Highly recommend. Robert was our tech. He was great. Fixed me up without having to order a part. But when I need to, I will use them. Robert is honest and super helpful. They sent him over quickly after I called. And I dont know any of them from Adam. So I was pleased. Not regular to get such great service nowadays.

I called Service tech late on a Friday afternoon and they had a technician at my house in 15 minutes. I had a Freon leak which three other companies had never been able to find. They found mine, a small valve on the condensing unit. They were very honest. An additional tech came out to help find it. Von was so thorough and Mr. Terry did a great job resealing my coil to the blower of the furnace. He assured me my coil was fine. These guys were so honest abd I really appreciated that after three other companies had made repairs but never found the leak. I would recommend Service Tech to anyone who wants honest, quality workmanship or installation.

Amazing experience with Service Tech. Called because my air wasn’t cooling my house down and they identified a number of problems with my existing unit that was 11 years old. Stepped through all options with me on new units and had it installed the next day by noon and fixed duct work/leveling issues with my old unit that effected drainage. Got a call yesterday from Richie to ensure the unit was operating well which is very appreciated.

The staff was experienced, thoughtful and quite professional. Since the initial install, they have followed up repeatedly, making minor tweaks to a very sophisticated system. From ownership, management, sales, back-office, and technicians, I’ve never witnessed a more concerted effort to please the customer. I made the right decision.

Needed help with a leak. Floor flooded in our business. Tony went above & beyond to fix the problem and them help with the clean up. Amazing service!

They did a good job. Anyone asked to wear a mask while I was present wore one. They got the work done on one day. There was a sensor tripped, but they came back that evening after 9pm and fixed it. Everything is new and running great.

Had a motor in one of the freezers in the kitchen go out. I called Service Tech to request a technician to come out and repair the freezer. The customer service, while setting up the appointment, was excellent. She was accommodating and polite on the phone. The technician showed up on time and fixed my problem quickly. Just a wonderful experience, beginning to end. Service Tech, Mr. Vines, Randall, Kay, Wanda and the whole staff have been a pleasure to work with and know. I started with their service in 2013 when an a/c unit malfunctioned at my home. Since then, I have used them for generator maintenance, ductwork, electrical, switches, and Garage heating and cooling. Superb product that - although not cheap - is the very worth the expenditure and saves money in the long run every single time. If I could give them six stars, I would.

We’ve used Service Tech for our home and business since 1995. Our A/C unit reached the end of its life late on a Friday. The owner, Richie Vines, was here by 8am Saturday morning, two hours after we called. He got our unit working in 95 degree weather till we were able to replace it. We worked with sales, Steve Burns, who gave us numerous options for replacement. The installation technicians, Robert and Von, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We replaced both our A/C and furnace with Trane equipment. It’s completely solved our problem of hearing 2 floors with only 1 unit. The thermostat works from either the control pad or an app. Everyone in our family is really happy with the results and the service was outstanding!

I was having water buildup on my basement floor and the technician tried to find the source of the leak. He determined that the condensation drain pipes were no likely plugged partially and even though the pump was working it still had overflow condensation drainage getting out on the basement floor. He cleaned up the pipes and mopped up the floor somewhat and recommend that I get a box fan to help dry out the area which I did. I installed the box fan and am watching it to see if that works. Will advise if this works or not.

Have used this company twice and both times office staff has been extremely helpful, professional and quick response time.

The work was good and results were satisfactory. The crew was to rip out the damaged duct work, replace it and clean the HVAC unit. This was done, but the only complaints I had were they did not cover the vents and returns before the removal of the old moldy ducts. Thus the rooms became full of a moldy smell. They did stop and come cover the vents and returns, but they did not have any painters tape to apply to the walls. Fortunately I had some painters tape to loan to them. Other than those two lapses I had no complaints. The foreman was courteous and helpful and I would use Service Tech again if needed.

When a tech takes time out to explain what happened and how to prevent it from happening again: thats quality service. He also did not do anything unnecessary to cause the bill to inflate.Id definitely recommend Service Tech everytime

Next day installed a entire new system with FLAWLESS work. The customer service experience with the team was great. Now I feel right at home! This is a great company. Just installed a new complete HVAC system to replace 19 year old carrier unit. These folks were on-time and completely professional. Totally protected my property and cleaned up after themselves. Noticed a few problems with existing duct work and electrical breakers and fixed them as well at no additional charge. Owner has followed up three consecutive days to ensure there are no problems. Their office provided all registration documents for warranty (after they did the registration work!) and have been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They installed an excellent system at a very competitive price and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I called them based on a friends recommendation and so glad I did.

It seems the original amount quoted for the service was not what was charged. It was significantly higher.

$318 for an unnecessary thermostat part, when air handler needed replacing.The reviews here sound like professional review writersAnd they threatened to put a lean on my Dads house after that $318 bill was about 10 days late.And this is after they replaced the Air Handler that we agreed to pay for and will pay for.

Service Tech did everything they could for several years keeping our old HVAC system working for us. It was old and dying. When we finally got to the point of no return, Richie Vines gave us several options for a new system. His technicians were in and out in one day. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.Richie told us to watch the power bill graph, and he was so right. Our bill was cut by almost 50% over the same time the previous year. The new system is running smoothly, we are paying less, and we couldnt be happier with the system, service, and management at Service Tech! They are who to call if you need help.

Outstanding service! My AC stopped cooling in the dead of summer on a Sunday. The owner Richie came over himself with his lovely wife Annette and their adorable dog. Hes extremely knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about the problems responsible for the current issue, and how to troubleshoot problems that could arise in the future. He was honest, didnt try to up sale me anything I didnt need, and fixed the problem without having to replace the entire unit which saved me thousands of dollars. He went above and beyond, even changing the air filter in my house himself. Apparently his company does much more than HVAC repairs, and Ill absolutely be going to them first for all my contracting needs in the future. Highly recommended!
