I went to best buy today to get a new phone. I only come to best buy every now and then and Ive never had a bad experience. Today, though, Mary helped me and she was awesome! She was helpful and friendly from the moment she started helping me. She also gave me a lot of good info and helped me chose the best options for me!
I needed a new phone and had researched what I wanted. When I arrived and showed the young man what I wanted he went and got it for me and explained and walked me through the setup and transfer process. It was a seamless transfer since I bought a newer version of my old phone! It basically cloned the old phone. I loved that since I was happy with my old phone except that it no longer had enough memory to operate properly. I was in and out in way less than an hour! His name is Austyn and he was so very polite and helpful!! This was really good experience.
Terrible customer service at this location. The employees in the phone center, Cooper and the manager Alex, were extremely rude and unprofessional. After multiple calls from other employees for them to come help me, I waited 15 mins before either came over. They acted like I was inconveniencing them the entire time while I was the only one around. They’re also trying to charge for services that other stores are not. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Best Buy should consider re-staffing their entire mobile phone center, especially at the management position.
The Geek Squad on Hwy 280 (John B and Derrick) had my computer properly and professionally diagnosed within 10 minutes of my appointment. They even went above and beyond to ensure that they could retrieve my files before I went home to pick up my external hard drive.Alex also provided superior, invaluable service in assisting us with a new computer.Top notch, caring and courteous group!!!! You’ve got my business 💯
That best buy service was very good I saw them helping customers very good outside get they big purchase in cars in truck and store was well stock and they got an Xbox series x an that I being trying to get for the longest. When they say they got something I recommend you go there did not fail me.
The three delivery men refused to take my old refrigerator and bring my new one up the steps, which they claimed were too slippery... then they watched as I brought my old one down the stairs totally by myself (quite safely).Then my boss came over, and we got the new one up the stairs and into my house without a hitch (quite safely).I will NEVER do business with Best Buy again.
Sales girl was very friendly and quickly found the desktop PC we had come for. It was on sale and they only showed one in stock online. It wasnt on the sales floor, but the girl found it for us in just a few minutes high up on a rack mixed in with a lot of other stock. Then she got another sales assistant to get a lift to retrieve it for us. They werent overly pushy with add-on sales either, which was a suprise...Best Buy can get aggressive with wanting you to add on protection plans, insurance, and Geek Squad services. But they werent today.
Walked in looking for a record player and was immediately helped with that, next thing I needed was a car charger for my cell phone and the associate again was very helpful. The store was very neat and clean. Everyone I encountered was very polite.
Employees are exceedingly friendly and helpful to their customers, more so than most other stores of their group.The others are ok, but not like the one on 280. They are great!

Worst customer service ever. Two days off of work to get a washer and dryer they never showed up they rescheduled and wasn’t even apologetic for whatever happened. Never buying any big appliances from the store that doesn’t care about their customers
I made an online order the night before for a chrome book case and was told I could use curbside pick up the following day. When the store opened, I was there ready for curbside pick up and had no problem. The employee brought it out, I popped my trunk, and the case was placed in the trunk of my car. The no contact transactions is a plus for me during Covid. I will definitely use the service again.
The geeksquad and managers here are AMAZING. Just dont try to get anything done online, they are clueless.My favorite store now

Great customer service from the employees in this store. Only reason I’m taking a star off is because calling the store is pointless as you cannot speak to anyone at that store directly. It directs you to a corporate employee that is not directly involved with that specific store and that’s not helpful when items are ordered and scheduled to be delivered at that location and you want an update from someone there.
No service, no greetings provided by associates. I was looking for a TV and waited for over 20 minutes and no one came. Not worth going to look for them as they clearly saw me but didn’t want to walk back there. A nice sale lost as we went to Walmart as usual. The TV was the same price but swift and great service.

