I just wanted to praise One Source Heating and Cooling. Our heat went out yesterday and they were highly recommended to us. They had someone here within an hour and a half on Sunday, this man’s name was Tyler, and could not have asked for a more quick response from him letting me know he was on his way. They could not get the part we needed until this morning, Monday, February 22nd, so thankfully, it did not get that cold last night and we had plenty of warming blankets to use. They got here today and had everything done within a few hours and they made sure to check the air and the heat before they left. Mike and another young man came today and during the service they let me know what they were doing and explained everything to me so that I would understand clearly. It is hard to find reliable companies these days and when you find one that goes above and beyond to take care of their customers speaks volumes. I would highly recommend them as they have been so quick to respond, professional, and reasonably priced.

We had the pleasure of a young man named Fisher who came out and fixed our air unit today. After sitting in a 90 degree house all day, we were definitely glad to see him. He was professional, nice, and extremely helpful. Its rare these days to have such a pleasant service, and Fisher succeeded just that. I will say, the reception area could have been a little nicer but, there service techs certainty make up where they are lacking. Just be patient... We were thankful for this young man today.

AC went out on a hot Alabama summer day. My system was 22 years old and time to upgrade. So I started calling companies. Got several quotes but they were unable to install a new unit for weeks. I called One Source. They sent Gary to my house within the hour. He was very knowledgable and I could tell hed been in the business for a long time. He recommended a few options and I agreed to go with them. They sent three people to my house THAT DAY and installed a five ton American Standard unit. The price was actually a little lower than the other quotes I got, and they were fast, professional, helpful...I could go on. You could tell their employees knew what they were doing. I think they send their employees through a comprehensive training program and it shows. I just want to thank Gary and the three guys that came out and SAVED MY BUTT (the four girls in my house were about to run me out with a pitch fork! :)

Just wanted to take a few minutes to say how pleased I am with One Source. Over the weekend I visited my grandmother and when arriving I noticed her house was hot. So after a few hours of waiting to see if it would cool off after turning temp down I ended up calling in a service call. I was in need of a new air/heat system and called One Source. I had called other places and the pricing was all over the place. I was needing a simple change out. They came out quickly and gave me a great price and were able to schedule the install the net day. The gentlemen(Harry) that came out and talked to me was very informative and very professional, there was no presser selling or up selling that took place. I am retired, disabled and a veteran and I would recommend these people to anyone in my group. I was in the construction business for 38 yrs and know a little about hiring guys in the trade businesses and these guys are good at what they do and they can deliver. One other thing that is something to consider is they service what they sell and that is a big deal too. If anyone trys these guys out you wont be disappointed.....

They were out within no time after receiving our call. We had to replace our entire system and they gave us options which was nice. So many times companies just assume you want the least expensive. However, One Source was able to explain the difference in the options in a way that made the average consumer understand and make an educated decision beyond just price. GARY, our repair tech inspected our old, non-working unit and suggested repairs to prolong it or a complete replacement. We knew we were going to have to replace it at some point in the very near future when we bought the house 4 years ago. Gary did not try to sell us any particular unit. He gave us a price list, allowing us to choose. The installation tech, CHANCE, arrived the next morning at the precise time agreed upon. The install took about 6.5 hours as estimated by Gary. We now have a beautiful new, working unit. At all times, Gary and Chance were 100% professional and courteous. They answered all questions thoroughly. They gave me honest opinions about certain questions and never tried to sell me on any part or service. Thank you, One Source! All my friends will know how great you guys were.

Fantastic people to deal with !!!My first encounter with One Source was about three months agowhen we were having problems with mothers air. They came outwithin an hour and fixed our condensation leak.When mine quit cooling today I hunted up their business card and calledthem again. They were here within two hours of my call and that included their driving time from another job.I was lucky to have the same technician both times. Harry evaluatedthe unit, gave me a detailed list of items needing to be replaced and their cost. Explained everything he was going to do. OS responded promptly and went over my problems with my home air system. The rep made several recommendations and explained each to my satisfaction. There was no pressure put on me to make a decision, only facts and options. All costs associated with a new system were explained, all my questions were answered in depth. The new system went in the next day. There were several things that they found that needed to be changed in the 23 year old system - a brace here, a hole repaired there, better drainage, bigger return box, and a few other things - which they fixed or replaced without additional costs. They followed up with an on site inspection to ensure the system is installed according to requirements. To a person everyone i interacted with at One Source was friendly, respectful, and made me feel they each were concerned with my satisfaction. The costs were in line with other estimates, and I think the added service they provided made them the best company for the job. They worked safely and left the place cleaner that it was when they arrived. I have already and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. If I had it to do over again, I would use them without hesitation.

