Smart mouthed. Hell was only picking up a money transfer and kept getting short answers like go ask someone else. Wow incredible!

The was nastiest bathroom I have ever experienced in a Walmart.You can obviously tell they had not been tended to in hours. One toilet had S##t all on seat. I woulde have gave it no stars If that was a option..and belive it enough there were staff just standing around waiting for 11 to clock out.

If youre looking for the best hood Walmart experience then this place is for YOU! Broken shopping carts? They got it! Long checkout lines with broken card swipers? They got it! Nasty bathrooms? You guessed it! Oh and cant forget about the guy asking you for money in the parking lot. All that & more come experience it for yourself!

This is the absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. I try my best to never come here but when I do, as random as it is, the service is always horrible. There are never enough registers open and self check out usually has issues. This store needs better management or a shutdown and revamp. It’s not working.

This location is always out of stock on everyday items. The customer service is nonexistent and there’s never enough registers open during peak shopping hours. I never understood why Walmart has multiple registers available- yet only 2-3 cashiers working at a time. I have only seen multiple registers open in the past on Black Friday- when Walmart wants to ensure that they are able to capitalize on the customer’s shopping dollars. Why are there more self-checkout registers available than there are cashiers? This location is not my first or second choice to visit although it is closest to my residence.

I love the new setup at Walmart on Roebuck pkwy. The children section has alot of varietyand beautiful girls clothes. I havent been here in over 6 months. I will be back.

Expired milk for sale, rude and incompetent employees, prices not updated for sticker shock at the register, store in shambles, even got turned away at 20 minutes before closing because I was using cash, was told I guess they went home. Close this store, fire everyone and start over.

Although the restauran was quite busy, the service was excellent,our waitress was so friendly that I thought she was somone we knew. She kept checking to see if we were okay and kept us informed of our food order.

It has been months since I visited this store and I must say I was very impressed. The store was cleaned and neat. I felt very safe with all the security cameras in the store 😁. I purchased a few items for the house. Im very pleased with the improvements within this store.

I rarely visit this location but the few times I have the lines are almost to the back of the store. They have all the self checkouts half of them are open on one end of the store with one person running around trying to watch the ten that are open and nobodys on a register. A time or two I find more workers outside chilling than there are inside working. And yall bags are horrible

Clean Walmart. Very good meat section. Got some ribeye and a pork loin. Ribeye s were beautiful y marbled. Overall one of the better Walmart s at least the meats.

Its was a pleasant trip except I had to find me a buggy in parking lot cause none in store. Cashier was very nice.

Extremely long lines at checkout. So frustrated for standing and waiting in line. I refuse to patronize this store during the holidays. Nothing has changed after years and years of patronizing this store. So many managers have come through. A slap in the face to customers.

I went to Walmart this morning to purchase some graphic design T-shirts. The selection they had was kind of minimum to none. I did find a few shirts but overall was disappointed in the selection they had.

My prescriptions werent ready to be picked up so well have to wait until 24 hours for them to come in.However did take opportunity and got some much needed. Dr. Teals foaming bath wash eucalyptus for me and Dr Teals Epsom Salt crystals. In Eucalyptus and lavender. Best prices I found on both just about anywhere right here at Walmart...Such great products that are staples in my home . Used especially for muscle therapy and to distress! Leaves me feeling refreshed. Mentally and physically!

Great store to get anything a person would need or want as far as food and clothing etc. If I needed to ask a question there are not many clerks.

Yes this is a good place to go also its in Gardendale I dont know its something about the people I guess there is different but overall they are all very nice people very helpful couldnt ask to go to a better place to get your clothing some store goods they got about whatever you want good place to take your kids

Checking out is a PAIN! Same at every Walmart. Self check outs were closed. Even when open they rarely take cash. I only go when ABSOLUTELY necessary.Cmon Sam, you can do better.

I hadnt been to the Walmart in Roebuck for over a year. But today I was quite surprised to see that it had been remodeled. It was clean, the aisles were wider, and seemed to be better organized. Still werent enough open checkout lanes, but they had added a self checkout which worked very well. Good job, Walmart!!

The service is good, but they need to hire more workers! There never seem to be enough cashiers and you can run people ragged working them like that. At least a couple times Ive put my groceries back and went somewhere else just to save time.

They can blame it on anything, but theyre a little short on cashiers on Saturday a high volume day. Waited in a slow line of five and it took 15 minutes... unacceptable people!!!

Never I. My life have I seen such an out of stock walmart. I regretted visiting because that meant I had to go to yet another store to actually get the items I needed. A d they were super common like pickles and grits. This place needs to be shut down Id they arent going to stock the shelves.