Multiple bad experiences with the online pick up department. Rude, unhelpful, and incompetent service. Was picking up a large item and asked for a simple tape measure and was told that no one had one...Ill still order from BB, but I will most certainly pick another store to deal with.
Went to go get a new MacBook. Got home and realized it was the wrong color than the one I asked for. I had to drive another hour there and back just to swap it for the right one. Was unable to call the store directly to confirm if they had the right one or not. Thankfully they did but the workers were not very nice. The guy that helped the first day was great, despite the mix up, but the second day no one seemed to want to help and I felt like a bother. Not a single “sorry about that” either.
I wanted to buy a Bose bass module 500 to pair it with my Bose tv speaker. Asked an employee for help who told me “it can’t be done”. I showed him the Bose webpage and a Bose tv speaker box they had in the store that read “can be connected to bass module via wired connection” he still told me I was wrong and refused to help or get someone else who could help me. Funny thing is I buy in best buy instead of amazon because I think eventually physical stores like this one are going to disappear. Next time I’ll buy from amazon and save money on gas while buying for the same price.

New store is a little barren. Between Covid and moving in sure its going to be an uphill battle. Still, you can find a majority of what you are looking for just be prepared for stuff to a little unorganized until they find their way.
Took my M-I-L to Best Buy to purchase a replacement TV. We were greeted almost immediately and offered assistance on making a quality decision that worked best for their situation. Good thing too because we may have purchased a TV too big to fit where it needed to. Price was even better than advertised.
Ive never asked for help while in one of these stores, and Im glad I never have until today. I wanted a new cell phone, and the person in the cell phone center said she was too busy to help me. She said the entire store was too busy. I looked around and saw 4 people hanging out. I asked them if they could get me a phone and they told me Id have to wait on the lady in the cell phone area. I then asked the guy in customer service if he could help and he said, only she can give you a phone from behind the counter. He then gave me directions to their closest competitor, so I went and bought a phone there. Im glad because after shopping around Ive found way cheaper options than Best Buy.
We had a very pleasant shopping experience here. we went in to buy a phone case and ended up buying a washer and dryer too. The cashier was very helpful and walked us through the process to get everything worked out to have the washer and dryer delivered to our condo.
We came here the day after Christmas to get a replacement Gaming monitor for my son (Santa had left one that was DOA). My wife had a store credit here and they happened to have had a decent Acer in stock, so I placed the order online and we were able to pick it up within just over an hour. They were doing curbside pickup and the process was amazingly quick and easy, especially considering it was the day after Christmas! I would definitely recommend Best Buy. They usually have decent items in stock or can get them fairly quickly if not. AND, they price match on items, even from Amazon!
They had what I needed and I was able to order online and do in-store pick up within an hour. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The store didn’t seem to have as much stock as was typical before COVID, but I assume the majority is done as pick up and not as much merchandise is set out in the actual store. Overall a good experience.
Looked a little end of days when I arrived at Best buy today but the sweet agent with Geek Squad told me they are moving locations! Came in with a computing tragedy a la Carries sad mac in SATC and the agent did her best to help me out. Looking forward to my new unlimited support plan and visiting the new store!
Though the customer service is lackluster at this location, it is better stocked than the other Best Buys in the area. I was able to eventually find what I was looking for.

I love Dairy Queen. In particular, I love blizzards. I could eat one everyday, but I would weigh 300 pounds! As it is, I have one as a special treat and Im never sorry. I especially love the ones with lots of chocolate. They are the best!

New store opening, I wandered around and there were hardly any workers, like they didnt expect or want any customers, no door sitter, near nobody working. I did a circle through the store, couldnt find what I wanted so I left and ordered what needed from Amazon. Very disappointing experience for me.
Customer service was great. Store looks like it was looted by a mob. Many of the displays were not on, or they were missing all together. I hope that they are in the middle of a product change, but it was the same when I was there last month too.
Looked up tablet online was in stock said pick up today checked store hours on line Said closes at 9, drove @ 40 minutes arrived at 8:15 and CLOSED had paper sign said closes at 8, rechecked hours online said updated 5 days ago and showed 9.
This location is very meh. Their stock is minimal on most of my visits, and on my last visit was informed that the item I wanted was on a pallet in the back, but they didnt have time to retrieve it. The staff is generally unhelpful unless youre there to purchase a $2,000 TV. They also dont seem very knowledgable outside of those same TVs. Consider the drive to a different Best Buy if you need something from them that cant be gotten from a different company altogether.
Got a new Mac Book pro forMy daughter for Christmas and it never worked, so we took it to the Best Buy near us and they will not do anything about it, said we need to go through Apple, but there is No Apple store anywhere. If you need to buy any Apple products, just go through Apple, waist of time and money getting it through Best Buy.
Was told if I bought the out of stock Chromebook in store it would be delivered the next day. Then got an email saying the shipment was delayed. Figured I would just cancel the order. Called the number they give in the email to do a return, and was told I can’t cancel the order. The store won’t cancel, customer service won’t cancel, in fact I have to wait until it’s delivered to return. Btw, new estimated delivery date is JUNE 13th! Two weeks from now. I need this thing NOW. Not in two weeks. My favorite part was when they told me that I could have canceled it, but only within 30 min of the purchase. Who knows with in 30 min they need to cancel something. It takes that long for me to drive home. Also, why the hell would this not be mentioned. Never buying from Best Buy again. Ugg.
I wouldn’t bother trying to call them. No ones has answered my calls and maybe this is due to understaffing 🤷🏿♀️. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Quick and quality service! We recycled some old charging cables for free here. They provide masks if customers dont have one in the airlock between the outside and interior of the store as well as a hand sanitizer pump. A person waits just inside to ensure proper mask wearing in addition to loss prevention; they are very helpful at orienting you to where you need to go!

