The guys that work here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond by assisting with loading heavier 5 gallon buckets.

What a great group of guys! Extremely helpful...taking lunch break in view of the customer so they can stop eating to match colors and mix paint. Unbelievable! Need more of this from other vendors.

Negative experience. Employees seemed more concerned with conversing among themselves than servicing customers. Finally after a bit I bought a can of paint based on a benjamin moore color code. Got home and it was the wrong color. Took it back and they would not make it right. Do not recommend.

Describe the project, explain any complicating elements and let them help - and they will. Listen for time saving hints, easier approaches to the job, and/or just some good ideas for your project. These people know the answers - and often the questions you should be asking. We had an apartment building to renovated - and they were a tremendous source: help and quality products. Jim

I had 2 colors in mind and the gentleman that helpedMe was extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly where the swatches were and happily assisted me to some paint choices that are safe for small children to be around and answered all my tedious questions. He even carried everything to my car for me! Wonderful experience. Will definitely return :)

Staff is always helpful especially with their knowledge of their paint colors...what compliments what. Just wish they were open till 6. 5pm closing makes it near possible to visit.

Ill never step foot back in here again. Dude didnt even get out of his chair and spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. I just walked out and would rather buy paint from a taco bell... Im being that typical person who goes online to complain about poor service and would like to talk to an actual human being about my experience. Very unfortunate and sad.