Needed tires for my car was told they had them when l got there they didnt have them in stock. This Walmart is always short of something and never have enough manpower on the floors or register. The pharmacy there is great the staff is awesome so basically it is the only reason I will continue to go there.

When having an issue with a product being messed up at the time of purchasing, the customer service was completely oblivious as to how to read an item serial number, if you want to buy anything from a Walmart, I would suggest the one in Trussville.

My family and I just visited this store (9248 Parkway E, Birmingham, AL 35206), and it was terrible. The Nazis (although they were black and my family and I are white) at the door were zealous about masks. They would not allow entry into the store without one, AND would not provide one for us to don so as to allow us entry. I can only imagine this is out of some misguided belief that masks help against disease. We had just left a state where all Walmarts allowed entry without masks (or you could wear one of you so chose). Masks do little to reduce the spread of illnesses, especially viruses, which are entirely too small to be filtered by common surgical masks, not to mention masks made from even less filtering materials than surgical masks #trustthescience. It wasnt so much the requirement to wear masks, it was the unavailability of masks coupled with the attitude of condescension exhibited by the Walmart staff, in demanding us to wear them, even though they do not work. We did take our business elsewhere and ended up spending about $100.00, but hey, thats just money, right?! Bind following of individuals with nefarious intentions, who have there own agendas, is better than capitalism, I guess. Anyway, condescending Nazis, blind adherence and promotion of misguided policies, disregard for required provisions have resulted in this store losing customers as money on this day. Incidentally, in case one feels I personally have a racial bone to pick here by pointing out that the employees were back and we are white, on the way back to our car we engaged in a conversation with another Walmart patron who overhead our discussion with the condescending staff regarding their compulsory mask mandate, she agreed with the ridiculousness of mask wearing and that masks are ineffective against viruses. This lady was black and we are still white.

This walmart slowly gets worse I live about the same distance between this walmart and the trussville location I would prefer the trussville over this one. I have been going to this walmart ever since it opened it maybe like 20 years ago before that it was a Kmart there before it was tore down. After several bad experiences here I decided to write a review probably to deaf ears. This mostly applies to the electronic department here, I mostly have to get assistance there from an associate, due to inventory being in lockup etc. This department in my opinion has very few people who want to assist customers find products and less if it is not on the sells floors. One experience I had this week involving an assistance named Chris was frustrating. I asked this associate had a internal inventory check and I explained to him why because the walmart app doesnt show some items once they are clearance etc just the online seller. I just needed a internal inventory check and a location on the item in the store to confirm my external app inventory checker. What he does is pull out his phone to scan the barcode I had with his walmart app, I was thinking he had the internal inventory on his phone like some associate do. Afterwards, he didn’t seem enthused in helping me and was like we dont have it. So I had to walking around the store to find a associate with a checker after asking 5 associates(none offered to help me of the 5 on what I was looking for or direct me to a associate with a checker) I ran into Larry(He is always helpful one of the best best worker there), he had one and got me a inventory count on the item. I found a different associate in the electronic department didn’t get her name but she was a younger beautiful white chick wearing a yellow vest with her hair pinned up. She had a inventory checker and I gave her the item sku. She when to the back and found the item no problem. If the 4 items she could only locate one of them. She deserves 5 stars for her help here. This store has unhelpful associates and wrong inventory counts. I will continue to avoid this place like always. For reseller this the worst walmart in the area. 3/5 this place need to improve to be more helpful on finding items for customers not just I dont feel like looking so we dont have it. Make a effort to location the item and give good customer service.

When it comes to cleanliness I would choose this walmart. The janitor maintenance is on point. They are also very helpful when it comes to picking up IN STORE . But when it comes to online grocery pick up they are dragging. I sat there for 25 minutes after checking in when arriving. Then an additional 15 min after I notified an employee.

You can never find help when you need it. The lines are always long. On no taxes weekend for school supplies I still got tax on some school supplies.

My cashier was incredibly rude .. all the self check out registers were debit card only there was only 1 open register and she claims to have no silver change . I was owed, $12.87 instead of possibly be letting me me slide on the .13 cents (which I told her I had in the truck) she decided to short me a $1 I didnt stand there and argue I just simply smiled and walked away.

Most disgusting Walmart I have ever been to. The greeters yelled at us to get out of the store because we didn’t have masks on. At Walmart according to corporate Fully vaccinated people are not asked to ware masks and even non vaccinated people are not required to ware mask but asked to. The two women kept yelling at us and caused a scene for NO REASON, tried to call the store and no one will answer even after calling multiple times! The way we were yelled at after doing nothing wrong is disgusting and I don’t understand how someone who works with in public can be that unprofessional!

There is no way anyone could be that busy. People that work here are plan lazy just looking to get a free check, and its BS.