Noone seemed enthusiastic about helping me. I was prepared to purchase a 65 inch TV or 2, but was turned off by the lack of willingness to help me.
I used them for curbside pickup because I broke my phone. I went on a used phone website and Best Buy had them beat by $30 and I got a new phone. I literally sat three or four minutes in the curbside pickup area and they were busy. there were so many people in that shopping center. They definitely have their stuff together. I will not go to the one near me anymore I will go to the other side of town to that one. You cant go wrong by going here.
Best Buy is the best place to buy all your technology needs from cell phone and accessories, TVs, computers, appliances and everything in between.

Best buy matches online prices. This is huge and indicates good leadership that has a strong grip on reality. Customer service has always been good and the staff is always very knowledgeable. Some things cost a little more than some online prices that wont be matched, but many of those things could be sub-par in quality. Lots of good experiences here.

I go there for computer parts and games that are new. There support is 10/10. There staff is nicer than anywhere is I have been, they offer protection on your purchases that you can return for little to no costs.
Walked in bought a new phone they installed the screen protector for free, answered all of my questions and it was quick and easy. Wish they had a little more case selections for my phone but there is always Amazon 🤷♂️

Called 6 times. Correctly answered all questions the operator asked. All 6 times, NO ANSWER. 2 hours wasted trying to get help from the store I bought an expensive computer from. Simply wanted to ask a question about my warranty. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a TV for Curb-side pick-up. Everything was great.
Extremely DISSATISFIED with pricing, lack of stock, AND most importantly lack of help or knowledge from the staff member that I spoke with at the Inverness location. I specifically chose Best Buy because I have had good experiences in the past with major purchases by talking to staff members on the Geek Squad. I specifically stated my needs upon entry, but the employee that was sent to help me kept telling me to go online to do my research and to make my choice based on what I liked best after checking the website. I was very clear about the fact that Id been online and narrowed my choices; however, since Im not exactly tech savvy Id hoped that visiting the store and speaking with someone on the Geek Squad would help me better understand what I actually needed and use that info to help me finalize my decision about which 2 laptops I could actually be comfortable purchasing. Obviously, since 2 laptops is a rather LARGE purchase, I was extremely disappointed about being told to search online and decide what I like and since everything in store was basically out of stock anyway, just order online and then bring it to the store after I recieved them if I have any other questions or need help setting them up....yeah...I left without buying anything and decided Ill make these 2 LARGE purchases on Amazon or Wal-Mart...

I walked in and 3 teenagers were standing around gabbing. I looked around and the store just appeared so empty. I came in for a printer and was lectured by 1 tall girl about how, yeah like, we literally dont have a single printer. You can order them online. I told her no, mine just died and I need it tonight. Yes, I know I can go online.Well, our trucks come tomorrow and everything sells out. Theres a waiting list we can put you on or something. Since the pandemic, everyones working from home and like, buying everything electronic so you cant find anything in store. Id say go check out Staples or Target or something. Ok, I happen to be one of those people working from home since April, and said I cant wait. That doesnt help me any. 5 months in and your buyers still havent figured it out yet? I went to Target and bought one.Im not old, I dont need to be spoken to like that, and this store has been going down hill the last 7 years. I think that was just my last trip.
