My name is Lee Thompson and when I moved from the home I sold and was looking for a storage facility to store my belongings until my new home was finished, I contacted Old Overton Self Storage and spoke to Jennifer. She was so helpful and accommodating. Jennifer was able to give me the storage space I needed.The storage units are easy to access and very clean and climate controlled. I could have picked any number of storage facilities but to me Jennifer made the difference and that’s why I chose to use Old Overton Self Storage.

I have used this facility for over 3 years. It has exceeded my expectations. Everything is clean and tidy. I was so sad to hear of Tom’s passing - such a nice man. Jennifer, the new manager, has the best personality and is beautiful. I love this place!

I agree with some of the other reviews- rental here has exceeded my expectations. Units are clean and in good working order. Most importantly, Jennifer/management and her team are helpful, kind, and very professional. They provide personal care and attention. I will certainly use and recommend Overton Road Self Storage for future storage needs.

My experience so far has been great! Jennifer and the other ladies on staff are really kind and gracious. The facility is clean and because all units are ground level moving and storing is hassle free.

Had a unit here between moves for about two years. Never had a problem. Management is super friendly and helpful, and the complex is easy to navigate. Highly recommend.

I rented a storage unit from Overton Road Self Storage for over a year. It appeared to be a very honest, friendly, family-owned business UNTIL January of this year. I previously paid several months ahead and was not aware that there was a new Manager, Jennifer. I called and made a payment over the phone, which I have done many times before. A day later I received an email receipt showing they had charged me DOUBLE my normal amount. When I called the office, Janet, who has seen me in-person many times, acted like she didnt know me and coldly stated the Manager would get back to me. Through many phone calls, a phone message, and a bill sent, the new Manager, Jennifer, changed her story several times about my monthly rent. First, she stated she didnt know why I had been charged the rate I had paid for over a year. I acknowledged it was a special rate that the previous Manager had given me because of the availability of units at the time I moved in. Then she stated that it was a temporary rate for just twelve months and I had only been there twelve months. I informed her I had been there OVER a year and no one had ever suggested that I had a temporary rate. Then she found my original receipt, on move in, and stated I had been paying a larger amount all along. I informed her it was a prorated amount for the first month and a half. I even pointed out that the monthly rate was on ALL my receipts. I also informed her several times that she COULD NOT RAISE MY RATE WITHOUT NOTICE. Then, she called me back and stated the amount she took out of my checking account would pay for two months (January and February). After that, the rate would be doubled again. Then, she sent me a bill stating the rent would be a completely different amount after two months, but I still owed rent for February! I was so confused, I didnt even how much I would owe for February! She changed the amount THREE different times that I had allegedly already been paying or owed them. It was EXTREMELY difficult for me to coordinate moving out on short notice, but I moved out as soon as I could. It appeared that Jennifer either had no idea what she was doing, or, she was intentionally trying to get me out of the unit. If you choose to rent from Overton Road Self Storage, I would strongly suggest you get everything IN WRITING and take nothing for granted, especially if you are dealing with Jennifer. (Two stars for the wonderful service under the previous Manager.)

I’ve rented from this facility for a very long time. As a businessman, I always appreciate professional, courteous, and efficiently run businesses. Past management did an average job, however the new manager (Jennifer) is simply outstanding. Every phone call has been handled quickly, honestly and most importantly, with a great attitude! The overall facility is always VERY CLEAN, and I feel completely safe storing several of my belongings here. Please give them a call if you have your own storage needs. You will be glad you did! Btw.. The manager is not hard on the ol’ eyes either! Just sayin.

Always clean and well kept. There was an issue with the door to one building that took more than six months to fix, but otherwise weve had no complaints.