He showed me exactly what the issue was too and left me with peace of mind. I had a wonderful experience with One Source. I had another company come out and they were supposed to be there at 6pm and didnt show until 10pm at night. I let them in and they beat and banged in my attic for hours with my kids sleeping. I didnt like the professionalism of them so I called One Source for a 2nd pinon. I had a very nice young man show up earlier than the appointment and a very professional appearance. He gave me honest opinions on my system and let me make the choice of what I wanted to do. I went with a new AC financed through them and absolutely love it. I keep my air on 68 and now its on 70 and still VERY VERY Cool :). Not to mention they ran into some issues because of the add on portion of my house and they fixed the issue and stayed all day for two days to get me up and running. All 3 gentlemen did a great job and they cleaned up all of the mess and even hauled it off! Great Company and Very Professional Employees! Thank you One Source!

They tried tell us we need a new unit and the came here 3 times In 2 days. They couldnt get fixed.I called a church member where I attend church who is a true repairman. He was here 45 minutes and discovered that the ones who came did not wire the part they replaced right.They were only trying to sell a new unit did not want to fix mine. I have used this company for many many years and I had to call them yesterday due to an issue I have been having since the last tech came out in June of this year. When I called the office a lady picked up and once I started telling her my issues she immediately started telling me I had to pay this or that if I wanted a tech out even before I could even finish what I was saying. So once I told her I didnt feel I should have to pay for something that was not fixed from the beginning I was given to another lady. She picked up and introduced herself as the office manager. She allowed me to explain myself all the way through and as well allowed me to take my frustration out on her without even saying a negative word. She offered to have a tech come out at no charge to look over my issues and get everything of my concerns taken care of. I have to say I really appreciate her taking the time to listen to me and my frustration without just jumping to I have to do this or have to do that before I could get any help. So thank you One Source for having such good employees to take care of your customers the way she took care of me.

One source replaced our upstairs unit and we found many builder mistakes along the way such as returns not even attached, only pushed into the ducts, no sealing, undersized return, and an undersized unit. They were very thorough and I will have them back out when its time to replace our downstairs unit. Ive also had them seal up the ducts in my brothers home and they did an excellent job. Ive had several other ac contractors out that people recommended but being very knowledgeable in the industry myself, I saw they cut corners and were not as good as people think they are just because of their big name. One Source gets my business.

Today I had One Source Heating and Cooling for my Annual service and to also install a Surge protector and also installed a REME--HALO system to combat Mold, MRSA, Legionella, Listeria, Strep, Bird Flu and other things. The work was performed by SETH who did an outstanding job and he explained everything to us that he did. Weve used One Source in the past and we loved the service. But, when i called today for service the receptionist told me without even checking to make sure. I dont think we work on those type units. I found this disturbing because i work in customer service, and i would have atleast taken the time to confirm.

I had this company come out to look at my system because my furnace wasnt lighting correctly. They tried to sell me a new furnace for $7500. I had another company come out and fixed my furnace for $150. And they told me they could could get me a new system for $3000. Be aware this company is all about making money and not about fixing the problem

I HIGHLY recommend this company! They answered the phone the first time I called, and they were VERY friendly and prompt. A new unit with new wiring was priced well, and One-Source had the job completely finished within 32 hours of my initial call! VERY impressed!!

One Source came out on a routine maintenance request and found what could have caused a fire in my air handler in the attic. Gary, the supervisor was called to come and check out the situation. He checked on the parts availabily and price to repair it then explained to me how it would be more expensive to keep it serviced since it requires freon. He was kind enough to give me his cell number to call with questions. He even called my Dad to explain things to him I could not. We decided to replace the unit. Gary came back to get the guys started the next morning. They worked all day, were very courteous and thorough, explaining everything to me as they went. Gary called to a few days later to make sure all was well. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism and would highly recommended them!

One Source determined that we did not need a new unit, but a new capacitor. We had been without air for two weeks, because we had to financially figure out how we could afford a new unit. We are so appreciative for the professionalism and honesty of the One Source technician, he made it clear that this was probably a temporary fix, but that we would be cool for now.
