Nice clean, well arranged store with friendly staff. The prices are higher than Walmart but the selection is better and they have great sales, coupons and a rewards programs.

Wish they had more like Hobby Lobby but really like Michaels vs Hobby Lobby overall

I love Michaels, but like everywhere else, shelves are bare.

My art centered daughter loves this place. She lives on the art supplies isle. Good prices and a couple of the staff really enjoy their job. Very helpful people and the store is well stocked.

I love shopping at Michael’s! Went to get there beautiful Tulips! Ended up with more than Tulips. They have a very nice selection of greenery for all your crafts ect.. Nice Store to shop.

Their framing department did a FANTASTIC job with some canvas painting I brought back from Cambodia! They had a sale and allowed me to stack a coupon on top to get me the best price. My Great-Grandfather loved his birthday gift and has it displayed proudly on the wall.

Very addictive crafts store where you can find near everything one might want to make crafts from.

I enjoy coming here! Staff is polite and you can find so many unique things! A little pricey for my taste, but what isnt pricey nowadays? They do have a clearance isle, if you dare to try to shop it. It is a mess, and that is the one thing they could really improve on: straighten up your clearance isle! Overall though, I enjoyed my visit.

Michaels exceeds my expectations every visit. Their store has everything for two of my hobbies and its clean. I would choose it over the competitor snobby lobby.

In store shopping is great. There shipping is garbage, took 2 weeks for something to get here, it was lost, called and then tracking was deleted... Poor shipping is a big problem these days from many vendors....

Michaels Craft Store is the go to place for any diy enthusiast. I personally like the store on 280, in the brook-highland plaza. So much so that I drive from downtown.

Not sure if the man working is a manger or just a sales associate but he made me extremely uncomfortable today. He could not make it more obvious he was following me around.

Love going to Michaels at Christmastime. Most registers were open, making standing in line not too bad. Friendly employees and clean organized store.

Employee was very helpful to me today in finding a black board for my sons science project and the employee that worked the register was very polite.

Always my favorite place to shop for papercraft supplies. Some of the shelves were bare Im assuming its from after Christmas clearence and trying to restock for Valentines day. Lots and lots of clearance variety.

The store is well organized. I found it hard to find staff when I needed help. There was no one walking there floor that I could stop and ask for help. I eventually went back to the front counter and asked for directions to what I was looking for. The older lady was very helpful and understanding. I was frustrated and she won me over with a kind spirit. Management, please focus on ensuring that your products are stocked properly. The soda cooler was visible but there was no sodas. There was multiple empty areas in the shelves where items once was. Ive done retail before... There shouldnt be as many empty spaces as I saw when I visited your 280 location. I generally enjoyed my visit but left with my substitution for what I actually came for because it was out of stock as well.

Good place to go when you need crafts and Hobby Lobby is closed. Seriously though, I found some super good post-Halloween deals. The store was clean and the associates were helpful and efficient.

I always find stuff in here that I love and the cashier always seems to find a coupon for me to use. I went in there to buy a $25 product and thanks to the knowledge of my cashier and her helpfulness I was able to get it for about $15. She helped me save money that I turned around and spent in the store as well.

Prices seem higher than competitors, but the selection is often better.

I waited 2 hrs for my food to get to the table and it arrived wasn’t even hot. They lied and said the kitchen was backed up but constantly bringing out to go orders. I had a terrible experience.

I love craft stores even though Im not all that crafty. They always have neat new items to look at. A bit pricer than other craft stores but that did not stop me from getting what I wanted. The staff seemed happy to be there and quite helpful.

I can not say enough good things about this Michael’s location. I’ve been in there three times this week! The store manager Angie is the best. She was so great with my kids, even my littlest ManCub who wasn’t behaving kindly. She invited them to an activity they do during the day and was very helpful in the store regarding our purchase. We’ll be back for sure!

This Michaels is very organized and the staff is always willing to help with a project. They offer fun exciting classes and its like a Candy store for hobby and craft enthusiasts. Floral. Stationary beautiful home decor. Everything for parties and weddings, generous parking and a safe location. Usually have a good sale items out front.

