Employees are very childish. Who manages that store? The employees are rude disrespectful and childish. They did not try to makee sales they were to entertained by there jokes and phones. Horrible experience I will never shop at city gear again. The 3 that are in there today need to be fired. And I have spent money in city gear all over the southwest.

Went to city gear in homewood. Sign on the door says “on break be back at 530.” Doors we’re locked...it was 330pm on a Saturday. HORRIBLE

I the lady (LAVERNE) was being low down and said that first I had to make an appointment and then she said she was shutting the store down then we left now I called 5 min later and then they said they back open and I got 10 minutes to get my shoe. We went back then they said they only had a 9 and 12 left.

I CAME TO THE STORE 3 FEMALES WORKING. 2 STATED THEY WERE MANAGERS. 1 CAME TO WORK WITH FLIP AN A HAT ON HER HEAD. THE FEMALE CASHIER 7 MTHS PREGANT ON THE CELL PHONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE HORRIBLE.....SOMETIMES PEOPLE FORGET IF CUSTOMERS DT SHOP UR HOURS ARE SHORTENED.LESS MONEY IN UR POCKET. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
