Alexa did a fantastic job helping us. She was patient while we went through many pairs. She was very informative of the different options and I felt like she really put in the effort to make it the best experience for us as customers. I’ve never seen someone do a better job in a retail service. We will definitely be coming back! Also Dr. Cook is a fantastic eye doctor!
Dr Cook is the absolute best optometrist I love his vibe and the atmosphere of the office. It’s like visiting old friend when I visit Dr Cook. After my visit I browsed the glasses and was greeted by Alexa who assisted me with purchasing some glasses and Vicki who confirmed my pick was good . I enjoyed my experience today and I don’t mind making the 18 mile drive for a awesome experience. I’m a LensCrafter girl and I buy glasses once a year.
My girlfriend and I paid a visit to this location and she ordered $640+ of glasses only to be disappointed. She specified her preference to the first employee who waited on us. Instead, he chose to order her a bigger pair of glasses even though she specifically told him she wanted the same model she currently wears because they fit best.After receiving the first pair and getting home, she had to drive all the way back across town and have him order the CORRECT pair. Even then, when we went to pick up the newly ordered pair they were completely bent and looked used. To add insult to injury, the employee working when picked up the 2nd pair today was so RUDE and refused to be of any assistance.All in all, this was a very unacceptable experience and shows a complete lack of quality customer service.
They changed the screw in my glasses with no problem!

I went to LensCrafters to get my new prescription filled. I received excellent service. The salesperson was courteous, friendly, attentive to my needs, and helpful in making the right choices for my new eyeglasses.
Probably should be a 4.5 rating but didnt see that option...A week after placing my order, I was informed the vendor that provides the polarized lenses is in the process of being changed and Lenscrafters is unable at the time to fulfill my order. However, Lenscrafters stepped up and did the right thing, maybe even more. They are providing me with a new set of frames and lenses with everything in the lenses I wanted except for the polarization without cost; and still will fulfill my original order once the new vendor is acquired. Unfortunately, that could take as much as 3 months...hopefully not. Now thats what I call stepping up to the plate!Special shout out to the staff there...Melissa, Vicky, Mike and even the trainee (sorry, didnt get her name) were fantastic! Melissa did an excellent job explaining the issue and her honesty about it means I can trust in them for all my prescription lenses needs.Now, lets just hope everything follows through as explained, which is up to Lenscrafters! Melissa helped me today with my glasses. As always, the service was excellent. I have been using Dr. Cook for my eye exams and then LensCrafters for glasses for several years and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Melissa and Hannah both worked together to give me the service and product that I needed to replace an obsolete frame that broke. My lens needed to fit into a specific frame size and they found the best solutions and gave me several choices. I will be back to this LensCrafters!
Bait and switch. Their system was down and couldn’t discuss price with insurance but they really pushed the polycarbonate lens, because they can make them in-house. Talked about plastic and was told they would have to be ordered. Also discussed the need for blue light filter, at which time there was no mention that the filter wasn’t available for plastic.Get a call a few days later when system is back up and given a price and told blue light isn’t available in plastic lenses. According to the LensCrafters website and online ordering it IS available in plastic. I’ve always been suspicious of their charges and now I know to stay away.Instead of showing us prices for what we asked just kept asking what our budget was like a used car salesperson.Another example is when they put my son in Ray Ban branded lenses (most expensive) when we only asked for regular polycarbonate a few years ago.If you want transparency and fair pricing just order from the LensCrafters website and take out the dishonest sales people.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at LensCrafters! Dr. Cook was fantastic and answered all my questions. He was very professional,detail oriented and friendly.Melissa helped me find the right pair of glasses perfect for me. She was very quick and effective and immediately started crafting my new lenses. Extremely helpful in every way. She even brought out my new glasses to me as I was waiting in my car in less than 10 minutes!!!The frontdesk was very friendly, warm and welcoming. They made sure to see that I was well taken care of and a happy satisfied customer.Overall this entire team went above and beyond and I will continue to rave about this LensCrafters. Rhonda was the employee that helped me. She was amazing! Such a sweet soul and has such a positive attitude. Always has a smile on her face. There were a couple of issues with the tint on my prescription sunglasses and she was so helpful in fixing the problem.

Dr cook is awesome! I think the receptionist for dr cook is awful. Major attitude every time I call. I really don’t want to hear huffing and puffing over the phone if I have a question - it’s so unprofessional. If you hate talking to people that much, find another job.
I haven’t received my glasses. I got a call earlier this week saying they came in but were the wrong lens so they’ve been reordered. Not a good experience.
You guys need to close this location. Very bad customer service. Believe me.