The arrangement of the merchandise was a little odd to me. It was a bit hard to find some things. The workers were really helpful though. There was a sale on the paint I was buying and the girl who ring me up also made me aware of a coupon that saved me even more so that was a game changer. She is the reason I went with five stars.

They did not have what I needed. The customer service was not horrible but not great either. I wandered around looking for my item and an employee. I finally went to the cashier and she got another employee to help but he seemed preoccupied. Ill probably go back if I need something else. I did see a lot of cool items.

I love this store so much! They have everything I need from canvases to charcoal! Even things I dont need like the equipment to start a new hobby LOL! I love it here so much that I am no longer allowed to go unsupervised. But whether Im making the new blanket or working on a new drawing the staff is always eager to help me find whatever I need.

God I hate this store. I hate everything about it. I hate just the thought of having to go in it. However, my wife loves it and as we all know, that is all that matters.

Extremely crowded & only 2 cash registers. The only coupon that could be found was 20 percent off. Hobby Lobby always has a 40 percent coupon available. I was disappointed.

Visited this store with my wife and they have a lot to choose from, the store was a little upside down with boxes every where but understandable wit trying to get all their Christmas stuff put out. They had what we were looking for and staff very friendly.

I love crafting and Michaels is one of my favorite stores to get materials. They have an enormous selection. Almost anything you need you can find here: frames, beads, baking supplies, yarn, etc. They also sell starter kits with everything you need to learn a new craft. The prices are great and they have frequent sales.

They didn’t have as much selection as I was hoping for but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also very difficult to find what I needed - granted I don’t shop at craft places a lot so I didn’t ding them on this point. Also the prices on items seemed fairly outrageous to me but maybe that’s normal for a specialty type shop?

When I look back on my visit to this Michaels it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Michaels right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Michaels like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare! Love this place. Only place I know off that sell Holloween villages, houses, every thi g u need. And the villages dont last long. They sell out fast. They have a scary train set that works.

It has pretty much everything you would need for crafts but it is a bit unorganized. Pretty clean with the exception of items not being on their proper shelves and flung about all over. Staff was very willing to take responsibility for my problem and make it right.

Nice friendly employees. But, for my last 4 visits to Michaels I have not been able to shop for yarn because the aisles were blocked with boxes.

I went in with my 50% off any one regularly priced item postcard that Id gotten in the mail with the mindset of looking for things to put in my fairy garden or materials to make things for them. Well like a idiot I left the coupon in the cart with my purchases while I went to the ladies room. Someone took all my items out, put them on a shelf and took off with the cart & of course the coupon!! When I finished my shopping and got to the cashier I told her what had happened and she was able to give me a 60% off 1 item coupon. So that worked out in my favor!! While there I was looking for something that would look like water. The associates were very helpful and gave me several options.

I love the store so much!!! Only thing thats a little sad is the staff seems either uninterested or worn out. They are nice but they arent the most cheerful people. I mean, I get it because we all get worn out by work and life. So Im not sure what to say but over all the store is great.

You an always find what you need in Michaels. I compared with Hobby Lobby and noticed they are more expensive with the items I need like yarn, fabric and baskets. You can order online then go to the framing department to pickup. They have tons of coupons. I had a 50% off one item and told the cashier I wanted to do 3 separate transactions to use a a coupon for each item, she did it all half off, lol.

Store seemed a bit disorganized. Could use a little TLC.

I love Michaels because they have such a huge selection of craft items for wonderful prices. They always have great sales and if you need something custom framed you cant beat the selection and quality at Michaels.

Really clean and good atmosphere. No complaints.

The sales are pretty great but the cashier today did not speak a word to me. She grunted to me when I made small talk and grunted at me when she handed me my receipt. She treated me and every other customer like an annoyance.

NICE but to far for me to drive, we have a Hobby Lobby now so I dont have to make that drive. All in all GREAT STORE!

Okay, Michaels...youre going to lose customers if they faint or have a stroke...fix your air-conditioning. I know its costly, but so are liabilities...Otherwise...lovely shopping...but honestly almost passed out.

The managers and employees are extremely prejudice. Employee skipped my family in line but helped everyone around us. When I questioned why, she brushed me off. The manager on duty Sherry did not solve the conflict Either. Instead she undermined my concern. Very unpleasant experience. I will not return as i don’t not like being treated misfairly based off my skin color.
