or two of inspection, they called me back saying that the flat tire was beyond repair as I had unknowingly ridden on it after it got flat and that had damaged its sidewall.They showed me a Firestone tire which I could put on, but I requested for an OEM Goodyear tire, and they had one in stock luckily.They put it on my car and the whole process was smooth and straightforward.I highly recommend their service center as the staff were friendly and ready to help. Terrible service! Premature tire wear that they said was going on foralong time. They were the only people to service my vehicle. No excuse for letting it get out of control. No satisfaction on $1,000.00 worth of tires. Replaced elsewhere and am actually getting service now. If there was a negative star available. I would give that! Beware.

Great service, squeezed me in as last for the day for an oil change. Received a neat digital inspection from which I found out a simple driver side front/back rotation would fix an annoying rumble bump at take-off speed around town. Learned the tread was crisscrossed with the passenger sides. Here I have wondered if I had a bad rim, or who knows wut. Thanks Tires Plus Teachers/Techs! Great unbeatable price oil change as well!!

Ive been going to Tires Plus for a year or two now (first in Minot, now in Bismarck), and I am always pleased with their service. They are quick and thorough, they take the time to explain various issues without trying to force the sale of additional repairs on me, and they have been very flexible in sorting out schedules and parsing out repairs as my budget allows. They are and have been exactly what I look for in regular automotive service.

I got a flat tire on my way to Minot from Jamestown, and called Tires Plus in Minot to see if they had my tire in stock (275/55/20) Not only did they have my tire, but were able to install a new one on such short notice.
