***Most sites review UO as 3 stars or less. Be wary that Google does not have reliable review sources. Bought a ps5 bundle. Two weeks later they said it was no longer available so it would not ship and that my order was cancelled. I do not know who does inventory there but I feel for them because it has got to be a tough life being that stupid.

I had ordered a Wildflower case that was on sale last night for in-store pickup. I got a confirmation email and everything immediately after. The next day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because ‘it’s no longer available’ at my store. What? The website literally said the cases were in stock when I ordered, and since I placed the order last night, they should’ve kept it aside for me. Very, very disappointing. And then in the cancellation email, they tell me I can get $10 off on my next order. Great, right? No. The $10 is only for orders above $50. You think I’m gonna buy $50 worth of things at this store after what just happened? I’m just saying they could’ve given me some alternative.

A very nice, clean store. We bought some really cute clothes for a reasonable price.

If u like paying 60 dollars or more for a pre frayed shirt... I guess this is up your alley..

I have not bought anything from here, and dont plan on buying anything anytime soon. Please dont buy from them, they abuse animals just to make their clothes.

Visited a few days ago with a friend and I’m always disappointed at this location. The employees are just so rude. You ask an employee a question and they act like they just can’t be bothered. I mean I understand wanting to be left alone as I work in retail as well but I could never be so rude to someone ever. Took our clothes up to the counter and the girl said absolutely nothing so I had to make her speak so I asked how she was. Super rude..

The staff was so helpful with an exchange. When the item was no longer available in the store they offered to have it shipped.

My Daughter loves the styles! Pricey items, but uniquely designed clothes! Sales are great! Not the customer service, very dry and stand offish to certain customers! Stop sizing people up and greet everyone!

Super cool store with trendy clothing and retro designs...I love the fact that they have a little bit of everything from shoes, clothes, sunglasses, hats, scarves, perfumes, and even some home goods. I also really liked that they sell Grateful Dead shirts and socks. Such a rare find and they are very affordable!

This Urban Outfitters is pretty good. The staff is friendly and nice. The selection is pretty good for a store in Alabama. They have home, beauty, music, and clothing for everyone. Greatly enjoy shopping here.

I give it a 3 star because I am 60 years old and it makes me feel every bit of it. Great store for young people. Although I would look a bit silly wearing some of the clothes, I still think thet are cool and wish I were young again.

My daughter was able to find an album for her record player, but this store is not outfit friendly for any female over size 8/9. Clothes are cute, but most are bigger than the sizes they carry.

This is a typical outdoors clothing store. They carry all the name brands that you might expect to find in a store of this type. Prices are a little on the high side in my opinion. There is a lot of product stuffed into a rather small space so it seems somewhat cramped inside. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

They had a 50 % off on wranglers any wranglers product asked two people they said any wranglers. I spent 160.00 dollars on ladys Jeans, got to the front an they wont let me buy a pair of mens wranglers half price. I wont shop there ever again.

I will not be returning to this Urban Outfitters. I usually love this store and used to shop at the one in New Orleans all the time but this one is horrible. The girls that work there are SO rude. I was in there for over 30 mins and not one employee spoke to me the whole time I was in there. Not a word! And they followed my boyfriend and I around like we were going to steal something!! Ridiculous!! They were all incredibly obnoxious and just totally rude. This store will never get a dime of my money. This manager needs to have a serious talk with their employees!!! Whats a shame! Shame on yall bunch of stuck up snobs!

I am petite so UO clothes have always fit me well. If youre over 25, this store and its staff will make you feel ancient though. I have shopped at UO for almost 20 years now and as long as I find things I like will continue to do so...maybe the staff could use some education and stop staring at old people like theyre aliens? 😂

I have shopped here a couple times before and I think Urban Outfitters is a great company, but this particular store it not my favorite. A couple weeks ago I was shopping in Birmingham with some friends and we walked into Urban Outfitters. Within not even five minutes a worker approached me and accused me of stealing a phone case, I calmly told her I did not take it and continued to shop. A few minutes later I notice that I am being followed around the store by the manager. It made my experience very uncomfortable. I then asked her if there was a Free people in the shopping area and she was very rude. My friends and I will not be returning to this UO unless there is ever a new manager/employees.

Im never going back to this location EVER.The assistant manager and manager both accused me of stealing a shirt that i was rightfully trying to purchase with the tag in my hand,seeing as it fell off, but they rudely made me take it off in the dressing room, and watched me the whole way through. After, they followed me and my sister around the entire time and watched us (almost harrassingly). Then I decided to quietly leave and to not purchase anything, but those two were waiting for us to leave by the exit and came up to my face and threatened Id go to jail and Id be arrested...its just like really? Please leave me alone,Im an adult and I wasnt trying to steal. But instead,I turned and left without a word while she was still giving me a speech. Also as my sister and I were getting into the car, we noticed those two were STILL watching us! It was just absolutely ridiculous! I didnt mind them letting me know, but it was the harassment and rudeness that I couldnt stand. They made the whole shopping experience unenjoyable! Oh well UO in Birmingham...youve lost two customers completely. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!
